Nelowulf There's more than one kind of armor. But that matters little really. Im fully aware of that. but even a shirt of chainmail wouldn't save me against a jedi who discovered that I wore one. besides, it would hamper my mobility. I need my mobility to survive.

How many charges do you get with a light shield? I mean, those things are able to deflect a lightsaber when activated, but don't they run out pretty quickly, figuring the energy required to maintain it, along with (in the case of a jedi) the constant bashing of a lightsaber on it?

Continuous use will burn the cell out in two minutes. excessive force, like blows from the two heavy hitting lightsaber styles or an eweb will short it out. this is covered in the article.

Technobable grenade, but guessing by the name, it's an EMP grenade.
Possible nickname, "Droid Cooker", perhaps?

Cale Darksun I dunno. would they technobable it for ARC gear when they use EMP for clones? Maybe it's a more powerful version. I know it's strong enough to temporarily discalibrate the ARC's own sensors even when he throws it a good distance away.

heres a good topic. Rukh the Noghri destroyed a two story dwelling with a blaster rifle in thirty shots. does this seem feasable if we assume he used a standard E-11?

Government-contracted building; they used low quality materials and shoddy construction. The Noghri simply managed to shoot away what little was holding the building up.
