Edward blinked, someone was screaming, and quite loudly at that. What where they screaming about...? Vampires? Okaaay. Edward had some major freaks in the city, and it could have easily been one of them, but this voice he didn't recognize. Edward scratched his head, "Uh, swirly eyed vampire guy, do you want to go challenge the hunter just outside my castle entrance or should I?" Edward asked, not waiting for an answer to his previous question, he didn't really care anymore. Of course, at Roan's call, no vampires or anything similar came out after him. Not if they wanted to be cut down by Edward, he had told them no feeding in the city, so they stuck to the rules and did no feeding inside the city.

Judeau sat upon quickly from his chair when he heard the screaming. Something about vampires, but that was all he needed to hear. He got out from his seat and walked out of the door, remaining calm and walking at a casual pace. This screaming person obviously had a death wish. However, chances were a master vampire would not even bother showing up. If anything, they would send an underling claiming to be the master. Regardless of the situation, Judeau had to investigate. After all, he, too, needed to slay some vampires.
After quite some time, Judeau finally came upon a castle. There, in the front, stood the screaming man. Perhaps this was the vampire stronghold. As much as he wanted to, Judeau knew he could not simply barge in, and so he remained hidden to see what would become of the man outside of the castle.

Nova finished her cake, pushing the plate away. "Lord Edward? Is he the city master?" she asked, speaking before thinking. Crap, she thought, hoping it didn't give away what she knew. If this was a vampire household, they might not want people to know about them.

Marie blinked. "Yeah..." She looked at her plate. "I work for him, he's really nice." She took a bite of cake, and looked at James. "I've worked for him about two years." She swung her legs, and looked at the dish he was making. "I spend most of my time in the library though." She smiled, and reached over the counter to take a piece of beef off the plate he was preparing. He smiled at her. "Wait for dinner Marie." He said, and put the plate out of reach. "Dinner is three hours away."

Douglas harshly grabbed one of the chains, the spikes biting into his flesh. He seemed to grab it stupidly, but the largest of the spikes slipped through the gaps in his fingers, while the smaller ones stabbed him in the palm and fingers. He tugged roughly, snapping that one chain, and then he tugged again, freeing it from the other chains. Douglas wrapped part of the chain around his hand and began swinging it in a quick circle, the spikes creating a highpitched whirling sound. "Now I've got a little ground, one point."

Demetria sat on the edge of the bed rubbing her throbbing head. This pain was unusual for her, plus, she had such a high tolerance for pain that she normally wouldn't have felt it. She stood, slightly wobbly at first, but then walked to the window, looking down at Lord Edward in the courtyard. As she leaned against the window frame she couldn't help but smile as a sigh exscaped her lips. 'What trouble did he get into this time?' she muttered to herself.

Edward blinked, he felt someone's eyes on him and he looked around him for a moment. The vampire hadn't moved, or answered any of his questions, but he kind of expected that. Edward looked up, the only direction he hadn't looked in while searching for the person, or persons, staring at him. 'Oh, Demetria...Hello there.' He smiled up at her and gave a little wave. Hopefully she didn't see the shovel in his hands or the newly turned earth not to far from him. He'd get in trouble.

Demetria smiled and shook her head slightly, knowing that hewould be getting in some deep trouble once he explained. Granted, his smile was terribly contagious and its reflection wouldn't leave her face. Demetria spun on her heels as she heard the door closed behind her. The maid had finally re-entered with her food, and it was about time. The maid set it on the table, avoiding Demetria's yellow eyes and scuttled out of the room after placing the tray on the table beside Lord Edwards bed. Demetris glided over to the food, thanking every god she could think of that the food was finally there.

At the shaking of Demetria's head, Edward's smile widened. 'Oop, I'm in trouble.' He laughed mentally, Demetria always made him happier. Edward finished putting the shovel away, though he didn't look back to see if the other vampire was following or not, and then he headed back into the castle. His stewardess found him before he could actually get anywhere, and he got the lowdown on what had happened with the hunter she had met with. The same hunter that had been screaming before he bet. Ed dismissed her though, along with the hunter that now obviously knew who he was. He needed a nap if he was going to meet up with Murakai later. So he headed to his chambers, maybe he could cuddle up with Demetria? 'Ooo~h!' He squealed in his head (although on the outside he looked calm and composed), cuddling with Demetria was one of his favorite things to do.

{{Haha wouldn't Marie and Lila be able to hear that??? That would be hilarious!!!}}
Demetria sighed and leaned back against a pillow after she had wolfed down the food. She hated doing that because "Hip~" hiccups...of course. Demetria covered her mouth as another hiccup escaped. "Aw...damn it." she muttered aloud. The maid snuck back in to check on Demetria and scuttled off once again after collecting the empty plates. Demetria stood with another hiccup and stretched her lengthy arms towards the ceiling. She yawned at the peak of her stretch and a small tear came to her eye. As her arms fell back down to her sides she gripped the sides of her jacket and slipped it off of her shoulders, revealing her black tank that rested on the edge of her blacked pants. (I know, the clothes aren't accuarte with the pic but I really don't care xd )

(( xD Yeah, they would! xD Oh, and, that's alright, the picture is really just for eye and hair color anyways. ))A maid scurried past him, holding an empty tray of food. She came from where his cambers were, so that meant Demetria had eaten. 'Must be feeling better then...' He concluded, and walked on. Once he came to his chamber door, he knocked on it, he never knew what Demetria was going in there. Better to be safe then sorry when she's the one he used as food. Hmm, Edward didn't like the sound of that.

Demetria had sat back down on the bed when she heard the knock on the door. Lord Edward, of course. A gentleman through and through. "Come in." she said loud enough to be heard. Another hiccup escaped and she made a mad/pouting face about it. She hated hiccups. They were painful and she still had a headache. She pulled one of her tank strps back on her shoulder. She had never been as big as her mother, and this was once her's. So it made sense that it would only fit partly...ish.

Edward did as bade, she told him to come in, so he did. He closed the door behind him, not letting any stray vampire that might have still been following him in, then he turned to look at Demetria just as she hiccuped. He smiled and chuckled lightly, that had been rather cute. "You're feeling better then?" He asked, walking over to the edge of the bed and sitting down, his hands folded in his lap. The other side of her tank top fell this time, and Edward was quick to put it back in place.
