Psychofish Between the noise, and the mass of children swarming about each other so it was difficult even to watch a single aura long enough to tell if it was male of female, it was all overwhelming, and then she pulled him in front of her. Kojiro froze up, mouth working silently for a moment, and then his face out of the blue suddenly started going very pale, whiter than it already was, and he forced himself to speak. "H-hello, my name is Satoke Kojiro. I... thank you all for your hospitality in allowing me to take shelter here temporarily... um, for the night. Thank you." he said, mouth hanging open a moment after he finished before he promptly shut it. The children froze, looking at Kojiro as if he were some strange new beast. The youngest boy hid behind his mother and a few of the older girls began to whisper. Kaida pursed her lips. "Be nice," she told them.
Kaida's mother squealed and threw her arms around Kojiro, pulling him into a giant embrace. "Oh, my dear boy, you must stay at least a week! We rarely ever have company, and Kaida never brings home friends!" Kaida looked away at her mothers comment. The elder woman peeled her arms from Kojiro, then sniffed the air. "Oh dear, I left the water boiling!" With that, she hearded the younger children ahead of her into the kitchen and left her husband, a boy and two girls in front of Kaida and Kojiro.
Kaida watched her father take a large swig of the sake, then laugh loudly. "Well, m'boy, you can stay as long as you don't touch any of my darling daughters." He slapped a large hand onto Kojiro's shoulder, then stared into his eye. "If you do, you will not live long enough to regret it." Kaida groaned as her father herded the last few children and himself into the dining room, leaving Kaida wanting to bang her forehead on the nearest wall."
She turned to Kojiro. "Ignore what my dad said. He gets over protective. And I told you it would be quick..." she trailed. She felt the need to apologize. "Sorry if it was a bit overwhelming, but I can take you to that thicket, now." She motioned to the door. "That is, if you're still wanting to go. Either way, I'm not staying here for another minute." She was still blushing over the embarassement of her family.

She woke up the next day to the noise of the village..... "what a beautiful sky" she sade as she looked out the window, it was perfectly blue and just a few clouds. "Its a great day for training, dont you think Kaze" she asked looking at her hawk, Kaze nibbed her finger as a yes. Sasori smiled warmly at him before heding to the closet to find some clothes. When she was fully dressed she maked herself a small sandwich, after eating she headed out the door with Kaze on her shoulder....

After a night of sleep he wakes up by the sunlight hitting his eyes. "Morning?.. Already?... Lets see if i can find someone to hang out with" He looks out of the window. Seeing a clear sky, he quickly gets dressed and leaves the room, he starts running the streets. Just for fun, as fast as he can. "Gooooood Morning Konoha!!" He shouts as he run into a smaller path.

Kojiro stood very uncertainly for a moment. Very slowly letting his arms droop back down to normal spot from where his shoulders had flown up to at his immediate shock of the hug. The threat had barely even touched him, though he was curious as to why he'd 'touch' them, or if it possibly had some meaning besides violence like he'd have taken it to. After all, would an assailent announce himself at your door? So confusing...
"Yeah... why don't... we go there now." he said, shifting uncomfortably on his feet, wondering if there was a reason he was introduced when he'd be leaving in the morning, and likely never even coming inside more than this. Maybe luckily for her, he couldn't see the blush mirroring on both their faces, and was abit distracted to catch emberassment in her voice. He was too busy feeling confused to notice she was made uncomfortable by the energetic family as well.

After a long day of training in the forest Sasori was home... "Home sweet home" She whent to the kitchen and took out her favorit ramen and started prepering dinner. One hour later she was happy and content, "Maybe I should visit Mother tomorow, wonder is its ok to leave the village.....hm, better talk to Hokage-sama first.... Kaze! Time to get some sleep! Come back in"Sasori shoutd out the window, moments later the hawk landed gracfully on one of the kitchen chairs. he hade a mouse in his beck and probly showed it to Sasori "Good jobb boy, your really good at this now, maybe I should start training with you again. Your wounds healed quite some time ago, I just didnt have the time with all the moving around and all, hope you can forgive me??" sasori looked at Kaze with big puppy eyes, he looked back at her and she could have sworn he rould his eyes a her *Of corse i forgive you, it wasnt your fault to begine with* Kaze nibbed at her fingers in a loving way *We look out for eatch outher right??* Sasori feelt warm inside "Yeah we do, now it only the two of us left. And Ill never let anything happen to you again, Kaze your my best friend"
Later that night Sasori feelt asleeep and for ones she didnt have any nightmares or demons of her past lurking in her dreames. Just a night of normal, happy dreames.....

Maybe luckily for her, he couldn't see the blush mirroring on both their faces, and was abit distracted to catch emberassment in her voice. He was too busy feeling confused to notice she was made uncomfortable by the energetic family as well. Kaida breathed a sigh of relief. "If you don't care, neither of us need to be back until late. I have food there, and none of it spoils. I mean, I go there to sleep pretty often. Having as big a family as I do...." She opened the door and stepped outside. "Well, it gets old. Fast. This way."
She headed around the house, concious of how far ahead she was of Kojiro the entire time. She was finally able to force her blush away. She located the path she wanted, an old deer trail, and paused for Kojiro. "Careful around here, there are quite a few roots and stuff." She slowed just a bit more, but didn't turn to help Kojiro.
She followed the path for some time, staying about a foot or two in front of Kojiro the entire time. She forced her mind to stay blank, just taking in the sounds of the early evening forest. It wasn't long, walking like that, before she turned a bend and came onto a dimly lit clearing.
She stepped aside for Kojiro, then said "Well, here it is. My thicket." A stream fell over the side of a small hill in the back, creating a small waterfall that led to the brook that ran past her house. Trees and shrubbery encircled the area, blocking most sounds from the clearing. A small patch of darkness spoke of a cave behind the fall, and a giant oak stood in the center.
There was a rope ladder leading up the oak to a wooden platform situated in the branches. The corner of a blanket fell over the side, blowing in the gentle breeze. Birds and other small forest creatures scattered into the safety beyond the thicket at the two human's presence, raising a raucus that soothed Kaida's nerves.

