*Clever said this in a sweet manner. Then looked back at how dishelved Hikaru was, obviously he had been through something, but she wasn't about to bring it up.*

*Synge smiled at Clever's response. She figured the daughter of Rhodes would be the kind of person who made their own choices. She saw that Clever seemed to already found something in Hikaru to care about and this made her feel nice. His concern over what Clever thought also made her think that he was finding something interesting in Clever. She wasn't sure what, or what this might mean for Keira, but right now she just wanted Hikaru to find a bit of happiness, even if only in friendships. She smiled and stood up, she even hugged Hikaru tightly for a moment, in a comforting way. She let go and started walking away. She looked to Clever as she went.*
Alright, well it is time for me to get some sleep, so I'll talk to you both another time. Don't stay up all night Hikaru, don't you need your beauty sleep? Heh, good night.
*She went back down the hall towards Ben's room and made her way inside.*

*Hikaru cringed as he heard that Clever had a least heard a bit of their conversation. He wondered how much she had heard. He liked her response though. He needed someone with an open mind right now. As Synge stood up he was alarmed, not wanting her to go, but when she hugged him he felt eased a bit. She really was worried about him, he could feel it. He appreciated this more than anything. He hugged her tightly, feeling his heart race at the contact. When she walked away he smiled a bit sadly, simply waving. He laughed softly at her joke about his beauty sleep.*
Well you are right, I certainly need some considering how I look right now, heh. Good night Syngey.
*He stuck his tongue out as he used her hated nickname and then she was gone. He looked to Clever and heard her response to his question, and then her own question. He shrugged and looked at himself.*
I'm doing about as well as I suspect I look right now honestly, heh. Rough day to say the least.

*Synge cringed when she head Hikaru call her her nickname but she didn't fight it and made closed Ben's door behind her. She slipped off her eye patch and looked at Ben. She wanted to be everything she could for him. She hated her cursed eye more than ever right now. She went to the bathroom and looked at it in the mirror. She turned on the light in the bathroom and slowly forced open the damaged eye, looking inside. She hadn't done this in a long time, and she shuddered at what she saw.*
*The wound had changed a bit from the way Ben had seen it, she knew this was the other side to her wound. Her eyeball was no longer like a red gaping wound, but more like a black abyss. It seemed to glitter, which was from the strange sparkles that Ben had seen when examining her eye. She stared at her eye for a few moments, and then couldn't take what she saw with that eye and closed it tightly. She was always thankful that her eye stayed closed naturally instead of open like most eyes. This was the only thing that stopped her from constantly seeing what the eye wanted to show her most. Of course, it didn't stop the pain that the vision caused her physically. As she thought about all this, her eye reacted, as if listening to her thoughts, and shot a sharp pain through her head. She clenched her teeth and waited for the pain to stop.
*Breathing hard she washed her face and waited to calm down. Once she had she went over to the bed and took her slippers off before climbing in next to Ben. She carefully put his arm around her and cuddled close to his warm body. This comforted her, as it always did. She smiled as she thought of how nice it would be if he never grew tired of her. Soon she was sleeping soundly enveloped in his body.*

*Hikaru pulled his hair down again, hoping that it was working to cover up his cut. He didn't want Clever to worry about him. Not to mention it was a bit embarrassing how he managed to run into a tree. He smiled.*
Well, I hope you don't have many rough days, or nights. Speaking of, how did you sleep last night?

*As Hikaru kept fidgetting with his hair, Clever couldn't help but notice a cut. She sighed and gave a little smirk*

*Hikaru smiled as Clever said that she slept at all, he was just glad she was able to sleep last night.*
Slept the whole night through, never even stirred. So I'd say I slept nicely.
*When she smirks and asks what happened he looks a little defeated and pulls his hair down over the cut again, looking like a little boy now. He didn't want to admit what happened, or why. He shrugged and spoke in a somewhat muffled way.*
I dunno...just hit my head or something...

*Clever liked the way Hikaru looked like a little boy, she chuckled at this. She gave him a little peck over his cut.*
"Feel any better?"
*She wasn't going to let anything that happened that day get her down, she was going to enjoy her time with Hikaru.*

*Hikaru smiled a bit sadly as she kissed him. He wanted to feel better, but when she kissed him he just felt guilty. He didn't want her to think this though. He nodded. The cut wasn't terrible, but it hurt enough. It was more like a scrape really. It was still open and covered with dried blood that matched the blood that had dried on his hand.*

*After a good nice few hours of sleeping, keira wakes up and gets dressed. She quickly heads downstairs and spots Clever and Hikaru. She smiles at the two as she slips on her shoes*
You two are up late! Anything you want to eat or something?

*Hikaru raised an eyebrow at Clever's response and shook his head.*
What do you mean maybe? You are, that's just it. At least, you are to me.
*He smiled weakly and stood up. When he did so he saw a few leaves fall off his back. He looked at them curiously and then noticed that he was covered in leaves. He felt embarrassed and then started to brush them off his clothes. Once he did this though he realized that they were getting on the floor, which was Clever's job to clean. Quickly, he went into the kitchen and grabbed a broom and dust pan from where he had spotted them once before. He came back and quickly cleaned up his mess.*
Er, sorry, I'll clean it up...
*He finished sweeping the leaves into the dust pan and then went to the kitchen to throw the leaves away and to put the broom back. He came back looking cleaner without the leaves, but still disheveled. He tried smiling again, finding it easier this time.*
Anyway...um, thanks, for being so nice to me. That's what I'm trying to say.
*At that moment Keira appeared and he smiled. He forgot about his cut and didn't try to hide it this time.*
Hey Keira, no I'm not really hungry but thanks. I'm actually going to head to sleep soon.
((Going to bed soon, a few posts left.))

*Keira turns to Hikaru and off the bat notices a cut on his forehead. She frowned and walked up to him*
