The sith smiled while pushing with the lightening, wincing at the struggle, "The wisdom to find others, the wisdom to see beyond, the wisdom to kill others without even touching them, and the wisdom to manipulate," he said. The Sith Knight colsed his eyes for a moment then then opened them and let out a war cry and increased the power of the lightening majorly.

“About damn time,” Koth muttered as he set the speeder in motion leaving the thugs in the dust. As they came to the end of the ally Koth whipped the speeder around and took a right heading onto the busy street hoping to lose any pursuers in the the mass of speeders that the Duke was weaving in and out of. It looked like they may have lost them.

“Sith,” the Bothan cursed as the three gamblers came up after them on speeder bikes, moving expertly through the crowded street. The Duke couldn't reach top speeds with so many vehicles blocking the way, and it seemed like losing them wasn't going to be an option. They were swiftly catching up. If they were going to try and lose these guys Koth was going to need a new plan.

And then came the side street. Koth spotted it almost at the last minute, a small street that had no one on it, pulling a hard left the Duke was nearly clipped buy a few land speeders heading right at them. All three pursuers followed right after them although one of the three wasn't as lucky as the duke colliding head long into one of the pedestrian vehicles.

Archaras listened to the comm, then said "I read you trooper, what's your status?"

He continued to phase down the various halls, Graus following, hoping the report was not of anything combat related...

In the cold darkness of space the Corellian Action IX Transport Pride of Mantell drifted. Two hundred meters from the ship a pair of worn Bothan-modified T-wing Starfighters hung in space, their once clean hulls now battered and splashed with a new paint-job, a dark blue, neon, and black mottled coloration designed to blend the ship in with the backdrop of open space, in addition a brillaint red claw was emblazoned on the ship's primary wings.

With a flash of pseudomotion a battered and sparking Ubrikkian Transport dropped out of hyperspace, as it slowed to a stop the two Raporan Kar Asp starfighters that had lead it into the region looped back as the Pride of Mantell swept in and grappled onto the vessel.

Across the comms a male reptilian hiss echoed, "She's all yours Olo."

A woman's voice answered, "Roger Revak, boarding team ready... we'll haul it off to Kothlis... See you at Claw Base."

In his cockpit the Revak squirmed in his scarred combat armor, "Roger that, we're hyping out... good luck with the huttlings."

As the two ships vectored away Revak's helmet comm chirped, "Thank the Rakata that's over. I can't wait to get back and get a nice clean shower."

Revak grinned, "That makes two of us Calra." With a flash of pseudomotion the two fighters leapt back into hyperspace.

Gunther glared coldly at his opponent. "And, what is that supposed to mean?" he demanded, keeping one eye trained on the saber staff.

(( Yus. Of course, it can't be *too* easy. Still, it's really g'd thus far. ))

Gunther held his saber aloft, unsure of what to make of the Sith's latest statement. "How would you know? And, besides, revenge is of your damnable dark side."

Vengeance and justice are thin line to walk. Gunther thought to himself, reflecting on a lesson from his cousin, frowning.

Gunther was ready for the Sith, sidestepping the deadly bloody whirlwind of light, trusting in his own knowledge of the Force, the hiss of his yellow blade on red, pushing with all his strength.

The pillar had snagged another transport, this time blowing the thing to pieces rather than the standard capture procedure that was normally implemented. Ferno felt that enough time had been wasting snatching transports from each group hyperspacing, and instead went for blood. Three had already been shot down, four captured. Nothing of interest had really managed to make the day better.

"Status report of the ground troops?" Veers asked.

"Apparantly the first mountain is almost completely taken over. We lost only two companies, we still have two more fully functional. They're finding more and more equiptment and tunnels. Apparantly we got them really by the short hairs."

"Any estimation of captured and dead?"

"We figure at least 20 percent were slaughtered on the ground, with another ten percent captured and five percent shot down in their transports. 35% losses minimum. And that's only by the guesses of our squads and compilation data. We're assuming this off the data roster of the base that the spy acquired."

"If that doesn't send them to the deepest reaches of space, I'm not sure what will. I'll begin sending requests for backup so we can have some forces to chase, if that's alright, Master droid?"

HM didn't seem to notice much, but he still gave an affirmative. "Prepare for them to meet up with us wherever we jump to next. I have a feeling we're not persuing like normal protocol."
