Duellist Bertram also looked uncomfortable, as if he was concerned. Speaking loudly, he carefully took Ikue's hands, and led her through a side door, saying, "Well... the gardens are right this way, Miss Orehana... watch your step!" Once they were outside, in the alley by the hotel, Bertram whispered, "that guy's some sort of powerful demon... we should just go, quietly, before he hurts m... us." ~~ Duellist walked out of the bar, sipping on a sachet of blood. "It's so nice to see Bertram in love with someone besides Midori..." he sniffed, wiping away a tear. Then he noticed the demon, too, and hissed. "Who are you, and what are you doing in this hotel?" -Was it jut her imagination or were the men acting like crazed felines ready to prove themselves the Alpha now that Midori was away? Men. Seirously... they were just too weird for their own good. Coughing, she cleared her throat, a hand smoothing out her hair for a moment.- What my colleague here is trying to say is 'Welcome to the Jekyll de Hyde'. - She gave Duellist a faint smile. Seriously, if these two, Hakan and Duellist, kept things up they'd lose what precious clientelle they managed to get.- And yes, you are right. It is a great change.. extremely welcomed indeed.

"Oh, that's quite alright" He said to Mimi, not wantign her too feel to bad about him waiting for them. The neko seemed to be quite interesting, and he caught on to the fact that she and Hakan had a sort of love link. Yes, he could see many things with his unique eyes.
Though his face turned rather cold and serious once he heard the hissing coming from another being. After the pack of souls glared at that man for awhile, he started regretting the fact that he came in there pretending to be a demon. It was too late now, first impressions are everything, and he wasen't going to be very nice towards such a rude man.
"Excuse me? Don't you think that is rather rude to say when you first meet someone?" The man asked with slight disgust in his eyes, and making his demonic aura slightly rise bit by bit.

(( -shakes fist in the air- I hate this part of the movie... when they work their asses to forge a passport..and finally get a picture to develop and theimage to stay-- only so it fades when the passport's in the embassy's hands and then Prahn has to leave...and the likelyhood of him living is slim.. the crying, the rain.. goddamit. -dies-))

AnqeIicDemise (( -shakes fist in the air- I hate this part of the movie... when they work their asses to forge a passport..and finally get a picture to develop and theimage to stay-- only so it fades when the passport's in the embassy's hands and then Prahn has to leave...and the likelyhood of him living is slim.. the crying, the rain.. goddamit. -dies-)) ][Lmao..XD Poor Demise, and poor Neit! Getting a bunch of males together who are basically demons, or beings of the underworld.. It's not a pretty thing. xd ][

Why were they all fidgety all of a sudden? It was not the first time someone with such aura stepped into the Hyde nor would it be the last. After what had happened with the young hunter and Sirus it was understandible...but did they not learn the lesson? Keep friends close, enemies closer. It was not smart to come out punching... 'twas a Bagheera lesson that had taken her sixteen years to learn anyhow.-

The ghost took Ikue by surprise as he took her hand and led her out of the hotel. Now outside, after Bertram had explained what kind of guy the new person probably was, she nodded a bit. The cheerful expression soon returned to her face. Bertram smiled, and led her down the alley and through a closed gate. He smiled as he sweeped his hand out over a variety of well-placed and designed gardens, with mazes and benches sprewn out liberally. An enchanted haze hung over a portion of the gardens, with shuffling figures walking back and forth watering roses. "Well? Well?" Bertram now sounded like an eager puppy, wanting to get Ikue's opinion. ~~ Duellist snarled. "I have no reason to be polite to demons." The vampire's own aura started to rise, one of death and destruction, of incredible power and hunger. Then he paused. "But..." there was a silent conversation. "Yes, dear... I... but... he's a... yes, I adm... oh, fine..." The vampiric assassin faded out of sight, grumbling. "If you need any help, Mimi, I have an appointment with the Prefect of Zaix. You'll find out about it in tomorrow's news." Whistling 'God Save the Queen', he disappeared. Taryn quietly walked out of the bar. "Sorry... he's a bit prejudiced. He's really a nice guy once you get under the undead wrath and the bloodthirst..."

Why Duellist and himself were edgy all of a sudden was something Mimi would never understand. It was, after all, because they were males! She was very right to compair them to felines fighting to be the alpha. Quite right indeed. At least that was the case with Hakan, he wasn't very sure about Duellist.
However, for his and Mimi's mentality, he gave a sigh to calm himself. While Mimi tended to Neit, he made his way slowly into the bar. Maybe there was still some pizza left? He never did get the chance to stuff a few slices down his throat last night!
And what do you know? There was one whole box smiling up at him, the one he'd almost 'stolen' last night if not for Mimi. Giving a giddy laugh, he plopped down at the table and opened up the box. Supreme, perfect for his current mood!

Inside his mind, the shadowy figure was about too laugh. He felt like blurting out that he wasen't a demon, but then he'd have some explaining to do. he observed the man have a silent conversation, and turned to taryn. Once she apologized for her loved one's action, he smiled in a friendly way and nodded.
"Oh, I'm sure he is. Though I probably was expecting someone to prejudice me, this world is so tainted" Stated the mysterious man as his demon aura faded a little more, and then turned to look back at the neko.
He walked a little closer towards the desk, still with the friendly smile. "Why yes, you can help. I would love to stay here for awhile, do you have any rooms left?" He asked with a cheery tone. "preferably one at the highest part of this hotel, I like being high up" The fake demon added.
