Xol raises his left arm, sending a pulse of wind past Focht's front to confuse him and stabs towards his right leg at a downward angle. As the blade nears his right thigh, Xol whips his hand around and tries to grab his throat.

~they arrive at his room and as soon as he opens the door he throws Zero at a wall. at the same time he throws four large knives at Zero's arms and legs to pin him to the wall~

Hmmm. It is getting a little late for a spar. Well thats ok. I just thought maybe someone would like to have some fun.

~Truinthil blocks the beams with a quickly raised barrier of spirit. he then slams the weave inside Zero to block his using any powers. it was a painless thing~

Focht doesn't react to the blast of air and tries to dodge the sword. Having just countered Xol's air attack, Focht doesn't have the energy to move fast enough and is stabbed. Not seeing the grab to the throat coming, not thinking clearly from exhaustion, Xol grabs Focht's throat. Growling at Xol, Focht tries to summon a blast of air but it turns out only as a slight breeze.

simple. its a very ancient form of elemental magic. most cant even sense the source of it anymore. with it one can weave almost endless things with mixtures of fire, earth, water, air, and spirit. or they can use just one at a time for just as many effects. you can make fireworks with it, light candles, cook food, make portals that once stepped through can take you perhaps one hundred miles in a single step. or you can use this form of magic in very deadly forms. for example boiling the liquids inside ones body or making their head explode. but what i have done to you is place a barrier of spirit that prevents you from using your abilities. i find it works on multiple forms of magical and energy usage. but none of that is really very important. whats important is that you are going to be feeding me for a while.

Xol stabs the blade through his leg untill the hilt slams against his leg and the blade runs through the stone floor some. In the same cruel motion Xol pulls Focht upward by the throat, ripping his thigh open from the broadness of the hilt.
As he held Focht in the air and smirked at the blood now flowing freely from his leg wound, he tosses him into the wall across the corridor. The wall crumbles upon impact and falls on top of Focht.
