Ryka giggled and smiled at this Charizard. "Say, who's your trainer?" She asked him, averting her gaze from the battle to the Charizard.
Vixen saw that the Vulpix had stopped quizering and decided to go over, to relieve him of his trouble. She gracefully walked over the the vulpix and sat next to him, purring.

Keegan gave a quizzical look. "Well, I was kind of a shut-in for some time. I spent heaps of time inside my parent's breeding facility. I'm sure you know it. But come to think of it, I may have seen you at Flannery's gym. You do look rather familiar now."
Vulpix just stared as the female Vulpix made her way over to him, and sat next to him. She was purring, which seemed to indicate that she didn't dislike him. H...hello..., he said, trying to be brave.

Why must everyone keep mentioning her name!?
"Yes, I did hang out there before I was a trainer. Good memory. Well I'm glad to meed a fellow ridgeian." Mike said with a smile.
Nitro pointed over to the shaggy brown haired boy as he talked with his new friend, accompanying that with a nod to further imply his 'master'.

"Fly up!" Jaeshan commanded, and Butterfree went airborne. Seto's furious claws managed to scratch her underside a few times though. "Poisonpowder!" he ordered while the Persian was directly below her. She flapped her wings rapidly, releasing a thick, purple cloud over top of the Persian.

Shiver had released itself a while ago and was wading in the pool of water near the Pokemon Center, keeping tabs on the battle and where his trainer was. "The water here in Vermillion is so cool and nice." As the Cloyster leaned back and relaxed, he noticed a few bubbles rising up from next to him. A few moments later a Krabby poked it's head out with a rather familiar looking chip on it's claw. He shot him one of those imtimidating glares Cloyster's are famous for as the crab Pokemon quickly shot back down followed by alot of bubbles.
"That's right."

"Indeed," Keegan nodded, glancing towards the battlefield. "I think Jaeshan has just tipped the scales in his favour," he noted as Persian was coated with the thick purple spores.

"Poison?" Kasiya cried, balling her hands into fists. "Stupid status effects! It doesn't matter! We'll end this our way! Go Seto!" she howled, and her Persian jumped to his feet, trying to pretend he could't feel the poison setting in. "Give it your Thunderbolt!"
Alright, Seto thought, wincing under the effects of the poison. He summoned the energy from deep within, and launched his electric attack on the ususpecting Butterfree.

"Apparently you thought wrong Keegan." Mike stated as he watched the Persain shoot out an electric attack at the Butterfree. "Jay better watch it or he might end up losing again."
Portabello almost fell over, "Wait, this defies all logic, how can a Persain-"

"Thunderbolt?" Jaeshan wailed, sounding as if he were ten years old. "Oh for crying out loud." Butterfree looked staggered, but angry. "Supersonic!" he yelled. Butterfree seemed to struggle for some reason, but she managed to get her attack off. Supersonic waves engulfed the Persian, but Jaeshan realied, panic-stricken, that Butterfree had been paralyzed.

"Supersonic? Poison and confusion? Why are you so mean, Jaeshan?" Kasiya wailed, but winked to show she was joking. "C'mon, Seto! Shake it off!" she urged, as the Persian blinked, trying to regain his senses. "Thunderbolt again!" she yelled.
Seto jumped to his feet, ready to summon the energy, but suddenly sat down again, and looked at Kasiya, puzzled. "Mew?" he asked, much like a kitten.

Key woke up to the a slight tap of the hand from Ty. Key turned around and looked at the Tyrogue as it pointed behind him to a waitress.
"Would you like a drink or snack?" she said with a smile as she looked at Key.
"Um, no thank you miss." he said. "But do you know when we'll reach or destination?" he stated before she walked away. "We should be reaching Kanto in approximately half an hour." she said with a smile.
Key's face had gone twisted, "Kanto! How'd we get on here!" Key said with a shocking tone. He looked up to the sign which said "To Kanto". His face suddenly turned calm. "I guess we could stay at a motel or something huh Ty?" he said with a disappointed expression.
This could eventually help some time go by faster. In a way, Key kind of liked the idea of traveling to Kanto.

"I'm not mean," Jaeshan shouted, trying not to laugh at Seto's display. "You're just whiny!" "Go Butterfree! Use Gust!" he cried, pointing to the dazed Seto. Butterfree flapped he wings, sending a spread of air towards the Persian.
