*She sighed and put the sword away and layed in the grass with a slight smile as her tail swayed slowly*

Lan the Arc Angel

Lan was remained perfectly still, the small fox demon came and went and never noticed him. The peacefulness of the gardens was so pleasing. The constant fights at the dojo would have driven him insane if he stayed there longer then a few moments. Taking a moment he looked around the gardens.

A soft breeze blew through the gardens, Lan's platinum hair dancing around his head. Drawing a deep breath he yawned loudly. It had been some time since he had move and he was begining to suspect that no one in this forsaken guild appreciated the beauty and simplicty of the gardens. Settling one hand on his knee he begins to stand up. Vines, bushes, and branches snaped and broke as he tore them from the ground.

"Humans are such vile creatures, none of them know what life is truely about. They're too wrapped up in their own petty wars to understand. Man killing man, it makes no sence."

The last of the vines snapped and Lan was free, sun beamed down on his face and body as he took his first step out of the shade of the oak he was sititng under. Any normal day the plants would have wilted and died, because they wouldn't have recieved any sun, but because Lan was sitting there they received everything they needed through the radiant light that surrounded him.

His boots crunched anything that happened to be under them at the time. He wasn't destructive, it was just difficult not to destroy things when you were 750 lbs of pure muscles. Slowly Lan was making his way out of the gardens, he wanted to go somewhere where he could be at peace with himself, the nearby dojo radiated so much hatred and evil that he felt sick just being in the gardens!

"Perhaps the forest will offer me sanctuary."

He thought to himself.

Xol appeared in the middle of the gardens, a determined wrinkle in his brow as his crimson eyes scanned over the area. He bent over and plunged his left gauntlet into the ground, tugging and ripping up a fairly large chunk of earth before frowning and tossing it away. It landed a few yards away on top of a large rose bushel.

"Where in the blasted hell is the entrance..." He growled, furrowing his brow more as he narrowed his eyes and began to think about the last time he was here in teh gardens.

Pain wracked through the Earthen Brother and it cried to Lan for help. Though normally one to avoid confrontations he was never one for leaving someone or something at the pain of others.

"Man! Why do you destroy the earth!?"

Lan's voice boomed over the distance of the gardens. Standing at a staggering 13 feet, he was easily seen by any in the gardens. He was just about to leave for the forest when this man began to destory this beautiful place.

(( Sorry for the delay, I went downstairs and one of my cats yanked the power cord from my laptop ^_^ ))

Xol had just ripped another sizeable chunk of the ground up with his right gauntlet when he heard a voice boom behind him. Turning, he scoffed and tossed the large dirt clumb to the side, crushing a sappling.

"I am not a man...and in fact, I had a part in building this little mudball you call a home. I'm looking for the undeground armory and if I have to destroy the whole of the garden...so be it."

He turned back and slammed both gauntlets into the ground now, ripping up another huge chunk of dirt. Growling when he found nothing in the crater, Xol ripped the dirt apart and tossed it in opposite directions.

Lan remained almost silent as he started towards Xol. His large boots crashing against the earth. The cries of agony Xol was inflicting upon the earth made Lan's skin crawl.

"I will not ask twice, please halt your actions...immediately."

The soft scratching noise of steel on stone drifted on the wind as Lan drew his blade. 6 feet of steel and silver rubbed against the sharpening stones sewn into his sheeth.

Xol sighed and turned as the man made his way towards him. An erratic vortex of black flames exploded out and swirled around his body, encompassing all but two glowing white orbs.

The flames died away, but not before scorching a good 20 feet barren in all directions. He stood with black flames licking the outline of his invertly colored body, piercing white eyes glowing at the giant man that ambered his way.

"No my simple minded friend...you are the one who should be halting his actions. Your blade will do no harm to me as my clothes are made of tightly banded rings titanium alloy, and your strength, while it might be great in the eyes of you, is no match for a 'Fallen' Seraphim."

"Darkness flees when in the presence of the light!"

Lan's voice boomed over the gardens as he radiated a soft silver color. Though outclassed by Xol in every way he was still going to fight. His sword pulsed brightly as he held it at ready.

"And the light is upon you."

Chains of silver energy sprang into existance behind Lan, almost as if extra limbs they shot off in all dirrections. These chains burned the flesh of the wicked and halted them in their tracks.
