The girl looks withdrawn for a moment as she searches her memory for an answer. After a bit she answers though it seems as if she is not even sure herself. “My name is…Daustua?”

*Djanni watches the girl, the Fire stirring strangely within her. It is intrigued by the girl, and Djanni is uncertain whether its sudden interest bodes good or ill. At Perrian's introduction, she nods, cautious but still courteous.*
"Pleased to meet you. Are you well? Pardon my saying so but you seem disoriented. I cannot imagine that being trapped in that tube is good for you."

"I...was in a tube?" She looks around and verifies what she was told. "Where am I? I don't have any memory of this. Her last memories flash past her eyes as she forces herself to relive them. They end in an explosion and endless darkness. Daustua then crouches down grabbing the sides of her head, her eyes opened wide in in confusion and bewilderment. "What happened to me? Why Am I here? What is all this?" She begins to shake.

"Yes, you were in a tube. Currently, we do not know where we are, either. We're just exploring this place right now. All of your other questions I'm not sure of the answer, sorry." Perrian said. "Calm down, Daustua."

Daustua stands up form her crouched position, the look of bewilderment still in her eyes. "Calm down..calm down! Ive been sealed inside a tube with no memory of how I got there. Lord knows how long I've been here and your tell me to calm down?" Daustua's memories were all begining to flood back to her. Her childhood, her attendance to the military academy, her graduation and appointment as a mechanics officer in the heavy infantry, her recruitment into the top secret walking goliath project, the explosion... "My god, I need to contact my parents. They must be so worried!"

Perrian nodded. "Ok. Once we find a way out of here and determine whether this is a good home for Shiva you may contact your parents." He said.

"I fear he is correct; we have not way at this present time to establish communications with the outside world. When we reach the surface, we shall do all that we can to assist you."

Daustua reaches up and places her hand on Djanni's. Her hand feels strangely cold and heavy. However for Daustua, Djanni's touch was reassuring. When everything else seemed like a scene out of a nightmare it was nice to feel something real. "Thank you, If that is the case then let us continue and find a way out of this frightening place. There are so many questions I need answered."

Perrian nodded. "Unfortunately, I don't think this snake would be able to help us." Perrian said and pointed to the snake. "And I doubt we want to release that snake, either. So, I'm guessing we head out of this room and go to the third door if there is no door in this room."

*Djanni gives Daustua's shoulder a reassuring squeeze before straightening and going to the snake*
"It would probably be dangerous to release it, yes. However, I cannot in all conscience allow even a violent creature to be condemned to such an existence. I say we release it, and if it attacks us, we will at least give it a swift and honorable death."

Perrian nods and walks over to the snake's tank. He pressed the same button that opened Dautsua's tank. He hoped that the same button would open this tank. If he didn't, he had a backup plan.

Daustua steps from the tank where she had been held and looks at the snake creature they were talking about. She couldn’t believe she had been being kept along side this thing for god knows how long. It just was all too surreal for her at the moment. She was surprised that they wanted to let it out. Though Daustua was in the military, she was a mechanic, and had not done combat training since basic. She had never fought another living creature before in her life. She now found that the idea slightly frightened her. She truly hoped it would be friendly.

When you press the button on the snake’s tank nothing happens. The light is not on and the keypad does nothing.
