"Interesting," Keegan mused, surveying the effects of Confusion. "Looks like that ailment could be deadly." He glanced over at Vulpix, enjoying the company of his new friend. The trainer smiled, watching the close battle continue.

"Hmm," Kasiya said, as Seto was knocked back. He seemed dazed still, but Kasiya stood firm. "Faint Attack!" she ordered, and Seto leapt into action, drawing close and striking the Butterfree, even though she was many feet from the ground. "Never fails," Kasiya grinned, but as Seto landed, he seemed to falter, the poison taking his toll.

"Wow, they're both really good.. It's hard to tell who's gonna win.." Ryka spoke to herself. She then turned back to Charizard. "Say, is Mike nice?" She suddely asked, as if out of no where.
Vixen smiled at the new Vulpix, hoping to make friends. She knew that he liked her, and she was willing to become friends with him.

Jaeshan wanted to cheer, but that last attack from Seto took its toll. He could see his beloved Butterfree wobbling in the air, and seriously considered throwing in the towel. But if I give in now, he thought bitterly, she'll never let me live it down!!
"Use Confusion!" he shouted, as Kasiya shouted an order too.

"Fury Swipes!" Kasiya had yelled as Jaeshan ordered Confusion. Seto leaped into the Butterfree, claws bared, and Buttefree performed her confusion. Both Pokemon seemed to freeze in mid air for a second before they both came crashing down in a heap. "Seto?" Kasiya cried, rushing into the center of the battlefield.

"Butterfree..!" Jaeshan cried, his voice filled with urgency. He too ran into the battlefield, leaning over the heap of wings, fur and claws. "They're both fainted," he gasped, yanking his head up, at the same moment Kasiya did, resulting in a collision of skulls.

"Owie!" Kasiya wailed, holding her head. Then she looked over at Jaeshan through one open eye, and began to laugh. "I am kinda whiny, aren't I?" she giggled, holding the new bump forming on her forehead.

"I'll agree with that, but I'm not mean," Jaeshan laughed, also holding his head. "Geez, your head is hard!" he said playfully, reaching an arm over to separate the Pokemon. Between the two of them, they each got their respective Pokemon, and recalled them. "Now what?" Jaeshan asked, puzzled. "If it's a draw..."

"...then you get to buy me dinner anyways, because you're a gentleman!" Kasiya laughed, jumping to her feet, her Pokeball with Seto in hand. She winked at her friend again, and dashed over to the Pokemon center before he could utter a retort.

Nitro looked at his trainer for a moment or two, addings some suspense. Following that he nodded his head at Ryka. "Yeah he's nice." The Charizard said to himself, as he let out a yawn, waves of heated air venting from his mouth.
"Ouch." Mike remarked at what Kasiya just said to Jay. "He's screwed now haha."

"How ironic," Keegan said, blinking. "A draw. I guess it's a rarity, but they can happen."
Vulpix, in the meantime, wasn't paying attention to no battle. He was content to have another Vulpix by his side. To show he wanted to be friends as well, and with what could be considered a daring move on his part, he leaned over and nuzzled the Vulpix gently before drawing back again.

"That was cheap," he muttered, getting to his feet and rubbing his head. This is gonna leave a mark, he thought, shaking his head and following Kasiya. He gave sheepish grins to both Mike and Keegan as he passed them before refusing to make eye contact with anything or anyone but the ground.

((Last post. I'm getting in trouble =( ))
Ryka smiled and patted the Charizard on the shoulder again before getting up and walking over to Kasiya and Jaeshan. "You both did great! You're Pokemon are very strong." She said ahppily to both of them.
Vixen looked surprised while the other Vulpix did this, but she decided that it was alright, and nuzzled him back. Then she beckoned him to play tag with her, as she ran around the trunk of a tree.

Puzzled, she walked over to him to ask what's wrong. "Neither of us won, or lost," she said, trying to cheer him up. "Or are you mad about dinner?" she put her finger to her lip, looking perplexed.

Happy that his daring move had worked, Vulpix sat contentedly by his new friend, enjoying her company. When she initiated a game of tag, he was more than happy to chase her around.
