Karonashi is dense. And loyal. -shrugs- if we end up joining a different village, he's going to be someone who has a lot of trouble doing it.
Anyway, since the order to drink the purple koolaid came from his leader, Karonashi would have drunk it even without the Killing Intent he seemed bent on using. -shrugs-
Probably a suicidal tendency, but then again, loyalty is one of his traits so...
If he knew more about the Kazekage he might have resisted, but he has had no meeting whatsoever with him, and so knows nothing about him. He has no reason to distrust the older man. And to make matters worse, Karo wasn't raised by ninja, so many of their habits and actions make no sense to him. This is just another brick in the wall to him.

Well Shira, there are two reasons for that. One, tons of people have already done the same thing, so it doesn't really evoke the same reaction as it used to. And he's sitting there waiting for a kage to charge him with a syringe again. He's not going to spend a lot of time messing around with your character.
I would think not knowing anything about the kage would have prompted less trust? Maybe it's just because David has a history with untrustworthy kages, who always seem to be angry. I think it's probably just the fact that he's demanding/forcing this while spewing killing intent everywhere that has David reacting the way he is. He's not a very trusting person, and when someone asks you to trust them, while acting so very scary, just doesn't click with him.
That, and he's desensitized to the point of being horribly dense when it comes to such things. Did I mention he's insane?

And Kay in fact did not get the kool aid reference. That and he is ignorant to what is really about to happen... so I wont metagame him already knowing that hes gonna becom----- *dropped calls can really ef up a conversation*

Insanity is the sane mind's way of dealing with the world.
And much of Karo's behavior ties in to the fact that he's just going along because he honestly has no idea what is to be expected of ninja. For all he knows, drinking strange things is every day life.

I have a theory... the more insane the ninja... the more powerful they are.
And Etsushi is only going along with it, because she doesn't care whether she dies or not. Not to mention the Kazekage has been trying for a while to get Etsushi to trust him, and she figures just when she started to, he wouldn't break it, because she would kill him.
Also Etsushi has been promoted to Jounin. Now, I just have to wait for Zane to say it in the RP. crying

I'd kill him... bit there are two things standing on my way... First... his sand ( Which Akura knows of ) And two the fact that David is sort of Akura's friend.
I'd be able to kill him... if I where on the ground, my ninjutsu are useless up there and there's to many people to use puppets...
