Ok I am going to say this now before I break a window with someone's head from the press.
I am sure you have ALL heard about the shooting by Kimveer_gill right? Well I am also sure you have heard that he had a profile on www.Vampirefreaks.com. Well I am here to tell you that from being on there myself. It's a damned good site. Think of it as myspace for goths with less rape, molestation, murder, and all the other "fun" stuff you find on myspace. VF is a place where we all of the "darker nature" get together and make friends. One guy kills someone and EVERYONE bashes the site. It's like myspace all over again. But here's the catch.
Twenty guys every other week rape some girl who was dumb enough to meet a guy over the internet alone in a place NON crowded and all you hear about is that, and if myspace tries to make amends everyone's like ok.
ONE PERSON from VF kills one person and injures others (wrong I know) and the press is trying to get the site banned. it talks about how one person wrote that this man was a hero and all for killing that girl, but not a god. It writes about how one person is complaining and no one is listening. My god, they don't see the other 620,000 other members who are good people. I am tired of this, just like I am tired of myspace getting bashed. it's not the sites fault. It's not as though they can watch everyprofile of everyminute of every day. They have to relie on other people to help them.
These are two articles I couldn't stand. One is just about the shooting, but the other one is actually BASHING the site for trying to change it's image thanks to Kimveer Gill, by joining the march to help raise money for sick children's dying wishes!.
