Ubel smiled softly and nodded just once in understanding, closing his eyes as he leaned in to touch his lips gently to Nadyrr's, shivering just a bit at a hint of sparks going through his body just from that little kiss. "I promise, I will," he murmured as he drew back slowly, a blush on his cheeks. It was so strange, kissing someone other than Grave, Torrid, or Mathiaz... but it was very nice to kiss Nadyrr. "So," he said softly, offering a hand. "Shall we dance?"

Nadyrr stayed a few moments in place a small smile curling on his lips from the kiss. He had been right, the kiss had been worth it. Nodding slightly Nadyrr took the offered hand and stood, "I think I'm nervous over the dancing." He smiled a little more, strange little butterflies seemed to be fluttering around in his stomach. "But I have a feeling it's going to be great." He glanced to the dance floor and then back to Ubel, "Lets do this, and I promise to step on your toes the least amount possible." He grinned slightly at the last part, personally he hoped he didn't do anything at all embarrassing!
((awww he didn't faint, thought he might at first. >.>))

Ubel smiled warmly and curled his fingers around Nadyrr's, leading him out onto the dance floor. "Don't worry so much," he murmured to the other, smiling sheepishly now. "I'm not too fantastic of a dancer, myself, I don't think." He adjusted their hands so that they were in the position to dance almost a waltz, despite the upbeat music playing, a soft laugh coming from him. "I hope you don't mind," he murmured as he placed one hand on Nadyrr's hip, blushing a bit.
((x3 He's so cute!!))

Nadyrr giggled slightly in an almost girlish fashion watching Ubel, "That's alright, compared to me I am sure you are a star dancer." Nadyrr winks slightly to Ubel and for a moment gets still as Ubel moves into position to dance. Nadyrr was not use to being this close to anyone ever and the experiance was wonderful and terrifying all at the same time. Biting his lip again Nadyrr did his best to mimic the stance Ubel had taken and placed his hand on the other student's slender hip. Nadyrr felt dowright jittery as he stood ready to dance, "I'm ready when you are," Nadyrr blushed slightly and then concentrated on how the dance would go ready to start and follow Ubel's lead.

Ubel blinked once as that hand landed on his hip, before smiling softly and moving it to his shoulder, nuzzling playfully at Nadyrr's cheek. "Here we go," he said softly, before he carefully moved into the steps of a waltz, going slowly so that the other would be able to keep up and learn the steps along with him.

Nadyrr let Ubel guide his hand and giggled slightly realize what he had done. When Ubel nuzzled his cheek he blushed again, clearing his throat again he made himself concentrate as Ubel started to move. He didn't want to make a mistake, for a while Nadyrr followed with halting unsure steps looking downward often to watch their footing. After they went through the steps enough Nadyrr started to relax his body moved more easily to the waltz and he smiled slightly looking up at Ubel able to make eye contact and dance, "I think I'm getting the hang of this." Nadyrr leans a little closer as they danced and whispered quietly, "thank you."

Ubel moved along with Nadyrr, watching him as he watched their feet. Then he smiled warmly as the other looked up and told him he thought he was getting the hang of it, rather pleased. "You're very welcome, Nadyrr," he whispered in return, pressing a gentle kiss, impulsively, to the other's lips. Blushing, he continued the dance, walking through the motions of the waltz with the quiet boy.

Nadyrr blushed deeply when Ubel gave him the small kiss and then smiled again widely dropping his voice to a whisper, "You know. Before tonight...I hadn't ever had a kiss. They are rather nice." Nadyrr looked to the side rather shyly and enjoyed the dance, he could hear the music starting to come to the end of the song. Glancing over at the tables he smiled and then looks back up at Ubel, "Lets go get something to eat after the song." Nadyrr's head swam slightly as the music started to finish up, this was one of the most relaxing, exciting, and wonderful moments since he had been here he decided; he was going to have to try the whole not being on edge thing more often.

Ubel smiled warmly as the song came to an end, the Melancholic ending the dance as well. Then he looked towards the table and smiled warmly. "Food sounds very good..." he murmured, his stomach growling quietly and drawing a sheepish laugh from him. "You and I shall have to dance together more often... Perhaps we can dance in the library sometime, when we're supposed to be doing school work..."

