Aeolusis Jahoclave Okay, so I'm just going to go with the opinion that my soulmate is a lesbian. Hey that works, lets just hope she's also bisexual. pirate Well I suppose that's it's still better off than being on a planet in a galaxy far away. I wrote that poem a long time ago. I dunno, it's just that, if I were trying to describe what I was looking for in a girl, she'd be a pretty damn close example. You'd really think intelligent, motivated girls who at least care about their health a little would be a little more prevalent on a college campus.

Soranoko I might be doing psychology research with a professor next quarter! @u @;; But first... I have to survive finals... ; __; I'm going to be the first man in the Department of English... Why I ever agreed to be the president of the English Society. I never used to drink so much until I started working with that group, now I'm borderline alcoholic. Congrats by the way, I think you got the better deal. And you know what's not the most fun of times, being the only straight single dude in a room with three lesbian couples. Also, I bought the most evil book in the world according to the Beck. I kind of like the hypocritical irony of a radical far left text being sold by corporate book chains as well.

Whoops, nevermind. The professor just e-mailed me telling me that previous 199s are returning, meaning he doesn't have space for me anymore. ): Too bad...

And seriously, I want to smack a b***h, mainly because he can't shut the ******** up and recognize reality. Seriously, who the ******** is an e-zine for ******** everybody in existence promoting student involvement and community, especially when you're talking about a department run forum for students only. And wtf, when you're discussing making a reservation at a restaurant, who the ******** suggests you order pizza? Yeah, um, restaurant, yeah, we just need the table, we're calling Papa John's for the food. So now, to head off this stupid crap before I have to take charge next year I'm making an action plan for how and what we're doing and suggestions on things that need to be done. I kind of like my header. http://www.freewilliamsburg.com/archives/i got this.jpg

C-CRAP
The professor went ahead and referred me to another researcher about doing a 199, which was super nice and I'm amazed he went through the effort... but now I'm having second thoughts. gonk This one wants a whole year commitment, and it sounds kind of intimidating -- I'll be the first to admit I'm not the most motivated, nor the most innovative. But at the same time, I'm a quick learner, the lab looks interesting, and apparently I've got something worthwhile if Dr. Liu told another researcher about me. Naturally, it would be good experience and impressive on a resume... but... AUGH. And I have to decide if I want to try it or not today, since she would prefer to meet tomorrow. : I
WHY AM I SO INDECISIVE. I've been sitting here for an hour or so staring at the e-mail, when I should be studying for my last final. gonk
Edit: OKAY I REPLIED TO SET UP A MEETING. I'm probably just being paranoid. e __e;; I mean, I haven't heard of anybody really regretting something like this. And it's research with babies! COME ON!

Ahhh, I can count on Wolffy to tell me like it is. Final's done (it was easy), and I have an appointment with the lab coordinator tomorrow for an interview. I'm still not so sure about three quarters since I wanted to do a 199 just to try research out and a year is a bit much, but then again, my schedule does have a lot of room for extra units. And 360 hours of independent study will look pretty damn good. ...if I even get accepted, anyway! She wants me to bring a resume if I have one, aaand I don't. I wonder if I can talk my way around it.
I dunno! I'll find out more tomorrow.
Also: Spring Breeeaaaak!! TIME TO DRAW

Hum, so there's an odd feeling of happy with an undertone of sad.
Also, I wish this semester was completely over or that there was no such thing as evening. That's always when I get depressed.
