shizuka- whats its easy...you get 3 pts to add to your stats, and what ever your bonouses are from what you did. refigure your hp,cp,mhp, skill pts easy.
chee- she is a genin in gigs cell.....yes gig is a chunin with a genin cell....he is that great XD

proto you dont have to worry about it, the cell members will be solo for a while....well you and shizu.............well you will.
as i said rai has to learn shunshin, creat his jutsu he got approved shiro rai, then physical chakra, then he will go alone with gig on mission, then a water jutsu possibly...that up to him rest are order from gig.
shin- minor chakra heal, ....study more on anatomy to imporove the effectivness of it. another jutsu....i forgot what it was.
shizuka- has to go to harumi....yeah, but harumi will teach her goken, then give her some ainnakkaru and begin traning her with those, then just large str and dex and proably chakra control. why chk control....so she can learn physcial chakra eventually.
