Arlen yawned as he stepped out of his and Lily's room. Having completely missed the scenario, he headed downstairs to fix himself something to eat. Almost downstairs he missed the last step, stumbling and catching himself against the wall before continuing to the kitchen.

Tomo sat up slowly, holding his forehead. "I think I'm all right. My memory's comin' in and out, but I don't think the damage was that bad." He glanced over at Cass with Rhi and pushed aside her hair affectionately. "The important things are still there." He said, patting his heart. He looked down, realizing blood started to fall from the wound. It wasn't a lot, just a surprise. "What's your idea?" He asked, pulling his hair into a ponytail.

"Ellie needs a body without a soul." Tal said, while leaning in the doorway now. "And, we have a certain cat boy that eats souls." elaborated the self entitled genius. "Maybe we ought to go for people who are willing to give us a body already made. Used is good.. Maybe even refurbished, you know?" Tal said, with a small laugh. "It may sound cruel, but it seems very logical."

Tomo paused for a few moments. "You mean... like people who want to commit suicide?" He asked, tapping his chin in thought. It was risky and probably illegal, but it was a damn good idea. "Of course we'd have to be very picky. It would have to be someone that looked a lot like Ellie... or someone we could easily change the appearance of." He tilted his head, "El have any depressed relatives?" He wondered to no one in particular. "Also, it can't be anyone diseased or about to die already... We'd also have to be extremely fast and careful." He shrugged, "It's completely insane, but I really like it!"

"Not a lot of depressed relatives her age. None, actually. The nearest, 26. Therese is a bit.. out there." Tal wondered out loud, and shuffled his feet. "Of course it's risky, and we must make haste. Yet, finding perfectly healthy, and willing to die people might pause a bit difficult."

Tomo stood up. "You never know in today's society." He said, stretching his tail out and swishing it from side to side. "We should start looking as soon as possible." He said, walking around the bed to tuck Cass and Rhi in. "Where do you think we should start looking?"

Arlen fumbled about the kitchen for a while, trying to figure out what he wanted and relearning where things were at the same time. Finally he settled on some cereal and walked out to the bar to eat.

Tal shook his head with a shrug, and bit his lip. "What about inviting them here?" he suggeste,d and crossed his arms. "Maybe.. well, I don't know, really."

Tomo shook his head. "I only want our candidate to come in. I'd rather not have a bunch of suicidal people hanging around my bar." He said, walking towards the door. "Let's go out."

Arlen stood and carried his dishes over to the sink, giving them a quick wash and rinse. He then walked over to his favorite couch and sprawled out upon it, settling in for a light nap.

Kai was on the floor in meditating position, his eyes closed. He didn't look calm, feeling the environment around him change. He didn't know what hapepend last night but it certainly made things worst.

Arlen opened his eyes and looked over at the meditating man. "Kai?" he asked softly, not wanting to disturb him and not quite believing what he saw.

His eyes went wide open and he popped up and turned to Arlen. A big smile came to his face as he jumped to Arlen and hugged him, clinging to his neck, "Arlen!" his arms slipped and he fell on the floor, but he kept smiling, "Arlen...hi."

"So it's really you?" Arlen asked a bit shocked, but smiling none the less. "I thought you died. I had to tell Kaen that you had died."
