Jami sighed and headed away from the ship, stretching as he did. He was almost desperate to get back in space again, where he really belonged, not cooped up in a temple. He enjoyed the peace of the temple, but he enjoyed the peace of space just as much, if not more, since he knew how to control his life up there. Sighing, he headed to the training room and began to work on his affect mind abilities.

Kalcos "Im gonna go to Master now.," Talon said leaving Kari to try to find the Raptor. He never saw his master's ship. He would have to look for him. Talon headed out to the spaceport. "I should really stop thinking about my fathers killers. Maybe I should use that as a motivater.," he said. "Yeah.....I should....," he said. He saw Glacian at his ship. "Master!," he yelled out to him waving. He then ran to the ship. R5D7 came out. "Hey! Comeon buddy!," he told R5. R5 followed along. [[this is actually before Kari arrives, sorry]] "Talon, I'm sorry for the delays on our going in to the city, but things continue to spiral out of control around here. This mission may be extremely deadly, so I need you to stay here and continue your training on your own or with the other padawans. I will be back for you ok?"

The message inside his head from Glacian had somewhat calmed Zeth from the disappointment he was feeling for being unable to save anyone from the previous battle. Zeth did not leave the practice room, not wanting to face his friend and tell him that he failed. All Zeth did was lean against the wall while still practicing his saber floatation arts

Jami regarded Zeth for a while, listening to his flow of surface thoughts as an exercise in the Force. After some time, he spoke in a calm, quiet voice, trying not to provoke the ex-Jedi. "You've got something on your mind."

Zeth then regarded A way to block mind readers from the history archives he read about one man able to divert his opponents from reading his mind. He started to play a game called Pazaak in his head, since it was his favorite card game, he was good at it. He began to vertically rotate his sabers in front of him, then expand them slowly away from him back and fourth

Jami opened one eye in annoyance as numbers began to reel through his mind, though he remembered the trick in case he needed to use it later. He stood and started to wander the halls of the Temple, trying to find some way to enhance his abilities.

He started to get the hang of controlling the sabers with his mind, and he needed a way to practice still
"Jami!"
He called for him with a sparkling smile while the saber hilts levitated on both sides of him

Jami turned, then nodded and flipped on his teal blade. "Alright, go ahead."

Zeth closed his eyes and turned on his green and blue lightsabers. Crossing his arms, he sent the blue lightsaber over Jami's head for a downward slash

Jami stepped back and quickly parried the blade with a Soresu technique, which he knew he would have to use since this was more like deflecting blaster bolts than lightsabers.

Zeth smiled, noticing the Soresu style was a nice technique to counter a mind-controlled Lightsaber, but notice that his green saber was missing. He looked to Jami and did a cocky 'look behind you' pointing gesture. The green saber came from behind Jami with a horizontal slash from the left

Jami brought his lightsaber behind him and blocked the green saber without looking, relying on the Force to guide his one-handed movements for him.

"Nice...."
Zeth whistled at Jami's block then smiled, extending his right arm, making his blue saber hover under his palm. He began to make a circular motion with his finger, making the saber spin around, the blade barely scraping the ground making sparks fly out. Zeth pulled his arm back and flung the blade at Jami like A boomerang saw

Jami cursed and held his saber in both hands for better control. He gave up ground as he relied on the defensive Soresu to block the spinning blade again and again with very rapid parries. Finally he managed to cross the blade and stop the rotation, giving him enough time to move around the sword and face Zeth again.

The blue saber dug into the wall behind Jami when Zeth smiled on last time and uncrossed his arms
"That should do it for now...."
The Green and Blue sabers extinguished and returned to his belt. This new found control of the force would be useful to future battles since his two forms rely heavily on the force.
"Thanks for the test"
