As the male sprung to life once more she didn't even so much as flinch with surprise. Too much happened for her to be startled in such a manner. She did however, smile at him. "Raken is never going to believe this." The female started to walk back towards where her brother was before stopping, placing a hand on Shadows shoulder, and continuing.
eek Did...did she...was she...It was not often the demonic was surprised, but he couldn't stop from raising his eyebrows when the pink female used the male to help her walk. He didn't know much about Zana, but she had always seemed to be one of the shy ones of his family, like Yuki. Just went to show that personalities will still occasionally surprise a pae, no matter how educated they are in psycology. "Try me." In a heartbeat two shadow horses formed outside, waiting. He stepped towards them to offer a hand. "I'll ride with her, seeing how weak she is. If you don't know how to ride, trail behind on the horse. It knows to follow."

"Heh I wouldn't believe it either if it wasn't the fact the whole thing pretty much is my life, well at least it was, I hope this is the end of all my troubles..." He looked down at the ground, zoning out alittle as he wondered if it was really over, or like all great evils, it would just come back stronger than before, hopefully that was just in the stories he read. He nodded slowly and looked up at the horse "I'll be right behind you, let me just grab my own ride" He growled slowly, falling on all fours and slowly shifting into a shadow wolf, waving his tail around quietly as he looked up at the two, he backed away a bit to keep the horses for getting scared "It's a scar of my past..."

His eyes sharply narrowed shadow transformed, darting forwards just in time to catch Zana as she fell. "She was using you for support!" He snapped at the male, holding the female demonic close to him. "Instead of showing off your powers and using up precious energy from you battle, don't snub kind offerings and think about your comarades!" He was livid. In one smooth motion he picked Zana up and dismissed one of his shadow horses. "Most of my siblings cant even read but you...You are an idiot." He walked towards the remaining horse, carrying his youngest sister.
"Don't...don't be angry Raken...He didn't mean it." Zana spoke softly, curled up against the males chest. She was so sleepy. The female closed her eyes, heavily leaning back on her brother as soon as he flew them onto the horses back, her in front.

"I'm sorry..." He lowered his ears whining alittle, his head wasn't concentrating on what was in front of him, but instead the thoughts that kept resurfacing everytime he had a thought, it was always about Moon's return or her creations, Moon was stopped, but those two shadows were still out there. He followed behind the horse quietly not saying much or really even looking up at them. He kept falling back into his own little world in his mind, letting his body move automatically and pretty much self consciously while he contemplated on his worries and fears. He looked up at Zana occasional, feeling bad for his mistake for being so caught up in his own thoughts. His tail waved around behind him while he kept pace the horse, twitching his ears back and forth.

"I don't know the details, but so far I've gathered he dragged you into danger, causing you to become injured, almost drowned you by throwing you into a healing fountain, snubs any offered help, and then leaves you to fend for yourself when your weak from his initial mistake. You shouldn't be hanging around the likes of him. It seems to me he just uses people as buffers for his own problems." He fixed Shadow with a stare that would have made the average pae writher in fright. He was a smart, and very skilled shadow user. Even if it was technically impossible to kill a pae, Raken could certainly make another wish otherwise.
"No...he's not like that..." Zana protested, rosey eyes closed as she rested her head on Rakens shoulder. "I wanted to help...its not his fault..." She stiffled a yawn. Raken was so warm...so comfortable...He had never held anyone like this. Her eldest brother was quite commonly known as a cold pae. Maybe there was another side to him? Tartara had always claimed he was secretly sweet...

"No, I didn't mean to, I didn't want Zana to get caught up in all this, I promise it wasn't my intentions at all..." He couldn't help but feel even worse now, even if the other guy's words were not fully true, that one thing that was true was that the outcome was his fault. He lowered his ears against his head, shivering alittle at the thought of what he caused for Zana, now he was regretting ever opening up to anyone, he felt like his problems were meant to be dealt by him alone, and because he didn't deal with them himself Zana caught hurt by it. It was his mistake and she had to pay the price, he couldn't take the guilt anymore "I'm sorry for everything Zana, please forgive me..." A thought crossed his mind of leaving her alone and running back to isolation, but he would feel even worse leaving her alone with her current state, he would have to atleast wait till she was fully recovered to run away.

"You might not have meant it, but you're still a magnet for pain and misfortune. I don't care what happens to you after you explain things to Tartara. Just stay away from my family." There it was. It wasn't often Raken showed any feelings for his family in the slightest, even neglecting to visit his own mother for months at a time. But he was the eldest in his strange patchwork family, and with the title came a sense of need to protect them. Even if Amara herself was in danger, he would step in to help. Though he well knew the island would be better off without her. He remembered her before Dragnid forest...He should visit her.
"Raken, please." The demonic wimpered, pale pink eyes opening. She looked at Shadow, her face soft. "I wont." Those two words seemed to silence the entire forest except for the soft padding of the horses hooves. "Because its not your fault. My mother and I could have left you to defend yourself as we defended ourselves. I wanted to help." A shudder ran through her entire body. She had recieved quite a few wounds from being thrashed around, possessed, bitten, and otherwise beaten. In order to heal them all, the healer pae had used her own strength, leaving her now with almost nil. "I wanted to help...because...thats what friends do...right?"

((Sorry, kind of been out of the RP mode, alot of things happened really fast sweatdrop ))
"..." He looked away, feeling like every word the guy said was the truth that hurt his heart, but his gaze turned back to Zana when his ears heard her words "R, right...friends" He hadn't used that word much, if not any, being alone so long meant he couldn't feel the feelings of friendship much "Zana...I...thanks" He couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth in his heart, it was the first time someone actually told him it wasn't his fault, his power was used only for destruction, creating the beast known as Moon, being shunned and looked down upon by others by his abilities. While the quiet trip continued the thought of leaving was slowly fading away from his mind, feeling a sense of belonging here, with his friend
