Actually I do have a few questions.
1.) Which village has the most activity and do you need to use the same element that your village specializes in.
2.) How do you join a team and do you need to start your character in the Ninja academy to join up with a team?
3.) Are you granted abilities or do you have to get a higher ranking member to train you in ninjutus?
4.) If I wanted to be a taijutsu, medic and a summoner is this possible and do I get to make up my own taijutsu moves or are there ones I can already learn?
1. Well, activity shouldn't really determine which village you want. Though, Suna, Kumo, Konoha, and MAYBE Kiri if you're lucky, should accept you. And you can use any element you want. Unless you a part of a clan that has a specific affinity. Also, you need to ask the Kage of the village to join that village.
2. Best to start in the academy so you learn the system.
3. Depending on the technique you want to learn, depends on if you need a sensei or not. Leveling up gets you more stats, and that means more you can learn too.
4. There is already plenty of Taijutsu, Medic-jutsu, and summoning contracts.
