With a heavy sigh, he sat up and surprisingly, the soreness was gone. He gave a satisfied meow before standing on all four paws. With a shake of his body, he padded from the medicine cat's den. He didn't need to go there anymore. His wounds had healed almost all the way and the scars were forming. He swiped his tounge over his nose, feeling the newly formed scar there. He huffed and shook his massive body, glancing around for something to do. He'd be willing to joing any hunting patrols. His stomach was growling at himself and he realized that it had been a while since he ate. He'd provide for the clan first though. He sat down on a spot in the clearing, his eyes narrowing suspiciously at Oaktail, who seemed to be gossiping with Featherheart. He gave a crooked grin before wraping his tail around his paws to keep them warm.] A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... That is too soon;

[Barkwind watched with emotionless eyes as more injured cats came into play in the medicine den. She hadn't been treated, yet she hadn't expected to be. After all, what could anyone do with bruises? Nothing. Maybe some poppy seeds to "ease the pain" as they were always described, but Barkwind was pretty sure they were too busy feeding those to queens expecting kits or something. Not that she would know.]
[Sighing like a slowly deflating balloon, Barkwind eased herself back into a fetal position, a paw over her head, and a tail wrapped around the curve of her carcass. I mean, body. Then she did what every cat would of done. Stared into space, pondering the meaningfulness of herself and the existence of Starclan.]

Hammi [Hammi ran out of the apprentices den, realizing that she had overslept. She quickly looked around for her mentor, but then realized that he was still dead.]"I really need a life.. Along with a mentor.. And food. Tons and tons of food."[She ran over to the fresh-kill pile, barely seeing anything there. Hammi took something scrawny and small, and began to eat it.]

Icestorm lay silent in her moss bed in the medicine cats den. She couldnt sleep....scratch that, she couldnt even breathe. She wondered if she was still alive or dead. Her breaths were slow and raspy. The wound on her flank had been deep and it surprising that she was still alive. But she had to be... for her brother...
