The group get in the arena, Graff and Roy stand side to side, "... OK, ladies and big lizard, we are about to start but first some rules, mostly for mr. Scaly, you cant eat the ladies, nor try to kill, maim or do something weird to the ladies, Ok?, this is a fight but its only to see how good we are, not to kill an enemy, OK?"

Kayla nodded in reply, still somewhat unsure of how strong Roy really was. She let out a sigh as she waited for the fight to begin.
((I'm so sorry for not posting in the last few days. I've been busy with a lot of things. *sigh* I really wish thain was back. It sort of feels like we're missing some important characters in this rp. ;_; ))

Smoke blew out of Roy's nose as he stood there and nodded agreeing to the rules.
((Posting order when this team match begins.
Ladies you go first, either one of you can post as long as your team goes first.
So Ladies both post then the guys can both post.))

"Then what are you waiting for? Come at me with your best shot guys!" Kayla said with a grin as she stood in her fighting stance, armed with her sword and shield. Stardust left Kayla's side and went to sit just inside the entrance to the arena, watching the fight. *Good luck Kayla!* she sent in encouragement.
((Sorry for not posting in a while, I'm sort of dealing with writer's block. No worries, I'll be fine though!))

Graff remember that he didnt bring his weapons, "... damn... OK, Im gonna back to my room... I forgot my weapons... and Roy dont start without me..." Graff start running toward his room.

Shin-lu passed Graff as she made her way to the arena. She had gone to fetch her twin rapiers and her bow and arrow. "Hey Graff! You giving up already? I didn't think kayla was that scary in battle." She joked.

Graff hurry back to his room, he yells to Shin Lu "... Im most afraid for leaving Ms Kayla with the big lizard... the guy got a very short temper... see you at the arena..." Graff come to his room, start to search for his weapons, after finding them he come back to the arena.

Kayla looked over at Roy with uneasiness, for her smile had now been gone. He didn't seem like he had the patience to wait for the others. She relaxed her stance, but kept her guard up as a precaution. 'Would he really try and kill either one of us?' Kayla thought questioningly. Letting out a small sigh, she couldn't help but feel a bit tense, unaware of how strong Roy truly was.

Roy stood there, the big lizard was no giant teddy bear. He then reached behind him to take out his large hammer mace. A fierce weapon that was capable of smashing in a man's chest or skull if swung with enough force. Roy snarled as his tailed slid back and forth on the ground. His arms weren't tiny either, Roy was build for upper body strength including having muscular arms which also had hard protective scales that were also on his back and whatnot. He did of course have a soft belly, and an chest plate that was his only protection in the front which was strapped on connecting to a shoulder pad on his right arm, the same arm he held his weapon with. Roy's teeth was another deadly thing to considered, he was a Dragonborn with a strong jaw. He was a brute looking lizard, who didn't really look to smart. His eyes fixed on Kayla, as he took his fighting stance. Roy was a powerful defensive fighter, that had a short temper. Another thing that made him highly dangerous was his breathe, which Graff has had the chance to experience, a nasty surprise flame for anyone who dared locked in close up combat with this warrior. The motion of his tail meant he was ready and already holding his defensive stance while at the same time, excited to be in battle once more. The only one who would know well of Roy was Graff, since the two have known each other for a few days or so. To underestimate Roy would be a most regrettable decision.
"Bring it on."
((Roy won't kill any of you, trust me he is VERY playful.))

"yeah, see ya!" Shin-lu grinned as she went to the arena. Neither of the two had yet moved, so she was in time. Shin-lu walked over and stood next to Kayla. "Yo, how's it going?" She smiled as she sized up Roy while letting her size up her. She gone and grabbed her lightweight leather armor which barely covered her body and one shoulder. Shin-lu's style was based on speed, lowering her weight so that it wouldn't slow her down. There was no need for armor if you could completely avoid getting hit. Her twin rapiers were strapped to her belt and the quiver on her back. Her bow was currently in her hand. "so now we just need Graff to get back."

Graff finally comes back, "... sorry for making you wait, just let me put this on... Graff start to close the locks in his gauntlets, when they are secure Graff hits the ground to make them fit, "... nice... its been a long while without using them... now just to lock the chain... and we are ready to begin..."

Kayla glanced over at Shin-lu. "Fine, I guess." she replied a bit uneasily. She tightened her grip on her sword, waiting for Graff and Roy. "Have you ever done a tag team match before Shin-lu?" Kayla asked curiously.

Shin-lu nodded. "Yup, I travel around with Ilyana a lot so we've fought side by side once in awhile. I'm not sure whether to say it's like a normal fight with two opponents and one ally or if it's something different altogether, you kind of have to just fall into it." She said as looked over Roy's body, trying to look for some spot that wasn't covered or armored.

"Sounds simple. I've never done this sort of fight before." Kayla admitted honestly. She looked over at Graff with his gauntlets on. 'Father, I wish you were here.' Kayla thought.

Graff finish locking his weighted chain, he spin it a bit, "... nice... very nice... OK ladies, the guys are ready... what about you?", Graff let the weighted chain strike the ground rising a small dust cloud.
