 "Watch out, Cass. Keep ready- I think there are more around." She dedicated herself to controlling the Tauros while the person riding with her could attempt to catch something- it would be too dangerous to let the now pretty nervous Mattress to get into a panic. She soothed the worried pokemon with a hand on his head, keeping a lookout for more Vulpix.
And there it was! Another one! Groaning, Lamen ducked into Mat's furry mane, hoping to avoid any further bruising.

Bug paused. Another vulpix? She quickly grabbed her pokeball and yanked it over the wagon. POKEBALL GO!!

Kira blinked, seeing the second vulpix. "Oh what a darling! And look at those stripes!" Well, why not try again, right? She threw the pokeball to it. POKEBALL GO!

Well, that was over… Alastair sighed in relief when he saw that flash of light, the one that always indicated a capture. Well, unless it escaped, that is… but, anyway. He glanced around, wondering if there were any more vulpixes out there. Adorable little buggers, they were… Hey! Didn’t he warn Ripley and Liam to simply jump off if they felt that their tauros was going to stampede? He glanced over to see if they had, hoping that they were both alright.
Con looked at the white arcanine suspiciously, remembering him from earlier. Ryou had said he was alright, but… well, maybe the umbreon was being a bit trusting. His pride rankled at the fact that this arcanine apparently thought he couldn’t do his job of protecting the wagons. Promptly, the pale houndoom held his head a little higher and trotted with more flair, hoping to indicate that he was better in every single way than that white arcanine.

Jenette was sharp now, these things hadn't stopped coming yet. She had a feeling there might be another after the first. She saw it eating happily beside the road. "Watch em V! You too Nook!" She called, knowing that everyone was going to b attempting to catch this one. She was going to try too!GO POKEBALL!! I would like to use five berries please!

 Yep, there it was, another Vulpix. But Fin thought she wouldn't try for this one, and hold out for one that caught her eye more.

Arin caught the ball as it returned back to her, keeping her eyes wide open for more pokemon. Not only did she adore Vulpix, but she wanted to do all the could to help prevent a pokemon attack on the wagons. Moving so she had a better view of the wagon train and everything else, she held her ball at the ready.
Later as they were passing through the oran grove, Arin looked up to see a small head poking out of the tree and giggled. It was so cute! Too cute to pass up, she thought, as she threw her ball in the direction of the small vulpix.POKEBALL GO!!

Devious_Kitsune  Kai blinked at Riza, still not fully awake but she stood up and started rolling up her sleeping bag. "No, I came here for the good pokémon, I'm waiting till the end. Besides, a vulpix isn't one I would like."
Riza laughed and nodded, "Me neither. I dunno what what be a good one though....but I'm not a fan of fire types in general."
She sighed and stretched, "If they aren't any more attacks, they'll probably make us leave soon. Want me to help you clean up?" She nodded towards her bag, "Oh, and there's some food in there if you're hungry!"
Riza grinned, proud of herself for actually--maybe--doing something useful.

"I'm fine, Luna! And Soulcrusher's calm again," Ridley called back, stepping back when Liam rushed over to help the Tauros. Once they'd healed his wound and mounted back up, Ridley kept a tight hold on Soulcrusher, unwilling to be thrown off agian. Soulcrusher was a little leery of the next Vulpix but didn't spook.
Ridley ducked as the Pokeballs flew again, crooning to the Tauros to keep him calm.

As the pokeball returned to her hands...empty, Cassadaine shook her hair from her face as she looked over in the direction of the striken tauros...and another vulipx. Vulpix...one thought crossed her mind. Must have. With that she threw the ball back again.POKEBALL GO!!!!

"OHMYGOSH ANOTHER VULPIX!" Kris cried. She glanced at Sunnie and grinned. "I'm sure I'll get it this time!" She tossed the ball again, praying that she would get the pretty vulpix...POKEBALL, GO GO GO!
