Atrum nodded at Zach's request. Though he expected a blinding light at first, it had done the same when he opened his eye. Or maybe that was just his eye that was blinding. "Mind dulling it down a bit?" The boy yelled to hi slight, which immediately flickered to the brightness of an incandescent bulb. "Thanks." He added absentmindedly before blinking. A few little black specks were floating through his right eye(the blue one) as he reacted to the sudden contrast in lighting. Though his gold one seemed to be just fine." "I think it was trying to show us something. Like... there's something here so it was trying to get bright enough for us to see it." If that was true, the boy had a feeling it would have gotten brighter. "Are we really in heaven?" He asked, now confused at the blankness of it all.

"Thank you," he replied as he opened his eyes and blinked rapidly for a few seconds, so as to get back the control over his vision. He looked about and saw vortex after vortex begn to open up, almost as if they were in a place that connected all universes. He looked at Atrum, who seemed not to notice them. The large holes in space amazed him as he saw the only explanation in this, everybody in this realm had their powers amplified to a point beyond even their own knowledge of how powerful they could become. he decided to test this theory by trying to fire a bullet of space into the light. The bullet fired out and flew around the large area before finally fading. It was amazing, he'd never done that before, and he didn't feel the slightest bit tired. He gazed around, "I believe so," he finally replied to Atrum's question. He felt more power running through his veins than even he could deal with. His hands 'lit' up with dark holes, absorbing some of the light into it's unescapeable vortex, but they were small enough to not suck up too much of the light. They allowed him to use some of his excess energy as they twirled around his fingers.

"Lance, where are you bringing me?' I said, clutching onto his arm, afraid to let go for the fear of losing him again.
"Have you reached absolute zero yet Mizuki?" I paused at his questioned and looked him in the eyes.
"Weren't you the one who told me to never attempt at it. You made me swear to never try or think of it." He turned and slightly arches his back so his forehead touch mines.
"Saint Dane, I won't be able to be the way I am right now by your side without his power. You know that it's impossible for a torn body to come back with their original soul. He found a way. But with out the power of absolute zero, I would only rot away only in a matter of time. He needs your and the other elementals special core power that only you guys posses, yours being absolute zero."
"But why-" I didn't finish again. Lance clasped his hand over mines and looked towards the trees. Was someone there? I didn't even felt presences.
"I must go now, back to Saint Dane. You don't have to hide away your brilliant self anymore. Act like you used to with me, in front of the other elementals. Make them know and trust in Saint Dane. He isn't the enemy. What you guys see of his actions all have a reason and explanation I can not tell you now." I wanted to question him again but he sealed my lips with another kiss. When our lips parted, he walked deeper in the forest, his figure slowly disappearing into the night. The instant I felt Lance's presence gone, I felt another two. Turning swiftly, I identified it to be two of the elementals.
"Wind and Time huh? I know your there, come on out." My voice was monotonous and so was my expression, when the two revealed themselves, I looked at them and smiled. "Do you know absolute zero means?"
(((Remember, you guys can't see the things or hear what Mizuki did. Oh and when Lance left, her eye's returned back to normal.)))

He heard the woman say his element and anothers. "I didn't want to disturb you and your.......uh...friend." he said trying to find the right words to descirbe the odd looking man. Lonesome noticed her eyes were normal again and wondered if she was even aware what she was walking with.
"Isn't absolute zero the temperature which all energy stops?" he said trying to remember what his step-father had taught him. "Why?" for some reason his senses were telling him to be careful around this woman. Keeping his blade out Lonesome waited for the other element to show themself.

James slowed to normal speed and walked out from behind the tree, "Aw, you kill all the fun, both of you do. But yeah, heat's measured by the kinetic energy of molecules and at absoluet zero, or 0 degrees kelvin, then all kinetic energy has ceased and everything comes to a hault," he reassured Lonesome as he remembered that she was the ice elemental. "Why? Do you happen to be able to achieve this temperature?" he asked her, extremely serious now. It worried him that she was talking about the most dangerous temperature ever.

