Andre had taken Aria back to her world and actually moved to to his parents where she was going to school. He always though California was safer than New York. At least she wouldn't be dealing with heavy traffic, rude people, gangsters, and wall to wall popultion. Besides California was pretty liberal and Andre thought Aria could fit it easily there.

A loud thud could be heard within the main room. The source was on the roof. He landed on the rooftop and growled at himself, hoping he wasn't disturbing anyone. He settle down, sitting on his feet as he folded his long arms across his chest and covered his body with his wings. He snorted as dust floated near his nostrils. Eventually he closed his eyes and let his mind drift.

His ears twitched as he heard a voice and he slowly opened his eyes, standing up to his full height. He tilted his head down then to the side as he saw Crystal and the dagger in her hand. "Cautious, no?" He said quietly, not really audiable for Crystal to hear.

He waved at her from the edge of the roof with his claw as he answered, "Just little ol' me."

He offered a claw to hekp her up if she needed it and watched her settled down before he did as well, going back in the same position. His eyes looked out to the forest. He heard her question and for a moment, it idn't seem to register that he heard it.

"Thinking." He said calmly with a smile and he turned his head to her. "How are you doing?"

"I'm thinking about who I am." He said, turning his head back to the forest and smiled. "I know, Crystal, but not many would sit by a large dog demon like me without some anxiety I think. I know my human side wouldn't be able to sit by my demon side."

"Well I have learned that in the Black Company looks don't matter much, nor does your race. There are humans, vapire, demons, angels, and many other things here."

She said as she laid back on the roof to look up at teh sky.

"But why think about who you are? You should already know what answer"

"With a person called Akki I think... "

Darenos awakens on the porch, he stretched and yawned, not surprised that Crystal was already up. He sighed and went out into the front of the dojo and a bright white light appears around him as he changes into his draconic form, the huge Black dragon spread his wings and flapped them a few times before taking off into the sky. The winter was really a great time to fly, the land below and endless sea of soon to be reborn trees and brush. It made him happy to see such a thing.

He puased as he searched for answer in his questioning. In short, he wasn't sure himself. He felt he wasn't Andre the prosecuting attorney anymore. He felt memories he never had. He gained powers he never dreamed of. He had a strong feeling of regret that rested in his heart.

"I have a soul inside of me." Andre began, having trouble finding the words, "A soul afraid of dying because of his life. He never knew how to live. A soul full of regret and can't rest. I myself lost in the turbulence of his emotions and falling into an abyss where everything is slowly becoming out of my reach."
