"It wasn't snide," she said, side-stepping out of the way...barely. "It was the truth." With a swift reflex, her hand shot towards his face.

With a flick of his wrist, he easily brought up the heavy blade which collided with her hand, blocking her swipe. But on contact of her hand against his blade, sharp scales shot out of the blade.

Blood trickled down her hand. "The Samehade!" She wiped the blood onto her clothes as she jumped away. "Water would be useles, as would electric attacks, so I have to try something else."

Same looked over at her, smirking some. "Of course any elemental attack would be, all I would have to do is slash through the attack and absorb it's chakra, thus rendering the elemental composition of the attack useless."

"If that were the case, yes. If some one were able to conceal their chakra to such a degree where I could not see it, I would have a tough time absorbing it unless it came into direct contact with Samehade on it's own." He cleared his throat. "However, whether it is invisible or not, I can shave it down and absorb it."

"I've heard of your excellent skills with that sword, and it made me wonder....if you were good enough to shave off my clothes without injuring me." She let go of her hand and flourished her sword menacingly, her amulet glowing a pale amber light.