{Anti accepts the fruit, offers to Grave.}Antigone arched an eyebrow when Aysel snuggled up so close to her, wondering what was with the sudden display of affection. She then noted the clove-covered fruit, and had to laugh softly. Purring she gently placed her lips to Aysel's, winding a hand in her hair, the other plucking out a clove from the fruit. "I accept your clove, my dear one." She laughed, and pulled back, licking her lips. It was then she noticed Grave staring at Aysel. Smirking, she leaned over the table, her eyes heavy-lidded and smokey. "I have something you want," she murmured. "Accept my kiss, and I'll put in a good word for you, dear."

Aysel kissed Anti back happily, smiling goofily...she was a bit dazed, after two kisses from her love. However, she still did feel the small triumph of getting Antigone to accept her clove...and, for that matter, that she could get kisses from one such as her. The very thought made her cheeks hot. she opened her mouth to thank Antigone, but then froze as she offered the fruit...to Grave. Carefully schooling her features, she looked impassively at him...a part of her wanting him to accept, so that Anti would be happy...while a rather larger part of her wanted to plead him not to.

(Grave Accepts and presents to Aysel) Antigone had leaned forward and Grave had not noticed until he registered her words. Grave's eyebrows shot up his forehead before he managed to wrestle them back to calm. His cheeks felt hot from embarrasment and he wondered if they bore colour to expose his slip of suave. Grave's brain was building protests and denials, but to voice them would only confirm Antigone's words. 'I have something you want' she'd said. Did she really think that Grave -wanted- Aysel in that way? Grave turned his mind from such thoughts when he realized with a growing alarm that he felt no revulsion at the idea. With a polite smile, Grave accepted the persimmon, plucked a clove from its skin and leaned forward to give Antigone a chaste but friendly kiss on the cheek. He could not help but look at Aysel as he did so, to make she she wasn't flying over the table at him with claw and fang bared. With a short held breath Grave pushed himself up from the table and lowered himself to one knee at Aysel's side.
"Aysel of the Coolest wit for you this poem was quickly writ. I know my efforts must be more than any I have tried before. Perhaps you loathe me, though i am not to blame, I only hope to rekindle the flame between this heart and thee.
I bend myself now at thy mercy And pray you'll be clear-eyed to see, I call you the Ice Queen no more and admit my conduct was poor. Grant me thy sweet kiss and aim not amiss, A touch from thy blossom lips Will all the wrong now eclipse." Grave held the fruit aloft and tried his best to steady his nervousness with a stable hand. He'd pulled the words from some true place within his heart, and hoped, preyed they'd be enough to finally and fully mend the rift between them.

(Aysel accepts from Grave) Aysel did nothing more in response to Grave's kiss to Anti than bite her lip...though undoubtedly, she thought wryly, she very well might have done more if it had been her lips Grave had kissed instead of her cheek. Still, she felt a bit tearful- not rightly so, for of course, Anti had said that she loved Aysel, and it was only a game, after all...right? And yet, she couldn't help but feel intensely posessive of Antigone, and want the lovely girl's kisses to belong only to her.
When Grave fell to his knee beside her, she blinked in surprise, her thoughts interrupted. "Grave...?" she questioned, but fell silent as he recited his poem. Improvisation, she thought, mildly impressed... but moreso was she impressed by what his poem said. It was apology and gentle urging, and she was rather touched that he would go to such trouble as to write something for her...even if it was only to gain a kiss from her, to win the game.
Was she ready, to finally forgive and be forgiven? Could all really be cured between them with a simple touch of her lips? It seemed improbable, honestly, but...she was willing to try. Already, a bit of her unease about him had gone, and with it had come a sort of grudgingly given respect. And yet, she knew that things were yet awkward between them. She was tired, so very, very tired of that...and so, she took Anti's hand, kissing her beloved's knuckles and smiling in apology- spirits, she hoped that Antigone understood- steeled herself for mockery and laughter to come, and leaned down to where he knelt, plucking a clove and then brushing her lips briefly over Grave's own.

During all of this, Ubel had returned to the table with Nadyrr and had watched on in fascination, lips parting in surprise. "Quite the party I'm missing here," he murmured to Antigone as he took a seat and gestured for Nadyrr to sit beside him. "I do wish I had returned sooner..." He chuckled and watched Grave and Aysel curiously, eyes widening a bit and hope blossoming in his chest that things would be okay between the two of them now. It had been so upsetting to see his best friend and his lover dislike each other so much... but things might turn out alright after all.
