Yokou will take care of that if it comes to it. The younger members on the Hyuuga Council supports her...the old geezers...well, different story there. But she cares for her little girl's happiness first (also she understands from personal experience...). Haha but it was a prepared seal that gives the Hirashin, hence why you can put it on a person. The kunai were just his prepared method!

And i say Rachel shouldn't complain since one of her jutsus is 'instant Hirashin without any seals or prerequisites'

Haha which means you have to think of a place anywhere in the world, and you end up there. Sounds like a copy technique to me! I've made my piece with her having it, so she should make her piece with not restricting Hirashin

Which I have never seen it taught to another user or in use by another. And she did label - in Nakamura's case. While agreed that it probably should have higher chakra cost and carrying capacity specifications...while we were talking about the similarities and differences between our Hyouton families was when Rachel talked about the molecular thing...since our clans branched off from the original Hyouton Creation family. So in this case I think it was based off of how the original Hyouton Creation limit (Haku's) could travel in between time-space at high speeds (molecular manipulation to fuse with the ice?). Thus the basis of a teleportational technique? But I'm not Rachel - go ask her - so I'm guessing here using the basis sketch for my proposal to mommy on Fubuki's Magdala Curtain Jutsu.

Zephyr's traveling companion uses a different teleportation technique that also uses a marker. But she's not a human being so well...and unlike Hiraishin, neither are an offensive-style Jutsu. They're for convenience purposes, nothing more.

Anyhow...considering I ended up with jurisdiction on what to do with this... There's no point in assailing me from all sides. I'm merely coming up with a compromise...and believe me, even if it's a character I rather like, I'm not all that eager to train with Shin, Elruda, and Akeru in foremost order of importance. More than enough on my hands. -_-'' So you'll make your kunai - plain and simple and as unfortunate as it is, orginally mommy had placed Hirashin under Kinjutsu, I got it moved to a Hijutsu (secret technique) category so well...that's just how the learning process for Kinjutsu goes.
