for bringing Thunderflight home!"
[I meowed softly, bringing my multi-colored eyes to him]
"Thunderflight? Sweety?
That's not Hawkblaze.
I can see if we can find him when you're better...
Okay?"
[I meowed sweetly and gave her a

could it be that this search will last unbounded eternity on tainted slate?
Twins are dangerous, tricky things, and when a second thunder rings too late
I find too late too soon to relate.  ツマシンなバスタドのメデるれはしないだろうりてたもですフクスイワダラテグー。 [Whisperblade's pelt began to grow warm as Thunderflight continued to sleep hug. He shifted his eyes nervously, hoping that no other cat's would come in and notice him. ] Whoever this Hawkblaze is it sounds like she loves him, but why would she speak of him hiding his feelings? [He flinched when the white she cat jumped back in surprise. ] "oh, me? Im just, er, chilling. heh." [He said hoping his lame pun would lighten the mood.] "Dont worry, im not hear to hurt anyone. I found your freind alone out by the borders and she was being attacked by two monsters." [He said explaining himself. He relaxed thought when she thanked him for returning the stormclam warrior home. He nodded to her in respect, a kind look on his face.] "It was no problem at all, im just glad to see that she is loved here. I will take my leave, tell her that i wish her the best of luck through life." [He said nodding. He tried to get up to leave but Thunderflight was griping to tightly onto him, like a chain. He sat there for a while and then smiled nervously.] "hmmm, you dont think you could help me alittle do you miss?"

"N-no!" I hissed. "Don't bring him here! After seeing me so weak for so long, what would he say? He'd finally say the words I fear. So I said them first! Not to him that is. But I said them! And that way he can't say them first!"
[I shuddered, falling back.]

He patted her gently on the head attempting to gain her attention.] "Thunderfligt, could you prease rerise me? I have to go before i am seen. Its not safe for me here." [He smiled kindly at her.] "Whoever this Hawkblaze is you should have more faith in him. Im sure he will understand because he loves you." Just as i love my missing Thunderclaw... [He tilted his head when the black she cat began to ask questions.] "You past out when the monster attacked remember? I was able to buy us enough time to escape. You are home now." [He said calmly as his stump of a tail twitched like a bunny tail.]

Not what he told me. His words ringed in my ears and I pushed them back. NO. I said it first. So you can just go away. I shuddered again, keeping my eyes downcast.
I released Whisperblade silently, remorse and embarrassment washing over me.]
"Sorry for acting like an idiot," I whispered to him softly, with an ashamed smile. "You keep seeing me at my weakest."
[Just like Hawkblaze had seen. And I knew how that had ended. Pain, fear, sorrow, and anger washed over me at once and I looked away, not wanting to bring my stupid angsty feelings into a stranger I hardly knew.
I hated leafbare! I couldn't fill the silence. It made me remember things I wished never happened, including my past.
I stared at the ground, too stubborn to see Whisperblade leave. What was the point? He'd melt back into NightClan, and I would stumble around like an idiot. I had avoided Hawkblaze and started stabilizing, returning to normal, but meeting this new cat had undone everything I'd carefully placed to hide the truth. And now the truth glared at me, with its sharp, merciless claws. And it stung. And it infuriated me.
But this was all my own pain. Now that I had revealed it to others, I felt even more shameful. I was so weak, so obsessive, so stupid. And now they all could see it. I just closed my eyes. Things are bad, I thought. I don't think I can bear the stupid inner turmoil. It can just go away.
I'll take it for you.
There was a shift. A rift. And then it closed.
I lifted my face, feeling all my turmoil receed into numb coldness and indifference. I was hiding somewhere, yet I was still there. What was happening? It mattered not. It all faded into blissful silence.]
"I'm sorry for causing trouble," I said to Skywisker without emotion. "I was attacked by two of those creatures that attacked us the other night. They're in the territory somewhere right now."
[I sniffed over my wounds methodically, assessing them with a cold glance. They were minor. I would be fine. I sniffed and looked forward.
I loved leafbare. It was serene and calm. Cold. Indifferent to the creatures that scurried around it. It felt more like home than any other season and I welcomed its solitude with a similar silence.]

I rushed back to the 2 she-cats, I began to dress the rest of Icestorm's wounds, going back and force, feeling exhausted as I dressed their injuries.] My best friend and my clanmate...hurt... I have to stay calm..I can do this...right....I can... [I studied Icestorm, making sure she was fully checked. I piped up softly to Thunderflight.] "Leaf-bare is shortening my supplies...Icestorm how do you feel? Thunderflight...did that help? Are you feeling better?" [he asked, shooting looked all around. How long had he been asleep? His wounds didn't hurt, and he wondered if Moonblaze looked at him when he was asleep. He sniffed himself and shrugged. No smelly medicines.] A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... That is too soon;
Cut them in July,
Then they will die.

I cant see how he wouldn't like you. Your friends certainly do." [He didnt understand what could be going on with this tom the she cat's spoke about, but he had always thought of others in a positive light. He turned to Skywisker when she asked about the event.] "The beast snuck up on her. When she fought back it knocked her on the head and she blacked out. As far as i could see she is alright." [Whisperblade looked over at Thunderflight and tilted her head.] "Its fine Thunderflight. We all have our moments of need. You saw me in mine. " [He smiled kindly to the she cats as he headed over to the medicine cave entrance. He nodded.] "I may not be a rouge but it feels that way at times. Thank you for all of your kindness, both of you." [With those last words he quickly disappeared into the trees, leaving no paw prints behind.]

