My studio's the door with the large musical note plaque on front. You go through there, through the door in the back and that's the living space.

*Looks over to see the note he was referring to and walks over. Sets the trunks next to the door and plops down on it.
*Presses her lips together and looked to Hartley.* She accused me of being paid to sleep with her. *Grits her teeth together as she talks. Anger burns in her eyes as she looks to Piper.*

*Is a little more careful as she hefts up the second trunk, though her movements still show her anger.*
Yeah, she used a bloody stake, it's probably still sticking out of the bloody bartop.
*Turns to bring the trunk into the room and stops to looks over to Piper.* What do you mean?

My ability has two methods. I use sound offensively. Sonics can affect the physical properties of anything, if you find the right frequency and you're creative.
Secondly, it can affect the mind. I've met exactly one person in my entire life that was immune to my hypnotic effect, and knowing what I know now, that was probably because I was in love with him. If you weave the right song, touch the right parts of the mind, you can entice anyone to do anything. Forget about that 'you can't be hypnotized to do things you wouldn't normally do' garbage. I used to put the Flash under and make him commit my crimes for me - and that's a man who, when not caught off-guard, can outrun sound.
What I'm saying is...if you want, I could make her love you.
If that's what you want. If that's what will stop your pain.

*She puts the trunk down inside of the door as he explains how his power works.*
*She jerks her head towards Piper when he says he could make Kate love her. Her hand moves through her hair but stays there as she takes a deep unstead breath, closing her eyes.* God Piper. I would love more than anything to get Kate back.
*She opens her eyes and looks up to Piper, her eyes swimming with tears she's fighting to keep from falling. Takes another deep breath.* I don't want another BIlly, Piper. I want all of her bad habits and the good times. Not a puppet. *Bites into her lower lip as she tries to grip back onto the anger.*

But I would have been remiss if I didn't at least offer. Here, you'll be sleeping on the couch. The only windows are in the bedroom. I have a fantastic view of the badly defaced Sabretooth statue out front of the building. rolleyes

*She closes the door after Piper slips in. Keeping her back to him as she whips the tears from her eyes and takes a few calming breaths. still trying to compose herself.*
Couch is fine. *Her voice thick with emotion as she fists her hands. Laughs lightly.* Do you look at that ugly mug every morning?
*She releases her hands from the fists and grips the trunk. She nods.* Whats up?
*Turns finally not all together composed but better than she was and walks over to the couch.*

Runs her hand through her hair.* You know, originally it was to see if I still got it. *She shrugs.* Back home most of the kills I have done haven't been all that exciting so I look for difficult targets.
*She takes a deep breath and leans forward to open the trunk, Resting her elbows on her legs.* I wasn't even sure if I was going to do it.... But Kate's reaction to it just kind of pushed me over the edge. And I figured what the bloody hell. Might as well have some fun.
*Glances over at PIper.* What about you, Piper?

::flips a switch on one of the sound boards, producing an ear-splitting noise that causes the lights to flicker for a moment::
That takes care of the satellite feed.