((I haven't been on for like, a week. I am glad that my last post separated Erik and the elementals, or I would have been in a spot of trouble. Okay, I'm going to pick up where I left off, so read my last post on Page 19 if you can't remember what I did.))
"You say I'm dead?" "You knew that the moment you used the LightShatter. You knew that you would kill yourself. Tell me, how do you feel about leaving those elementals to be killed off by Saint Dane?" Erik didn't know what to say. He had only spent a few days with them, yet he had grown somewhat attached to them. The old man seemed to have read his mind. "Do you want to go back?" Erik sighed. "Yes. But how?" The old man smiled. "There is a way. Do you know that sword that you used before you died?" "Well, duh, of course I know it!" "Then you must know, that that sword is tied to the elementals fate. Reclaim that sword, and the sword itself will tell you of it's fate." "But how?" "That sword, lies in the Final Sanctuary. I will use the power I have to send you there. But hurry. Saint Dane is already putting his plan into action. Only you can stop him."
((Gotta stop for now, guys.))

((btw: Zack and Atrum are hunting you down, they found a way to the spiritual world.)) Zack heard Erik's voice along with an old man's voice. "Hey, Atrum, let's go," he comanded as he started off toward the voices. He could tell that something big was going to happen, but he couldn't tell what.

((Ah, yes. The old man just sent Erik to the Final Sanctuary. Stay with me on this, there's some really cool plot lines I'm gonna drop.))
Erik's first thought was my head hurts. His next thought was Where am I?He was on a platform with several symbols surrounding him. After a long and thorough investigation, Erik realized that they were the symbols of the elements. One of the symbols was glowing:The neutral symbol. Erik walked up to investigate, but when he stepped on the symbol, a flash of light blinded him. When the light subsided and Erik could see again, he saw a path that led to a temple in the distance. Feeling an odd feeling of deja vu, Erik walked up the path and entered the temple.
What he found astonished him. A huge purple crystal hung in the air. There was several cracks on it, and it looked like it would shatter at any moment. As Erik touched the crystal, he heard a voice. Finally... you have come. Erik looked around frantically. "Who's there?" It is I, the Final Crystal "What?" Erik looked at the crystal with a look of confusion. Do not be alarmed. I am not your enemy. I am the Final Crystal, trusted with guarding the Final Sanctuary. I am dying "Dying? How does a crystal die?" Saint Dane's activities have reached into the Final Sanctuary. For every person he killed, for every Hellspawn he made, one of the Elemental Crystals cracked, until finally, they shattered. I am next in line to be shattered. But there is hope. When I have broken, take a shard of me, and take it to the shrine behind this temple. Offer the shard to the Final Blade, and reclaim it's power. "What do I do from then?" When you reclaim the Final Blade, you will be sent back to the world of the living. From there, you must find the pieces of the shattered Crystals and return them to the temples. There is something you must know: When the lunar eclipse happened, the one that many believed would bring about the end of the world, that was when the Element Crystals shattered. When the crystals shattered, it had far reaching consequences: Without the power of the Crystals, the Elementals can never reach their full power. You must find the pieces of the Crystals, restore them to their temples, and unlock the true power of the elementals. When he was done speaking, the Final Crystal shattered. Erik did what it asked; he picked up a piece, and left the temple though the back door.
The crystal was right, there was a shrine behind the temple. Erik walked up to the sword that was encased in the shrine and placed the crystal shard in front of it. A flash of light once again blinded Erik, who was really getting tired of these flashes. When the light subsided, the piece of the Crystal was embedded in the sword. Erik pulled out the sword, and yet another flash of light came. Erik had once again returned to life.
((James, Zack: Have fun getting out of the spirit world.))

((Oh! Sorry! Didn't mean to dissapear on you NinjaZacheus! >n< ))
At the first flash of light, Atrum blinked, not sure what to think of seeing a flash in eternal blankness. But looked toward it, feeling the need to go there anyways. Taht's when the voices started. It was too far away to make out the words, but he could tell the voice was of an aged man, and Erik? Atrum got the hint and followed Zach, also hearing the voices. He was sure that one of the voices was Erik. But who was with him? Breaking into a run, the boy didn't flinch as a another flash of light burst from a tall temple looking building. His eyes had adjusted at the last flash, now expecting it, and dialating faster than they did before. That's when the shattering sound echoed through 'heaven.' "What broke?" The boy stopped when he arrived at the flash, still not seing anything but bleak white light. Atrum glared, this time he'd see what was really hiding in the nothingness. Forming a small, thin plate of light, Atrum told it what to do. It was going to encode this nothingness. There had to be a right brightness, a right color, something! Something that let them see what was going on. The light shimmered an array of colors, testing multiple levels of brightness and contrasts. It was almost like setting a television set to you liking. "There!" Atrum Stopped the changing of the light, it was now acting like a magnifying glass, or one of those thigamajigers you got in a cereal box to unlock the code on the back of the box. ((Can you tell I'm having trouble explaining this?)) Atrum gasped. "Erik!" He could now see the man clearly, and expanded the light he was looking through to be an orb around he and Zach. Now they could see this world, now they could contack Erik. But as soon as he saw him he was gone, a third and final flash of light bouncing off of the orb Atrum created and magnifying it. Atrum shielded his face and pulled the orb down, the world blank once more. "Looks like he's gone again." And the boy hadn't a clue how to track him down.

