As she watched Jack leave, Syvra smiled and licked her fangs, talking to herself. "Alice will be no problem. I can assure you of that." She looked around the room looking for a place that would best contain the earth elemental. Seeing none, she thought of what she could do to contain her, and when she thought of it, she smiled again, her fangs lengthening with anticipation. She went to her hiding spot, satisfied that they wouldn't find her there and she would have the element of surprise on her side. As she thought of what she was going to do, she giggled, her eyes and fangs ready for any movement.

Alice took a step forward when Sirius emerged from his nap in her suitcase. His fur standing up, and a low feral growl escaped him. Alice had never seen him act like this towards anyone. Alice looked at Jack. "What business is this regarding?" She challenged. Her trust in this man fading, even if he was related to Demyx, he just gave her the creeps. And by the look of Sirius, she wasn't the only one.

Jack looked at Rose innocently. “Your friend doesn’t trust me.” He shrugged. “Oh well, you cant trust anyone these days.” He looked back to Alice, trying hard not to freeze her cat on the spot.
“What other business would this regard? We must discuss all aspects of your life here at Crimson Moon, including your schooling. There are more private matters, too, such as possible traitors to our clans, but as I said, they are private and not to be discussed here.”
Rose rolled her eyes.
“Oh come on, Alice, lets go. Jack is one of my best friends, you can trust him. And leave your cat, I don’t think it likes him.” She moved into the hallway, beckoning her friend with the wave of a hand.

Alice's eyes narrowed. "Alright, give me a sec..." Alice reached over and grabbed her jacket, and walked into the hallway, all the while watching Jack. She had a bad feeling about this. She reached into her pocket and felt for the small container of tablets. Finally she felt it, reaching inside and taking one out. They were energy tablets. Alice could feel herself weakening with each step. Her father told her to use them only in emergencies, but right now whether this situation was an emergency or not still remained a mystery. But never the less Alice wanted to be prepared. Even though she was walking slightly behind jack she didn't want to draw attention. Quickly she faked a cough, slipping the tablet in her mouth and swallowing.
They then came to a door, but Alice didn't recognize the door as Demyx's. Where had he taken them? Alice could feel that nagging bad feeling intensify. She hoped to god Rose was right about this guy.

Kye listened intently, this was what he was looking for. He followed behind the three elementals as they walked along the halls and wondered what Jack had meant by "traitors".
"Of course there would be internal struggles....Perhaps the elementals are not as neutral as we would like to think."
As they came to his room, he could not help but wonder what it was that Jack needed to tell Alice. He knew he could be expelled from the room at any point, so with a silent twist of his watch, he procured a tiny microphone, ready to place it anywhere he wished.

Syvra quivered with anticipation at what was about to happen. She was almost salivating, but then again, that didn't become a woman like her, so she deigned from doing it. She reached out with her mind, detecting a couple of minds close by before she reached Jack's.
Jack dear, can you hear me? What I'm going to do, you might want to cover your ears and stay out of the way. You may be fierce from my experience, but you're nothing compared to a vampire in full bloodlust. She smirked to herself. Just make sure they enter in semi-single file.

Demyx glanced up at Cora, still trying to get used to communicating through his mind. It was a pleasant challenge.
No, you may stay if you wish. Unless there is something you need to attend to. You are free to come and go as you wish, of course. I only ask that you use the window. It faces the woods, so no one will notice you at any time of the day.
He shifted through the papers, finally groaning as he chose one to read carefully over. It was a letter from his clan. They were having Lycan troubles in the mountains again, where all of the younger children of Water had gone off to study ice and snow. He sighed, having no solution but to sigh the orders to defend the area. His declaration meant that battles were sure to come, but he was doing what he must to protect the youth of his clan. They needed him more then ever these days.
This war is going to be the death of us all, Demyx thought, more to himself then Cora. My Water children are in danger and Im not even there to defend them.

Jack could hardly contain his smile, and the anticipation was plain on his face.
I hear you, Syvra, and I will stay out of your way as long as you wish. But I must warn you, we picked up some…extra baggage. There is another vampire here, a male. Perhaps you may know him, he looks strong. It matters not, though; the three of them are no match for us.
Jack held open the door, nodding politely for Rose to go in first. The purple-haired girl smiled at him and scurried in, making her way for the heavily-cushioned red couch. Alice followed, but her steps were reluctant. Just behind her was the vampire male, his hands on his watch.
“Make yourselves comfortable,” Jack said with a very friendly smile. His hand lingered on the door handle. To anyone watching, it would have looked like he was still closing the door, or perhaps locking it for privacy. In reality, Jack had frozen the doorframe and lock together. His smiled changed, twisted wickedly as he backed into the corner.

Cora felt Demyx's troubled thoughts, and tried to sooth him. These, children, which you speak of. Can I help defend them? Despite the fact that her body was relaxed in sleep, her mind whirred with the possibilities of helping Demyx. It made her feel good inside that she might be helpful.

