I am so annoyed I missed the first episode. I follow one of the animators online almost religiously.

Because

Time to go try to find it on Hulu.

Yeah Super Jail is a epic show.

Like I said, Ugly Americans may not have a 3 min long battle each episode. But it really does cover the randomness.

I don't get Project Runway anymore, I really don't. These people are so bland and so boring and so average in terms of talent, and SO TAUPE.

I can' believe how boring and khaki they are.

They're supposed to make outfits based on neighborhoods in New York, they all comment on how colorful their neighborhoods are, and what happens? Taupe. Khaki. Beige. Oatmeal. WHAT. THE. HELL.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo came out in theaters in North America in English for the first time on Friday. Go see it. It's ******** brilliant but the less you know about it beforehand, the better.

Has anyone heard of The Good, the Bad, and the Weird? I saw the trailer and I think it looks like a fun movie!

cool.

Well I just found out a lot of Hollywood Video stores are closing down. So they are selling what's left in there stock for cheap.
I got 6 dvd for about 40.00

I picked up:
Yojimbo
Sanjiro
Rashomon
Shogun's Samurais
Blood: the Last Vampire
(original anime)
and Moon

Moon was one of my favorites of last year. Very well crafted, directed and acted. Seriously - there's a reason I'm so excited for Sam Rockwell's role in Iron Man 2, and this is it. The frequent callbacks to 2001 made it all the sweeter.
Rashomon and Yojimbo are both pretty damn brilliant too, but that's to be expected from Akira Kurosawa. I've never been able to find cheap DVD copies of them, so nicely done.

Will eventually look into The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. As is to be expected, it's not playing anywhere here, since they shut down the only theater that played anything even resembling an indie release last year. But I've heard good things from the few people I know who've seen it, and Swedish Cinema is yet to steer me in the wrong way. (Read: I am still pretty much in love with Let The Right One In.)

I know, that why I made a Bee line to the store once I hear it was selling the DVDs. I am up set they didn't have Seven Samurai but I'm going to hit up some other store near by to see if they might have a copy.

I did see some movies that are too cheesy to pass up, but I might wait till they are cheaper before buying. Such films as Thia land super hero film called
Mercuryman (looks kind of like spider-man)

So Adventure Time, folks. Has anyone been able to see any of the two previews episodes?

Created by Pendleton Ward chronicling the adventures of Finn the human and Jake the magic dog.

Being the first of three new shows that won the Cartoon Network pilot contest (The other two being Regular show from J.G Quintel, and Uncle Grandpa ((which I have no idea how they will get away with this show not Adult Swim)) created by Pete Browngardt)

It's cute, has a very interesting art style (think old school Disney rubber band with bright coloring), has characters I want to watch more of, and from what I've read about it and AMAZING voice cast. Think of any voice actor you love and it's going to have them. Hell Mark Hamill is gonna be an episode big bad.

If you have the chance, check it out. Here is a link to the pilot and a link to the site.
