relaxing into his chest Kagu positioned her arms more comfortably at her side and closed her eyes. "I think you mean you need to heal more than anyone" she said circling a finger on his leg for the sake of it.

Leogun smirked and nodded"yeah that to"he said as he reached to the bag he set next to the tree and pulled out one of the furs and draped it over them"go to sleep"he said kissing behind her ear

snuggling into leogun a little more, she gently placed her paw on his chest leaning her head next to it on his chest and closed her eyes before whispering with a smile "I am, stupid."

Leogun smirked and before he fell asleep said"i know you are"
~next morning~
Leogun woke up a few hours ago and had positioned Kagu on the furs so she wouldnt notice to much that he was gone but he had gone into the river and cought some fish and had them over the fire cooking nicely, the skin crisp and then meat cooked to perfection

smelling some familiar, something tasty, Kagu sat up slowly aching slightly from the wound on her side but eventually sat up easier. "Leogun?" she asked herself quietly only to realize it was the smell of fish and looked around. "you better not have gone and stood in cold water" she groaned "only idiots catch a cold in the summer pack"

Leogun smirked and then shook his head and held up his swords sheath with a string tied around it"nope just a basic pole"he said as he set it down and then pulled down a fish and waved it in front of her, even though he was hurting again at least he was some what healed"howd you sleep"he said as he looked around for the cream

glaring a little she wasn't about to be tricked into taking a fish he was dangling, though the smell did make her stomach growl. "I slept fine, how come your up so early anyway? surely the more blood loss the more you sleep? what, you got blood of steel too?" she said sarcastically passing the cream over to him

Leogun looked at her and smirked"no i just wake up like this...i usually dont sleep so the few hours i did where great"he said as he took the fis and then cream, he put the cream on the cuts in his legs and knees and then took a bite out of the fish with a satisfying crunch"im glad i seasoned this with dill it makes it taste so much better"he said taking anther bite

"hmm." she waited for him to give her some, but decided she didn't want to, and instead stepped over and took some from him instead, taking a bite she nodded "hmm, ew, dill" not really knowing what dill was, she didn't really like it that much, but ate it anyway. "you have weird taste"

"you have no room to talk"he said as he took another fish from over the fire and skooted next to her and started eating"here take this one it doesnt have any dill"he sid swapping it with her and then stated to eat, he pulled a canteen and drank from it slowly as the water trickled down his neck

taking a bite of the fish it was better, and bones kept getting stuck in her teeth, which was gross but she wasn't too bothered by it. she watched him take a drink but didn't really want any. "stop wasting water" was all she could think of to say, though it sounded preachy. thinking for a moment she looked at him and nudged her elbow into his arm "my dad will probably get all touchy about this by the way" she laughed motioning to her wound. "ask about yours as well"

kagu couldn't help but laugh, almost spitting out her food in laughter even. "Oioi, he wont like you saying that either" she nudged him in the arm again, toning down into a chuckle. "I meant he'll probably not let you move out a room for the next month" she said, biting into the fish through a smile.

almost choking on the fish she took back and blushed "w-why would I be? stuck in a room with you? you'd make it smell of your stray-ness" she mumbled. she was still stuck on that? "hmm, but if you cook it wont be so bad." she smiled slyly, then realized the cooks would probably do that anyway "tch"