Without a sound, Syvra dropped from the ceiling in the middle of the room, letting out an ear-splitting shriek while at the same time sending a mind pulse through the room that would leave the people surrounding with migrain strength headaches. With the distractions done, her eyes glowing brighter than usual, and her fangs extended for inches, she was a fiercesome sight for whoever chanced a glance.
Within a second or two of dropping, Syvra launched herself onto her hands, doing and spinning kick that hit the girl, Rose, full on in the back of the head, knocking her out cold instantly. Using the momentum of her kick, she twisted to land back onto her feet, landing in front of the male vampire. She barely had time to hiss in his face when she pressed a pressure point in his neck, causing him to fall to the ground unconscious.
As the guy crumpled, she turned to face Alice, and with a flash she was by her side, Alice's neck in her hands and her inches long fangs to her neck, piercing it just enough to have little beads of blood appear.
"Move, little one, and I'll kill you," she whispered, thoroughly enjoying the entire thing. "I haven't fed in a while, and you," she lapped a drop trickling down Alice's neck, "taste sweet."

The second Alice walked into the room, Alice knew it was a mistake. Time seemed to move in slow motion as she watched her friends fall before her. Then suddenly she was in the grasp of the vampire. She recognized that face...Cora? No. That had to be her twin. Alice's heart pounded in her chest so hard she thought it was going to fly out. But then her panic was starting to fade, a warmth fell over her. Her eyes started to grow dark until they were completely black. Alice remembered this feeling. The feeling of complete power. The memory of being in the Tristion Clan headquarters....before Demytrix himself. No.....its not going to end like this. Alice screamed in her head. She felt another wave of power, the she saw in front of her the air shudder as her telekinesis spread around her. One word. One word Al ice spoke to Syvra. "Die" There was a terrible thudding sound as Syrva was thrown back into the wall. Alice whipped around, her mind buzzing, watching every move the girl made. She struck out again. But missed creating a hole in the wall. Syrva lunged at her, fangs bared. Alice didn't even flinch as she formed a invisible barrier. In her mind she was confused. Her spirit powers had taken over again. But this time she couldn't stop it this time. But her energy was waning. The tablet had helped but she couldn't sustain this much longer. This had to end fast...

As Alice threw her against the wall, all Syvra could think was, She's going down. Twice, she was flung back by telekinesis, but both times she noticed it took a little more out of the girl. Syvra smiled, her bloodlust roused even more to dangerous levels, and she kept striking and striking at the invisible barrier from different angels, keeping focused on moving constantly and evading the blasts of psychic energy coming towards her.

Alice could see Syrva had found her weakness. But she didn't care. She wasn't going to lie down and be taken. No way in hell. Alice glanced around an spotted a desk with a jar of pens. She grinned. Bingo. She used her telekineses and lifted the pens. Ready. Set. Fire. She started launching the pens at Syrva like bullets. But Syrva was fast. Mad fast, but Alice did manage to wound her. Spearing her in the ribs, wrist and knee. But Alice's energy was depleting. She had enough to keep up the shield just long enough to launch a final all-or-nothing blow. But first she had to concentrate the remaining of her energy. She had to focus. To do the one thing she promised to never to do again since the death of Deymtrix Triston. Her eyes met Syrva's.....She could feel her energy flowing around her. Then she felt she would burst if she didn't release it. Then just as the door opened she released. A powerful energy emited from her and slowly sucked the spirit from Syrva. Alice could feel it rushing into her. But then fear flooded her body. She didn't have enough energy to finish her off. The lights dimmed, and she blacked out. But not with out damage. Part of Syrva's soul was hers now. Alice smiled in the darkness of her consciousness.

Syvra barely felt the pens as they pierced her body. They'll heal, she thought, grinning in anticipation, Especially if I get some of what I'm fighting.
She noticed a slight lull in Alice's tactics, and she prepared herself by blocking her mind and bracing her body. She wasn't ready, however, for what Alice did. Their eyes locked and they seemed to connect powerfully, almost as powerful as Syvra and Cora's connection since before birth.
Syvra's senses reeled, but whatever Alice had done, it was over. But Syvra felt something had been stolen from her, and nobody steals from Syvra Siann! NOBODY!
Her rage, combined with her bloodlust, cause Syvra's fangs to grow to a length that hadn't happened before to her. Her eyes glowed red, blood red, as she screamed a cry of rage and anguish at her torn soul. She dashed for Alice's crumpled body, bent on destroying her and draining her dry to get back what was lost.

Jack threw his hands forward, just barely having enough time to create a shield of ice around the crumpled figure of the Spirit elemental. Syvra crashed into it, almost shattering it. Thousands of tiny cracks spread liked webbing, and Jack wince from the effort of holding it together.
“If you must have a human’s blood, then feed from Briarrose! Leave a bit of life in her if you can, but take what you need as long as it keeps you away from Alice. Don’t forget that she is what I need.” He pointed his right hand at Rose, his face etched with rage.

Syvra fought with the ice for a minute, cracking it some even further, before drawing herself up to her full height and walking over to Jack. She smiled. "Oh, Jack dear, I'm sorry," she said, although her fangs didn't quite compliment the apology. Then she grabbed his neck, her full strength revealed as she hoisted him up and crashed him into the wall. As he looked down at her, her smile became a snarl and her voice had a feral growl to it, not unlike her sister's.
"But don't underestimate ANY vampire, especially a vampiress, especially ME, when I am hungry." She let go, letting him slide down the wall as she turned and approached the now moaning Briarrose. She sat on the couch, laying Rose on her lap in an embrace, and as she bit into the soft flesh on her neck and began to lap the blood that flowed out of the wound, she stared at Jack with blood-filled eyes.
