Hinote, what would make everyone think of you as a rogue ninja? (though know you're personality i can guess)
Zane declared me a rogue because I refused to drink the kool aid I guess. Which to me, is a pretty obvious thing in that situation. Guy standing there acting so very angry tells you to drink what is obviously some sort of potion that does who know what, and actually expecting me to comply?
Even Etsushi's latest statement on the matter doesn't really work. I'd have responded to it in my post, but there wasn't a very large time window there.
There is a pretty big difference between carrying a sealed envelope as a courier mission, and chugging a mysterious mixture that does God knows what. Sure, the envelope could contain explosives and be a trap, but the liquid could only be one of three things. A poison or dangerious chemical. An antidote for something or other. Or some sort of performance drug such as Mizuki used in that stupid filler.
It could also be some totally harmless crap, but that would make it pointless to the plot, and he'd have no problem telling what it was.
