When she reached the bottom, Aska heard some little creature that she hadn't heard before. She knew it was a creature from the way it squeaked, like a mix between a swallow chirping and a grass hopper. She pushed up against the wall and slithered along it until she was looking into the little nook formed by the missing section of wall. Inside was a body floating face down in a pool of water and a little four legged creature that reminded her of a human brain. The body, though, had strange looking clothes on that where made of a very fine thread, yet stained in old blood and the flesh was missing from the head!

The creature turned toward her and raised its front legs into the air and looked a lot like the feelers on insects. It dragged the bottom of its front along as it waddled with its back legs toward her. Knowing that nothing could be trusted, she drew out one of her swords and held it defensively, in case if anything happened. It suddenly came to a stop and leaped at her. Out of surprise, she swung wildly and missed by an inch. The thing sailed through the air and hit her armor while revealing a large hole on the bottom of it, ringed by large, deadly teeth.

"let's see the b*****d eat this!" Shaon threw her dagger a the thing's neck. the frosty dagger ripped through the thing's neck, landing a few feet away on the gorund. shaon grabbed ehr other dagger, preparing to throw it as well.

Sydney looked to Aska, who seemed like she'd seen better days.
"Don't fear Aska," He said, putting a hand on her shoulder. "If Athramir could've lived in here, then we can!" Sydney said defiantly, wanting to prove to himself that Athramir wasn't better than he was.

"Well, if we're to do something, we'd should do it now before it gets too far away."

Shaon doubted they could beat Athramir, but didn;t admit it out loud. she was angry, angry he would take the heart for himself. and for that she wanted to relieve his head from his shoulders. Shaon bent down to pick up her daggers, ripping them from the corpse. a thin trail of ooze and blood followedit up, spattering part of Shaon's face. she groaned in disgust, she hated innards and guts getting all over her face. But, she said nothing, merely wiping them on her shirt and following her brethren.

Sydney could see all hell was about to break loose, and he wasn't about to be the one who was attacked.
He leapt to his feet and drew his sword, charging the direction of the huge monsters.
As he got very close, he could see that this wasn't one of his best ideas.
The monsters were about 5x as large as he thought they were and his sword wasn't going to get him very far here.
Never the less, he lunged at one of the smaller one, putting his all into the blow.
All of a sudden, his blade snapped in half, the end of the blade ricochetting (Sure I spelt that wrong, ROFL rofl ) af the things shell and almost cutting open his face.
Maybe he'd bitten off more than he could chew this time...
