She walks in with a book in hand, open and eyes cast to the pages. After taking several steps toward the group, she closed the book gently and held it against her chest, bending her waist slightly to bow her head to everyone in a respectful manner.
"Greetings, everyone." She smiled to them all in a warm, but obviously nervous fashion. "My name is Silver. I've just joined this group so I hope you'll forgive me if I tend to make a fool of myself while trying to learn the ropes around here."

"Greetings, Silvermaiden," acold dark voice echoed through the thread, as the atmosphere upon which the Gaians tood drew closer towards freezing temperature. For a moment, all matter seemed to gather on one spot. Then, an explosion! A strange void opened up from the center of the pull, stetching out into a circular mirror of sorts. Like water, its surface rippled, as a finger, then a hand, then an arm, and then soon enough, Kind Stranger came out. The portal swirled rapidly behind it before imploding itself into a close. Kind Stranger bowed at an accurate ninety degrees, his hand across his waist in an eloquent manner, "Greetings, everyone."

He walks up to the steps as the rain pores down on his barren soul "Hello nice to meet you" he smiles gently as the sky is illuminated by the flash of lightning and the sound of thunder echos of the stone walls. In that flash he is gone.

o_o; You people intimidate me. Anyway, I'm not going to do the whole rp walk-in thing. Just not my style.
I've roleplayed since I was 13 (I'm 17, now), so I've got some experience.
I want to learn more though. 3nodding I'm more of a fiction roleplayer, and I roleplay in third person. >_> I don't know if that'll be a problem. I hate roleplaying in first and second, it just makes me feel weird. So, yeah..That's about it. sweatdrop

I've found that more people will want you to RP in third person. Especially the more skilled GMs, and all that.
Though I guess it differs.
Anyway, welcome, and it's good to see people with experience dropping in. ^.^
