I have a challenge for us all!!! I will personaly put up 5000 to the one who can get the most new people to goin and make it past the entrance profile thingy to where the new person is getting a gift from the welcome waggon... I will make it last till Aug. 31!!! Don't forget to have them mention who sent them or nobody gets credit for it!!! NOW FIGHT ELVES!!! twisted FIGHT FOR THE ALL MIGHTLY GAIAN DOLLER!!!

@Dew and Blaze: Hee hee!
@everyone: Hey, started a thread in the main hut for us all to discuss the course of action to take about the human village/monster (thanks for dropping *that* bomb ICly Blaze), chores, DewPaw's departure, homes, food, crosscurrent, etc.
I figure if we can knock out the main points in that thread then we can jump in on Dew's return thread, 'cause the pow-wow will give us all a chance to get an idea of what *happened* over the time Dew was gone... That way we can just skip to the time she's at and say "Oh yeah, we built another hut and had a party and the monster's still loose out there but we scared it off for now" or whatever we ICly decide, so that we're not acting all nonchalant when we greet her when we were *just* chasing a monster and getting wounded the night before or something.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Savith's Storm Update
Hello all, I just talked to Savith's player, and although he's fine, the hurricane knocked out the internet where he lives so he's offline until he can get the net to go again. So, no Savith as of about 7:45pm CST and until further notice.
Also, there's a weather update thread with some satellite pictures if anyone's interested to see what's going on, so please check it out if you're concerned. Hopefully the storm will exhaust itself sooner than later!

Storm... ouch! I mean, I have tornadoe warnings but nothing major. at least, I don't think so. I don't think the town I'm in gets hit often.
I'm glad Savith is okay. He's in Texas? Hurricane Dolly right? I didn't check out the weather thread yet, but I guess I will now. So long as all the elves are okay!
A giant storm would be cool!

Okay, got an update from Savith: They were without electricity all night, but it's back on now. Their house is fine although some of their plants aren't so great (but overall, still fine), and he's hoping to have internet again pretty soon.
And yeah - when'sa hurricane gonna hit *our* happy little cove?
