Ceon softly nuzzled her neck, and felt relieved when the movie ended. "Well, that was an amusing film." Ceon chuckled as the credits rolled. "What should we do now?"

She stood up slowly, brushing off the bits of popcorn from her shirt. "I don't think it was the movie that was amusing." She answered with a small laugh. She thought about what they could do now, but couldn't think of a thing. Their usual place of safe haven was completely desecrated by violence.

"Why don't we get you some new clothes," said Ceon as he noticed that Layna's clothes were becoming tight on her. "I think there's one or two stores that might have the clothes you need."

Layna sighed, placing her hands upon her abdomen. "I'm so seriously fat." She said sarcastically. "Well, it's inevitable. Whenever you're ready, love." She said.

"Alright, but uh.. you're not done growing et. Just wait until the last month." Ceon said the last sentnce in almost a whisper. He took her hand and walked out to the streets, heading down a few blocks to a clothing store.

Layna hugged him, reaching inconspicuously into his pocket. She took the bag, and grinned. "My gummi!" She said with a giggle. She put a gummy in her mouth with a smile.

"Sneaky little devil." said Ceon with an amused grin on his face. "Well, we now know that our child will be very sneaky." Ceon lunged at th bag of gummies she stole from him.

Layna squeaked as he came at her. She put the plastic bag behind her back, smiling at him. "My gummies." She growled softly. She found this horribly funny. She backed up slowly, keeping her eyes on him.

Ceon grinned, "Ahh, keep 'em." Ceon took Layna's had and took her into the clothes store, and lead her to the women's department. "Enjoy. If you need me I'll be next door at the gun shop."

Layna nodded, a grin plastered on her face. "Alright, love." She said, laughing softly. She released his hand, and giggled. "Have fun, I'll see what I can find." She said.

Ceon walked into the gun store and looked around at the broad array of weapons. He walked up to the clerk, "You have any new shipments yet?"
"Just came in today. You're the first one to purchase the new shipment. I'm startin' ta lose business with these bullets. Seems like I been gettin a lot a money offa silver." said the clerk as he pulled out and opened a briefcase filled with UV bullets.
"I know." said Ceon as he rolled out sveral hundred dollar bills and layed them out upon the counter, closing up and taking the chest in his hand as well as a long wooden case. He looked down at it. "Is this the new prototype?" asked Ceon as he slowly headed towards the door.
"Sure is. Pleasure doin' business witcha." said the clerk as he watched Ceon leave the store.

Layna walked through the aisles, looking at the different clothing that lined the racks. "Is there anything I can do for you, Ma'am?" A woman said, walking up to her. "Yes, I'm trying to look for some new clothes." She answered quietly. The woman eyed her over. "How far along are you?" The woman said with a loose smile. "About three months." The woman nodded. "Would you mind if I measured you real quick?" She said, producing a measuring tape. Layna slowly nodded. The woman measured her abdomen, her legs and arms, taking notes on a small pad. "Alright. We've got what we need. Come on." She said, heading over to one of the racks. She pulled off an assortment of different clothes, jeans, dresses, shirts, and other sorts of clothes. She held a few up to Layna's body, nodding. "These should fit perfectly. As you progress, we can give you a discount on prices." She smiled. Layna smiled back at the woman, and held out her arms to take the clothes. Walking to the register, she rang them up, getting a total. Layna winced, but then smiled. "Alright, that's all." She said, giving her the different dollar amounts. She bagged the clothes. "Do you need any help with the bags, ma'am?" She asked.

Ceon walked out of the store and stood in front of the boutique that Layna was buying the clothes in. He smiled as she stood in front of the register. She would make a great mother. She was so loving and kind.

"No, I've got it." Layna answered, picking up the bags. "Thank you for doing business with us." The woman answered. Layna smiled and headed for the entrance, waving her hand at Ceon. But she stopped at an all too familiar voice. "Z-Zarathos..."
