Sighing, Arin leaned back into the wagon and groaned again. No luck with the vulpix, but it was great that they had all been caught so fast. Especially that last one.. it had been about ready to catch something on fire, it seemed, and that was not something she wanted to deal with.

Something burning?! OH SNAP! RUN! ((Congrats Kuro! Dang, the randomizer hates me. xD -laughs- AH well, better luck next tyme?))
Jen caught her pokeball as it came back and re-hooked it onto her belt. Dang, nothing again. She usually had a lotta luck when it came to catching pokemon yet, recently, Lady Luck seems to have taken flight. She groaned softly as the heat from the Sunny Day didn't cease, even with the pokemons' capture.
Wiping away the sweat, she noticed that a few of the fragile trees were starting to smoke. Gulping, the trainer quickly released Demyx as a pre-caution before spinning around to face the group.
"GUYS! We gotta get outta ASAP! This forest is gunna turn extra crispy pretty soon!"
Turning around to face the front, She and Demyx started to provoke the lead Tauros to haul itself outta the forest, motioning for thosr riding them to do the same.
"FOLLOW THIS BEATEN PATH STRAIGHT OUT!" It had been leftover from the previous trip to Inhinx, but it was still usuable, despite how bumpy the ride would be. "Get moving! If we don't, we're gunna get a tan we don't want!"

He looked over the saddle, curious, then turned to look at his girafarig.
“How can I tell? Do you think Trist likes me? And I thought the small head thingy just bit if it smelled something good, or was scared? Do you think Trist can control it?”
Once again he looked into the soft blue eyes of his poke’mon, and it simply looked back, his ears flicking.
Apparently he was a Trist now? Well, I don’t know what’s going on, but this is gonna get interesting, I do believe. Looking over at the stantler, he chimed up.
“So you’re caught too?”

Saspra noticed an orange glow and wondered what was happening. Looking out of her wagon she spotted a few trees on fire. Oh crap.

At Jen's warning, Kader belted his ball again and ran to get back onto the wagon. They needed to vamoose and quick. He was quite happy for T.C though, having heard her get congratulations on her catch.

Meeka titled her head. "Maybe." she said. "They are connected to one body afterall." But before Meeka could continue talking, Ebba rushed forward. "Ehh, what's up buddy?" she said as she clung to the reins. A fire was beginning to start, how awful! "C'mon Arashi!" she called from up ahead. "We have to get outta here!"

Devious_Kitsune ((XD Nice! I just saw one at the mall yesterday. x3 I was showing Apple how if you turn it upsidedown it looks angry yet has a happy face on the back.)) "Do they look like they're waiting up for us?!" the wagons were already pulling away into the forest without the two of them. "Ugh, that one," she awkwardly pointed towards a wagon, a hard thing to do when one hand held onto Riza's hand and the other held her bags, "Is yours."
They finally caught up to Riza's wagon, Kai's armor echoing loudly against the tightly knit trees around them. "This is where we part, you'd better hurry up and get on!"
(( He didn't enjoy the splash attack much. XD Orly? -flips it over- ....that's creepy. DB ))
Riza caught onto the back of her wagon in a panic, and somehow managed to pull herself up.
"Thanks Kai!" she waved, "See you later!" She smiled widely, but was rather sad that they had to part, even if they were only going to different wagons. Kai was very interesting to say the least.
She needed to make it up to her somehow for all her help. Seriously, in half the cases, what would she have done if Kai hadn't been there?
"I'll make it up to you later!" she shouted back to the older trainer, being quite positive in her words.
Weeelll, back in her wagon again. She glanced around at the people who were bunched up in there with her. She hoped they didn't think her late entrance as too weird.

It looked like all the Vulpix had been successfully captured – and, for once, none of the wagons had been burnt, crushed, or otherwise destroyed. Fin sighed in relief, picking up Caddie to cuddle her.
"Deli?" the pokemon cooed inquisitively, sniffing the air.
Fin frowned, confused. "What is it— oh, no…" The wagons might be fine for now, but the trees were burning! People were shouting, and the wagons were moving faster, away from the flames as quickly as possible.

Alastair sniffed the air, trying to figure out what smelled like burning. It wasn’t any of the wagons, because he was sure he would have noticed the panic from that… but what else could be flaming? Apparently, he had forgotten that trees could be so combustible sometimes, and that the caravan was passing through what was, for all purposes, a giant fireplace.
His tauros, annoyed at the ones provoking him hurried up, tossing his head and snorting angrily. Con ran too, to keep up his pace alongside the others. Alastair merely clung for life, deciding that, for once, his advice to ‘just jump off’ if there was any trouble didn’t quite fit well here.
There was something familiar about this road... it took Alastair several seconds to recognize it. When he did, his eyes widened. NO! They were not going to go back to Inhinx, were they?! Were these damned scientists trying to find the lost silver?!
Murr... better not be... if they were, they were going to get a face full of angry houndoom later.

"Oh crap..." Ridley gasped as Jen brought their attention to the FLAMING FOREST. "Hold on, Liam, Soulcrusher's gonna get us out of here! Soulcrusher, move, boy!" he urged the Tauros forward.
"Tau, Tau-ros!" the bull Pokemon affirmed, lowering its head and charging forward along the path, straight out of the forest.

"What's going?" she asked as Kader hoped back into the wagon, head tilting. She had heard Jen yell something, but over the congrats to those who had managed to snag pokemon (those lucky devils) she hadn't been able to hear what had been said.
