Daniel looked up, after he had already put the kettle of water on to boil. 'It is not any hassle of mine. I'd be glad to get it. Sit here.' his note read, as he walked around from behind the bar, and offered her a barstool. His smile was warm, and he hoped that her mood would not be ruined by the angel that walked in and up the stairs. River was really an amazing sort of person, although she did have her dislikes.

Hissing she shook her head towards the stairs and took the seat, his smile calming her down a bit; reminding her where she was and why it was bad to kill people around others, why killing people was bad to begin with. Leaning into the chair as she eased into it her hands fiddled with her hair, the strand she had smooth and soft, just the way she liked it. "..Thank you.." She murmured trying not to use her voice as much as she usualy would, the little note in her lap to read. "...I'm glad....It isn't a--Hassle." nodding softly her face remined calm not smiling, but calm enough to be called sane.

Daniel walked away to take the kettle off of the stove, as it started to hiss, much like River had just moments ago. He set it onto a pot holder mitten on the counter, as he prepared the mugs. To keep River busy, his note started to pour out words, and his eyes smiled happily. While he slightly bent over his work, his hair shrouded around his face, shielding his pink blush.

Tomo pushed open the back door looking sweaty, muddy, and well-accomplished. "Hey, guys." he greeted, nodding to everyone in the room. "I don't smell so good, so I'm gonna shower." He said, heading for the stairs and walking up them.

Waving a hand to Tomo she shook her head with a small misshapened smile. Looking down she read the words, a smile spreading more across her face, Eyes scanning Daniel for a moment, "...falling back to the earth, I love you so, It sometimes hurts...Closer still, you will find me standing on the hill, waiting for you with my arms streched open wide, Now come inside.." clearing her throat as it racked her neck with pain she didn't speak when she thought; An his hair just gleemed shinny and clean. Like a soft brown cat under the spot light of the sun. Her smile didn't fade though her eyes landed on the counter.

Tomo knocked on his and Cass' door before stepping inside. "Just me." He announced. "Oh, sweet heart..." Tomo rushed over to Cass and fanned her a little. "You look so miserable! What can I get you?" He asked, reaching up to turn on the ceiling fan.

Daniel paused their correspondance of lyrics, to bring the tea platter to where they sat. It had both cups of tea, and add ons, like milk, honey, and even cinnamon. There were little cupcakes and muffins, too. He wasn't sure if she wanted them, but, it was always fun to offer. 'And everything I know just fades away, And every time you go; it hurts me so,I don't know why when I know we're free; Free to fly.' his note read, as he hid behind his hair even more, and took his cup of tea. At least then, he could blame his red cheeks on the heat of the liquid. For his tastes, he added generous amounts of honey, and let it cool as he sat back.

Cass looked up at him, and made deliberate grabby hands. She wanted a hug, that's what! "I wanna.. A... bowl of pasta." she said, looking up at Tomo with needy eyes. Lately, she'd been able to push the velvet box out of her mind, in hopes that he had, too.

"..You sink behind your hair, to Hide your face; There is nothing wrong with it..." River remarked quietly picking up the cup and blowing across the top to cool the liquid a bit. "Thank you.." She mouthed to him looking across the lyric's on the paper. "..Pretty song..I like it.." She started slowly sipping the hot liquid cringing as her lips tingled with a burning sensation.

Tomo gave her a sympathetic look and reached over the bed to give her a comforting hug. "Aw, I bet you ache so much." He sympathized, pushing her hair away from her face, "Sorry I don't smell so good. Just finished cleaning that darn shed." He said, slowly breaking away so he could go to the door, "I'll be right back with the pasta, okay?" He said with a guilty expression. "I'm so sorry for putting you through all this. I appreciate you like you have no idea, Cass. I dunno what I'dve done in your shoes... I may've even run away." He shrugged, "Anyway, I'll be back as soon as I can!" He said before trotting downstairs.

Daniel brushed his hair back with a big shaky hand, and smiled weakly to River. 'Careful now, it ought to be hot for a few minutes yet.' his note changed to, as he let his sit, his fingers moving the spoon all around the cup. He had hunched a ltitle bit, to not seem that he was towering over everything quite so much. His lip curled in a smile, as he watched her.

Nodding to the note she blew more; deciding to Ignore the heat from the cup to drink the tea, he was right though it felt wonderful to her throat. Sighing softly she melted back into her hair, both hands holding the cup to her lips, eyes peering at him. "..Are you alright?" She asked having noticed his hand and the fact that he was leaning forward. "..Don't slouch, it's not needed." She reminded him shifting in her seat to drink more the the almost tasteless liquid.

Daniel shook his head, with a nervous laughing sort of motion. He sat up straighter, and with both of his hands, drew the cup to his mouth, and sipped at it. He set it back down, to continue when it was cooler. 'River, is it okay if I hug you?' his note asked, as he tried to manage to keep a straight face, and make it stay less flushed than it had been.

A small creme colored neko opened the front door and walked inside. He shook himself from dew and walked to Daniel and River and sat down between them to lick himself. He was a pretty big cat, and also a tad bit fat.

Tomo walked the whole way down the stairs and walked back into the kitchen. "No shower, sorry everyone." He said, apologizing for his appearance. He filled a pot with water and set it on the stove to boil. He wanted to make conversation, but the two of them seemed too engrossed in each other that he didn't want to interrupt it.
