Symphony and Opus' arguement dwindled after a few moments as she blinked realizing her grandchild had gotten up and wondered of. Thinning her lips in displeasure she stood up glancing around as her expression softened as her gaze met that of the other faye who was apparently looking in her direction. Gesturing for her to come closer she said in a welcoming tone.
"Yes, yes is there something you need darling?" She had a smile on her face now eager to hear what she might have to say.

Lirit sighed content as she redid the buckle on her pants. With heart bubbles still floating about her she filled a bag with a few things to trade for that which she would need and kissed her dear captain on the end of a long ear.
"I wont be long ~ heart " she promised with her wings fluffy happily. Vanishing into the hallway and up the stairs she gracefully few down to the ground, though she swooped narowly close to the poro mop fey again.
Entering the trees hallow again she walked easily into the court and made a distasteful look. "...gaudy." she aounnced to herself.

"I don't know what you're talking about," she dismissed the boy and looked back at her Queen eagerly. "Your Majesty," she curtsied over and over hastily, "if you could please bless this court with more music. It's so incredible." Her voice was breathy and her eyes half-glazed, so caught up was she in the magic of such a powerful Queen's manifestation of power.

The faye who requested music from her queen couldnt have found a better way to flatter her if she had tried. Smirking her bard pride showing as she held her insturment aloft and began to play a soft tune the pixies fluttering around making images and shapes that corralated with melodic tune of her playing. The song ended just as sweetly as it started.
"Now I know my guests didnt come to my court to hear my playing although I know its rather renouned-" Symphony was cut off by the sound of scoffing from her son Opus. "SO lets get on with our bussiness shall we? Did you come ot ask a favor of my court or myself or not?"

"Well grammy..." he started, eyes glancing to the woman once more before scooting back twordes to his grandmothers throne. Frowning he looked at her, a pitful look of a scared child who was trying to hide it.
"I wanna go home but...they keep saying that the way is closed so...so if you can't send us home....can you call daddy?"

And at that exact moment, a little "ding!" noise (followed by some vague shout in the background of "That's the oven!") announced the sudden turning-on of the Chamberlain. Fey were well known for being of all shapes and sizes, but this... this thing... err, I mean, creature... was a bizarre faerie to be Chamberlain indeed. It was in the shape of an upside-down lightbulb, colored violet with dark indigo blotches. Tiny faerie wings of the same colors held it aloft and kept it from shattering upon the ground. As stated before, it had just recently lit up.
"Your Majesty, I have a most important announcement!" the Chamberlain declared in a static voice, hovering close and trembling like a hummingbird with excitement. "Lhiannon no longer holds the throne of Dark Summer. His Majesty King Crevan and Her Majesty Queen Dirk are the new rulers of Summer!"
The response from the huge crowd around came out like a roar.
((Now, everyone, in unison! WTF!? ^_^))

Lahn eyes the purple pixie... thing.... with a mixture of intrigue and distate. His news giving everyone else in the room a very big shock, however Lahn had no idea what the heck was going on. Lahn turned to the faerie next to him.
"Excuse me but um... what does he mean, 'Rulers of summer?'" Then with a second though, "And also Queen Dirk, that one's got me a bit stumped."

An awed grig in red velvet, perched upon a nearby marble column beside a golden pot of reddish flowers at just the right height to be slightly above Lahn, turned to answer him. The grig's voice was high-pitched but quite sweet - great, another bard. Then again, what else could be expected?
"The two rulers of each season - Spring, Fall, Summer, and Winter - have a Dark and a Light Court, one each, depending on Aspect and prior relations and such. Lhiannon was the Unseelie Queen of the Caves of Twilight Resplendent, the Court of Dark Summer, but she's been replaced by Her Majesty Queen Dirk!"
"Her Majesty used to be the favored consort to His Majesty King Aodhan," a pixie gossiped, alighting on one of the reddish flowers to speak with Lahn and the velvet-clad grig. "I'm not surprised by this turn of events at all, with that context, you know? Lhiannon's geasa was rumored to be near, Aodhan stopped chasing skirts, even that Sesonya..."
"Lhiannon's geasa? Oh really?" The grig looked intrigued. "Do go on!"
"Don't ask me for details," the pixie shrugged with a sly giggle. "I only heard that the geasa had something to do with Lhiannon's betrayal and slaughter of her family. Once a faerie has a geasa, they can't shake it loose, even if they do lose the power which bound them in the first place~" The pixie winked suggestively.
"I thought Aodhan's favored consort was a man," murmured a dryad in orange-brown colors, leaning upon Lahn with a contented smile. Her bosom was in clear, open view. "How could a man be a Queen?"
"There are only a few rules about being Queen," the grig told her. "A man could do it if he were temporarily female somehow."
"So, like, he was bottoming when th-"
"NO!" the grig interrupted the pixie, with a scandalized expression. "I meant like a spell or something! Pixies..."

"My brother's my sister now..?" Opus muttered from his perch on the gorund near his mothers plush throne.
"Apparently so... Hmm well I need to get to the bottom of this now dont I..." She looked like she was thinking as she got up walking across the room. THe faye all around the court started t o hush as they seperated making room for her to walk she paced a bit before walking over to a large mirror. It was a gift that was given to her court by the previous queen of dark summer she doubted it would work but she was shocked that she hadnt heard anything from her son about any of this. Waving her hand over the mirror it was supposed to make a connection between the two courts.

It would be a problem if her son was a fellow queen, he might still her glory right out from under her well pedicured feet.
Elly now looked very confused. He couldn't find Sarya, and now somthing about his father being a queen? Well...that ment that he was in fey right? His his father was coming to get him! Now he really needed to find sarya or shed get left behind, he elly just knew that would make her cry...again.

Lirit shrugged at mystery of the new queenship, like she cared who ruled what imginary part of fake land. Within the confusion how ever she had no problem filling up a large burlap sack with assorted food items she needed. Once her bag was full enough she shouldered it, watching the queen decend her throne twordes a mirror. Still having no interest she turned around to head back up to her boat with the loot. She was sure Augst would be interested in this gossip, she'd never understand the mans interest in illusions.

With his grandmothers interest still divereted elly scurried up be the thrown. "Uncel Opus can you help me?" he asked softly, tugging on the others sleeve. "I can't find my friend. Your taller, do you see Sarya?"
When opus had been younger he and elly had always gotten along well, this was pobably on account to that opus 'older brother' was the only one in his immedaite family that belived in him and listened to his dearms and desires, that is after all what a good older brother does.

The elegant mirror was framed by intricate weaves of golden vines, the glass brightly polished and pristine. As Her Majesty Queen Symphony cast her magic upon the gift, it sparked green and slowly came to life. "Summoning... Her Majesty Queen Dirk? Are you sure?" coughed the relic. Obviously the magical voice inside the mirror was nowhere near as well-made as the mirror itself.
Many of the Court began to disperse, returning to what they had been doing before their picturesque grand summoning. The faerie who smelt of Sarya lingered, watching Her Majesty. Sarya, on the other hand, was still nowhere in sight.

Meanwhile, in the Court of Dark Summer, the Caves of Twilight Resplendent, a couple of brightly-colored birds swooped down from the midnight sky of the Throne Room carrying a small silver mirror with mist covering the front to the hands of the new Queen. Her Majesty Queen Dirk accepted the mirror and the mist shifted. "Your Majesty, Her Majesty Queen Symphony requests a call to you," the mirror murmured in a pretty pathos.