Zack heard vibrations, but no voice. It was like someone was vibrating the air around them for some reason(the crystals voice), and then he saw several flashes of light.
Your friend is no longer here, spoke a mysteriously wise and old man's voice... the voice showed no face. Go back to the place you once were at and you shall find him arisen were the last words Zack heard before he felt like he'd been pushed. He, without using his powers, arrived in the 'real' world where he was dazzled to find Atrum standing beside him, as confuseds as he was. He saw Erik slowly stand and couldn't believe his eyes.
Zack looked at Erik in awe. "Dude, we thought you died, what happened?" he asked completely confused by everything and back to his normal power limit. His arms were now dark hole-less, but he seemed to feel the residual power of what he'd done in the 'other realm'.

"Ha! You wouldn't believe a word I said." Erik smiled. Zack was looking at him in awe. "What? All I did was come back to life! I've already done that before." Erik quickly looked around, taking in as much of the scene as possible. It didn't change much from the last time he was here, it only seemed to be a few hours after the battle. "You were looking for me, in the spirit world, right?" Zack nodded. Erik sighed. "It would have been much better for the team if you had stayed here. I'm not mad, I'm just saying that things are dangerous, and you are perhaps the most powerful out of all of us. If Saint Dane decided to attack while you were gone, the others would have been sitting ducks."
"For example, Erik, what if I attacked now?
Yesterday, the color would have drained out of Erik's face when he heard that voice. Now, he didn't care. "Go back to the hell you came from." Saint Dane laughed. "Oh Erik, I'm hurt. And just when I was about to tell you that I was going to spare you a third death." Erik was getting tired of this loser. He held up his hand and pointed it at Saint Dane. Instantly, a blast of light shot out of Erik's hand, hitting Saint Dane between the eyes. "Like I said, go to hell." As Saint Dane warped away, Erik turned back to Zack and Atrum. "All right, we should stay here and rebuild as much as possible. Camping in a town is much safer then the woods." Erik didn't really care about the town itself, he was just adopting his usual strategy in times like this: Say where you are until you get a lead as to where to go next.

Looking around, Atrum immediately knew he was back on earth, and blinked back tears from the sudden atmosphere change. He noticed he was tired, the encoding light he had created wasn't something he could normally do. His power must have increased tenfold in the heavenly environment. Atrum shuddered as Saint Dane came and went. Why did he have the urge to taunt Erik anyways? How'd he even knew he was alive again? When Erik barked out orders to stay in town, Atrum had something to point out. "One problem with staying in town." Atrum stopped, waiting until Erik turned back around. "Half of us are in the woods again, already." The boy could almost smile at the way things never went according to plan... or maybe that was just the exhuastion getting to him. He remembered seeing Lonesome head out of town after being kicked out. Atrum didn't particularly stay somewhere where someone that defended them was unwelcome anyways. But sleeping on a bed for once would have been quite the treat.

((Hey, where's Leila? and Mizuki, and Lonesome and... Where is everybody except for me, Atrum, and Erik??!!)) Zack laughed slightly as Atrum pointed out a quite funny fact.
James took another step closer to Mizuki, scared by her silence, "Can you avhieve the temperature of 0 degrees Kelvin, also known as absolue zero?!" he asked in a more paniced, and completely serious tone. His mind raced with the dire consequences of a full out 'Absolute Zero', establishment.

While Lonesome waited for the ice woman, ideas to add to his book came to mind and he mentally stored them for later. He looked at the time elemental as his voice had the edge of panic. "Why in the world would I want to travel with this group." he thought trying not to look annoyed. "I wonder if she could stop all energy would she be able to stop you? Or would you just speed time up to get past it or rewind time to stop her from using it or maybe stop time which perhaps would have the same effects as her absolute zero....." he asked the time elemental trying to act interested.

"What? They're gone? Dammit!" Erik sighed. "Atrum, Zack, search around for survivors. I'll see if I can catch up with those who left us." Erik turned and ran for it. He was guided by some sort of sixth sense. The Final Blade, the sword he had been using, pointed him in the right direction.
