While agreed that it probably should have higher chakra cost and carrying capacity specifications...while we were talking about the similarities and differences between our Hyouton families was when Rachel talked about the molecular thing...since our clans branched off from the original Hyouton Creation family. So in this case I think it was based off of how the original Hyouton Creation limit (Haku's) could travel in between time-space at high speeds (molecular manipulation to fuse with the ice?). Thus the basis of a teleportational technique? But I'm not Rachel - go ask her - so I'm guessing here using the basis sketch for my proposal to mommy on Fubuki's Magdala Curtain Jutsu. Zephyr's traveling companion uses a different teleportation technique that also uses a marker. But she's not a human being so well...and unlike Hiraishin, neither are an offensive-style Jutsu. They're for convenience purposes, nothing more. Anyhow...considering I ended up with jurisdiction on what to do with this... There's no point in assailing me from all sides. I'm merely coming up with a compromise...and believe me, even if it's a character I rather like, I'm not all that eager to train with Shin, Elruda, and Akeru in foremost order of importance. More than enough on my hands. -_-'' So you'll make your kunai - plain and simple and as unfortunate as it is, orginally mommy had placed Hirashin under Kinjutsu, I got it moved to a Hijutsu (secret technique) category so well...that's just how the learning process for Kinjutsu goes. I'll give her that, i've never seen anyone else with her jutsu. I'll also say that i've never seen any of those guys go through the approval/bloodline forum. Which really bugs me since another one of her jutsus AUTOMATICALLY escapes any Genjutsu and AUTOMATICALLY deals 200-300 damage to the one trying to put them in a Genjutsu. And the fact its based off Haku really doesn't bug me less its like saying "Oh no everyone's original! Its not Hirashin, its Haku's bloodline!" both of which have been banned at one time or another. Still, you all know i have a lot of problems with Rachel, so i'm somewhat bias towards her super godly jutsus. Really if she sent them through the approval process that us mortals have to go through i would feel much more conferable. However i think its safe to say a lot of her god jutsus that Genin could achieve would be eaten alive. However i digress, you know you're one of the crew i respect Proto, so if you feel you have to compromise i'll respect your decision. However i'm somewhat upset that you're doing it primarily because the girl with the magic summoning wolves that are all level 70 instead of the standard 10, 25, etc. is asking you to. That being said, i would like to make a compromise with the seals. Normally i do use kunai its not that big of a deal, but i would like to ask if it could be the seal that uses the jutsu that needs to be prepared, and not the kunai that's a standard weapon. I ask cause i would kind of like to e able to use it with my Fuuma Shuriken, and i was going to have Shadow's cousin Rush and his team mate Karnage get a tattoo on their arms which would actually be a seal so Shadow could always watch over them. Haha yeah i'm sorry if it sounded like i was being overly aggressive towards you. As i said, you're one of the crew i respect so whether i like what you come up with or not, i will bear you no malice and understand your decision. Haha i know you don't have time/wouldn't wanna train, that's why i'm perfectly willing to train/learn on my own!

She swears she's gotten things approved or agreed with by different people but no one remembers this nor can they exactly say they didn't. Soooooo yea.

Haha don't worry! You're one of the crew i respect to Carlos. I have different levels of viewing the crew, for example Rin and Onix i'm pretty good friends with, but i don't really have crew conversations with. You n' Proto i'm friends with, but i can do business with you two if needed.
Haha yeah i noticed <.< I dunno, i've given up on trying to bring justice to her, but i still don't like her -.- (likes how overly dramatic i'm being XD )
Hehe, Roy what are the rules for running along side the coaster? biggrin I decided i'd much rather try to race it than ride it!

Hmmm not exactly an exercise I had predicted before.
Well, lets see. You'd probably have to run 'under' it more so than next to it. Even on regular rollarcoasters there aren't a lot of area for someone to walk on if they were next to the coaster.
At any rate, the coaster would probably be going a constant average valocity sooo a constant DC... hmmm but you'd be subjected to the Genjutsu going on just like everyone else.
The difference is, you know these are genjutsu as its just a ride but you'd still have to deal with them and it'd be harder for you as the genjutsu would be bothering your chakra control and concentration.
Hmmm ok lets say About 5 posts. Running DC of 50 vs a Dex check. You can use anything releavent to assist you EXCEPT Shunshin. That's cause of the twists and turns on the track. You might shunshin your a** into a piece of railing.. that wouldn't be fun.
Also, every post you have to do a concentration check starting at 10 and getting harder each post. Each post increase it by 5. If you fail the concentration post, subtract 5 from your Running DC.
You gotta beat the Running DC at least 3 times to say you beat the coaster. But win or loose, your gonna be exhausted after. XD

Haha in my post i actually did acknowledge i couldn't run next to it! But i was going to run behind it originally, but i actually like your idea better cause then i can actually race it! XD
Haha Dex check fifty eh? I think shadow's going to be a bit morbid and masochistic by stabbing himself through the leg to activate bloodline XD
I can imagine it now...
