Saku stared quietly at the old, faded black rusty gates of Ria High. "...And so my new 'adventure' begins- if that's what they call it..." she blankly blinked twice and took a step towards the gates "...It's the last thing I need. To fall in love with someone- then......." the words wouldn't come out. Two simple, words that could break her down even more- if that was even possible. She tried again, "...to fall in love with someone and...-..kill him..." she looked away from the gates.

It shouldn't have had to be this hard for Saku, they're just gates... she thought, and hesitantly pushed them open, seeing lot's of people. "No...ugh- exactly what I didn't want. And it happened...what a surprise." bitter sarcasm filled her voice. people...it's just what a thirsty, death obsessed vampire needs- more people to deal with...

She took a step towards the campus and closed the gates behind her- automatically feeling a huge burst of energy coming into her- Saku cringed and ran into a less populated corner of the front campus. "Nn...nn! Too many people..." she stuttered and looked around. I have to get used to this...I have to... She took a deep breath and stepped on the sidewalk Here I go...the journey begins....

Kreig looked up at Sapphire, no one had ever really asked him about his race so much. Despite her reassuring words, he still felt awkward talking about it, as if he telling a secret he shouldn't have told. After a few moments of thinking, he finally responded, "Kaitiffs, like me, are basically humans. The only differences worth mentioning are my skin and eyes. My race can only have two kinds of eye color, gold and black."

Kreig paused as he saw someone else approach. She seemed lively, like on a permanent sugar rush. He didn't particularly like the way the new girl eyed him either. Kreig lapsed into the shy and seclusive state he had taken on earlier, avoiding eye contact with everyone in the group. However, he couldn't help but get a glance at the elf, Melody. He hoped she had taken on his same shy state, he didn't exactly want to be the odd one out.

Sapphire smiled over at Kreig, That's a lot to tell someone you first met, maybe I'll tell him about me. It's only fa... her thoughts got rudely interupted with someone screaming her name. She turned to see her best friend Izzy, back from her old school.

"Izzy!" She beamed happily. "You came! Please don't be mad at me for enrolling you here!" She looked down at her leg. "Oh that? Uhm, well I fell," she shot a quick glance at Kreig. "That's all. Where are the boys?! You better not of let them leave with out seeing me!" She ran over to hug her bestfriend, well it was more like a tackle. "Oh sorry, I think I got blood on you."

She laughed a little. "Oh! I want you to meet my friends, well yeah." She practiclly dragged Iz over to Kreig. "Kreig this is Izzy, Izzy this is Kreig." She smiled and looked over at Melody "Melody this is Izzy and well Iz you know the rest." She smiled and looked at Kreig's shy manner, "Hey, uhm can we talk later? I figure I got stuff to tell you."

Kreig slowly shook his head in rejection to Izzy's plan, the wound on Sapphire's leg was too great to simply ignore. He knew the wound could easily be infected, or she may suffer from blood loss. "No, not yet, at least, Sapphire needs to be treated. Wounds like that can't simply be ignored."

Kreig looked slowly around, thinking of anyone who might be able to help. He thought of the androids, but they were most likely not programmed to handle student injury. He thought about getting her to the infirmary, but none of them knew exactly where it was. Kreig had a feeling they would be too busy with serious injuries from the school anyways.

Finally, Kreig knelt down to examine the wound. A fairly deep wound that oozed blood, not as bad as he had thought. Kreig gently wiped away some of the blood and the dirt that surrounded the wound, taking care not to hurt Sapphire. After he had done so he lifted his loose black tie from around his neck and untied the knot. Gently, Kreig slowly wrapped the wound in his tie. He took care that the binding was tight enough to stop the bleeding, but not tight enough to cut off the blood into her leg. Kreig inspected his work, making sure everything was in place. After he was satisfied, he nodded to himself and stood again.

Lizzy wasn't up for arguing as she watch Kreig rap Sapphire's leg, she realized that he was right and felt a little embarrassed for not thinking of it.
"Sorry, i wasn't thinking." She mumbled to Sapphire. "You want to ask around to find a place to get it really looked at?"

Lizzy then turned to Kreig,"I'm glad Sapphire has a friend like you."

"You know you always were a jerk," Izzy laughed at her friend trying her best to give her a evil glare, she manged it for about two seconds. "I always new you'd feed me to the dragons one day, you are just replacing Damian's role today."
Elizabeth waited quietly, she knew what her best friend wanted to talk about, and she could almost tell the story as good as Sapphire. She really wanted Sapphire to get her leg checked out though, the blood was making her mind a little fuzzy, but having Sapphire as a best friend she got used to the smell of her blood and was able to almost not even smell anymore.
She was idle wondering what trouble Sapphire would get her in now, she caused plenty of panic in her old school, with her old friends. That got her laughing, her old school wasn't even old she had been there for about five months, but so many things happened it felt old. When you have crazed uncles out to kill you and your friends, plus finding out your a vampire times seems a little funny.

"No I am not taking Damian's role. He was my student. I just let him take the floor." She smiled at Izzy. She could see Izzy's eyes starring down at her leg. It was hard having a vampire best friend if you're always bleeding. She only bit her once and it was an accident. Sapphire kicked her a** anyway, accident or not. So, Sapphire new how much time she had before Izzy would almost completely attack. "So infirmary it is."

She thought about her story and how many times she's told it to Izzy. She's really never told any one else besides her and her brothers. She didn't know why she was willing to tell Kreig. She laughed at his majick trick joke. "We'll have to practice that one. It might come in handy being friends with me." She laughed at her own joke, which didn't happen often.

Kreig pointed the way and Sapphire stood straight up, click the back of her heels and put her hand to her head as to salute her leader. "Lead the way, my good man." she smiled and pulled her arm down.