"But I think her worst wounds are on the inside"

Silverstar had been awaiting her final patrol member, Cinderstreak, when she noticed a commotion in the medicine den. The silver StormClan leader frowned, her tail twitching in anxiety. She stood, acknowledged Willowfrost with a nod, and then glanced worriedly at the den. Her emerald eyes flicked to Cindermoon. Without turning her head, she ordered, "Cindermoon, please take over this patrol. I'm going to find out what happened. It doesn't appear pleasant. Skywhisker's coming with you, and Willowfrost and Cinderstreak and Thistlepelt. Send a messanger if you run into trouble and need another patrol. From the looks of what happened, things aren't going well." There was a note of anxiety and worry in the silver leader's commanding yet modest voice. Silverstar met Willowfrost's, Thistlepelt's, and Cindermoon's gazes with a silent plea of 'Be careful. No other warrior need be lost or injured.' Silverstar then bounded across the clearing, and within five strides, was near the medicine den. "Everyone, out!" Silverstar ordered, her voice short. All cats knew medicine cats needed space. Silverstar shouldered her way through the crowd to block their view of Thunderflight and Moonblaze. "Out, all of you. Go find something useful to do, other than standing around like bumbling mousebrains!" Silverstar snapped. Her warriors were smarter than this. They don't stand around when work needed to be done! Snow needed to be cleared from the dens, and the nursery strengthened. Fresh-kill was always in desperate need of. Silverstar was a perfect example; her scant body showed her ribs clearly. Yet the leader was as calm and commanding as ever, just as she would be in greenleaf. Silverstar swatted all the cats out, then turned to Moonblaze and Thunderflight. Silverstar met her former apprentice's blue gaze, worry and concern for her Clanmate, and nearly a daughter. Thunderflight was almost like a daughter to Thunderflight, since she found the little black kitten in the woods. Their bond strengthened when Silverstar trained the black kit, and now she proudly looked at Thunderflight as a strong and experienced warrior. "My dear, what in StarClan happened to you? Who brought you here? Why did you go out alone, for StarClan's sake?" Though Silverstar was a little angry and definitely disappointed in her former apprentice, her voice showed none of it. Silverstar's voice was worried and kind, like it would be for any other of her wounded warriors. Silverstar looked up and met Moonblaze's gaze, her own emerald mingling with the medicine cat's icy blue. Silverstar looked back at Thunderflight, her tail twitching anxiously. Only then did she notice a whiff of a strange scent, that unrecognized as any Clan. "Rogue. . ." Silverstar murmured, as her mind raced. Why would a rogue bother to take a warrior back to camp? Why wouldn't he just leave her there? Silverstar knew that rogues never did anything without a good reason. And rogues never treated Clan cats well, let alone enough to rescue a warrior and take her back home. A puzzled look crossed Silverstar's wise and elegant face. As her thoughts fought to sort themselves out, Silverstar awaited Thunderflight's answer. Is h o n e s t y so hard to a c h i e v e?

I could not find the words to thank her, but I hoped my eyes portrayed my appreciation. However, it only reminded me of him, and I stiffened again. It was like I could never be happy because of this stupid obsession I was trying so hard to shake.
I felt relief wash over me as Moonblaze came and began to silently tend to my wounds. It was just like the she-cat to ask no questions-she always waited for me to tell her when I was ready. I felt myself relax again, but as Silverstar commanded her way inside, I felt myself shut myself behind a door I didn't realize was there. And then the rift again, that closed.]
"I went out to go hunting, Silverstar," I began softly, emotion unrecognizable in my tone. "I caught a raven, but then I spotted a strange rouge who babbled about someone he once loved who looked like me. We parted ways, but I felt so exhausted all at once...I collapsed in a tree hole and when I woke, those creatures were attacking me. I almost died. But then he came back, that rouge, and saved me. He carried me home..."
[I trailed off, staring at Silverstar as I realized something.]
"I left the raven," I muttered, almost to myself.
[I made a move to try and get up to go get it, but I collapsed back down on the nest, my legs too weak to support me from the stinging medecines.
I'd left the very thing I'd retreated from safety to retrieve. My pelt bristled in shame and my ears went flat.
I'm such a failure today.
I glanced over at the warriors peeking inside the den worriedly.

I sighed as the voice was suddenly clearer...it was..mocking me? I froze as my eyes glazed over... A vivid image flew across my thoughts as I found my self...in a hollow... It was pitch black. Not a sound to really form...accept...the soft blowing of sand...liek...I was in a sand storm! I blinked as sand threatened to blind my vision.... sand...the grains of tawny colors covered at my pelt as it picked up in the bland area....only pitch black nothingness...me....and the.....sandstorm. I yowled in agony in my mind as it tore harder, my eyes tried to shut until;.... everything... froze. The sand dissolved until it was gone.... it rematerialized into... the shape of a beige colored figure...a tom-cat....his amber eyes were challenging as he stood infront of me, his wispy tail curling neatly around his paws. A grin spread across hsi face as he spoke.] "Hello my dear...daughter....remeber me?.....well...do you?" [I blinked, tilting my head to the side as I spoke softly as I couldn't understand what was happening exactly.] "Errr...I'm sorry...I don't....." [That made the tom....furious, his eyes darted to the floor as it seemed to dissolve under them, I shrieked with terror as I fell into nothingness. The tom grinned as he dematerialized.] "You forgot your own father! How about you....mother...i bet you don't remember...seems you FORGOT!" [With hat I was drowned into the shadows... falling unconscious..before...my...leader?]╚════════════════════════════╝►▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ ◄Frostbite is somewhat painful inside my heart of cold. It's hard to know how to live....