Kojiro didn't mind making his own way, he was used to it, and simply following the sound of her steps and her chakra meant he got lost a lot less than he usually would. He followed after silently, hands tucked lightly into his pockets.
Kojiro couldn't see a bit of the relaxing scene. But he heard the sounds, and stood quietly for a moment, before heading over to the brook, sitting down on his haunches, and dangling a few fingers into the water. He sat silently for a long moment, a small frown on his face slowly turning to a peaceful look, almost smile. "It's very pretty. The water sounds calm... comforting. This would be a nice place to stay..." he said, but trailed off as an over sized rodent approached him, stopping by him, leaving a scroll and a short message spoken aloud quietly, before disappearing into a tiny cloud of smoke. Kojiro frowned again, wrinkling his brow, but then shrugged it off, and pocketed the scroll.

Kaida nodded. "Yeah, I come here a lot. It's just about the only place on my family's property that is actually quiet. Nobody comes here, they don't know about it, so I can just sit here and let my thoughts sort themselves out."
She trotted over to the oak, grasping the rungs of the ladder. "Are you hungry? I'm getting some food, and a blanket or two. It tends to cool off pretty quickly here." She began to scramble up the tree, moving with enough swift and grace to make even the most agile squirrel envious.
She pulled herself up through the trap door and sat for a moment, listening to the breeze through the leaves with her eyes closed. She reluctantly opened them and began searching for an adequate meal.

Kojiro slowly withdrew his fingers from the water, and shook them dry, standing. "It's always nice to have a place like that." Thinking on it, hadn't his entire life been like that, minus when he was training himself, for the last several years? Had he ever really considered doing too much else? Kojiro followed to the tree, and stood silently a moment before climbing slowly, feeling for each hold before pulling himself up easily and confidently setting a foot in one of the recent holds. Getting to the top, he stopped in the trap door, silently for a moment. Snaking a hand out to feel and make sure there was floor space about, he hoisted himself up gracefully and sat to one side quietly. "A little. But not so much. Don't bother yourself grabbing food for me unless you are getting some for yourself while you're at it. I don't know about the cold being too bothersome... but I'm not from around here, so I'll take your word on it."

Kaida smiled crookedly. "Wow, I've never heard of a blind man climbing trees. Sorry if it offends you, but I don't tend to get out much. I've been told by quite a few people that I'm very blunt."
She pulled a blanket around her shoulders and reached behind her to snag a small sack. "And don't worry, I keep all my food in the same spot for convinience, and it doesn't matter how much is eaten. I mean, living where I do, I can just snag something from the garden and bring it here if I'm running low."
She began pulling things from the bag, laying out bread, dried meats, dried fruit and two skins; one filled with clear water from the waterfall and one filled with liquor. "Well, if you're hungry, help yourself. If not, help yourself anyway." She picked out a slice of dried apple and began to munch on it.

"I am shinobi, even if I'm blind. I've just had to... learn to do things a bit more cautiously. It takes more effort now to do things like that; have to always feel before I move, because I can't see things." he slowly reached forward, stopping a moment, and then took a peice of food to eat. He was about halfway done, when he made a choking sound, swallowed sharply and blushed. He wasn't usually one much for manners, but... "Ah... thank you. I'd... forgetten to say, yes, thank you, um, again..." he said, finishing the peice of fruit, and reaching for one of the skins, not knowing that there was a difference, or which was which even if he had, and taking a swig. He set it down quietly. "You're not the most subtle... but you're open and honest, without a doubt. It's actually rather pleasent." he said, and blushed again just as he had been dismissing the last one. Had that been a compliment? Would it have sounded insulting, like he was implying there was some reason her company would not be pleasent, or something like that? Why was he talking at all, when did he talk? It was a bad idea, he was bound to do something stupid... he cleared his throat and turned his head away, pulling a blanket up over himself as well, and trying to think of something. "...I've gotten a message. Tomorrow morning... I'll need to be on my way back to Kirikagure first thing in the morning. I thought I should... ah... em, thank you, for all of your hospitality, before then."

Kaida watched with amusement as Kojiro fumbled over his words. "Not really articulate, are you? Well, thanks for the compliment. It's nice to know that someone in this world isn't insulted by my being like I am." She reached over and took a large drink of the water.
"As to your going back to your village, I'll take this moment to say I really enjoy your company, even if you do fumble around when speaking. Also, maybe we'll meet up again in the future and you'll be able to say more than a sentence without using 'um'."
Kaida laid down, propping herself on one elbow and snagging a piece of jerky. "Until then, though, do you want to talk about anything? I mean, it can't be every day you meet someone like me." Her voice was slightly teasing and meant to try and get Kojiro to feel more comfortable.
