Hello, there. :]
In my 'request to join', I stated that I know absolutely nothing about Warhammer 40k. Which, sadly, is true. However, I also stated that I'd like to join to learn about it. Which is what I'm here for.
Now, while I can't add to discussions quite yet, I'm open to people explaining bits and pieces of it to me. :]

I play Tau for 40k.
I play Brettonians and High Elves for Warhammer Fantasy.
I have been playing for 6 years.
I am an expert with my Tau.
Y'all can talk to me about anything Warhammer related.
Any questions about rules, I'm your man.

Hey guys, big Warhammer Fantasy Freak here. Been playing for...umm...*counts* 14 years! sweatdrop Good grief....that long... I remeber when the Empire War Wagon was brand spanking new..... anyways I have the following Fantasy Armies ( points indicated are estimates ) :
- Empire ( 3500 pts )
- Orcs and Gobbos ( 3500pts )
- Chaos * Mix of Beast and Mortals* ( 7500pts!!!! )
- Wood Elves (will be 3000pts by the time I'm done with it)
- Vampire Counts ( 2000pts )
- Tomb Kings ( 4000pts )
- Dark Elves ( 2000pts )
- Orgre Kingdoms ( 3000pts ..... the smallest 3000pt army I have eek in terms or how mny minis are in it )
- Lizardmen ( 3000pts )
- Bretonnians ( 3000pts )
As for 40k :
- Space Marines ( 2500pts )
- Tyranids ( 3000pts )
- Orks ( 3000pts )
- Chaos Space Marines ( 3000pts )
- Imperial Guard ( 2500pts )
- Tau ( 2500pts )
I've been involved in the hobby for such a long time thanks to family and friends being big fans of the game. Kinda did the tourny scene for a while but now busy with work and other commitments I just play in clubs and with friends now. Mind you that doesn't mean I don't know nothing wink I'm still in the know wink if you guys have any questions or just want to alk wargamming then I'm always up for a good chat.

Hey, I'm a relatively new player, I got into the game because of my friend Danial. He made a couple of models for me, and helped me get a good grasp of the game. I mainly play fantasy, but 40k has recently caught my interest in fantasy I have...

Well, I have been gone for SOO long that I believe it to be prudent to come here again and post for A little short bit. I am A semi-old member here, just been gone for awhile. I play Dark Eldar, Harlequins, Chaos Undivided, Space Marines, Space Wolves 13th Company, and several split groups from each of those.... Mainly the Chaos and Dark Eldar, I have anough for 3 seperate armies of Dark Eldar, and enouch to break my chaos into 4.... Anyway, look on some of the older threads that are still around for my stuff, and you will find it sooner or later.

Well, I'm Daicon and I'm new to the WH40k game. The main reason I decided to get into the hobby is the fact that many of my friends play the game, and through watching them I've grown quite interested. So, to cope with the never ending hordes of Tyranids, the low costing high-powered Chaos Marines and Shooty Tau, I figure I'll play the army that is destined to rule the unniverse once more. Yay Necrons.

I'm seth, I play a space marine's black templar army. all I have is a samll force and I"ve only played about 4 game's.  I thought that terminater's where the normal unit's so I bought a bunch of them before I started playing. My original piece is in the mix (that's the terminater that's got a lot of white and one arm) I just wish I could find his arm....

Hey guys and gals! I'm Ben and I play 40k. I field a Tau army that I need to replace because a lot of the models I have are broken and I also field a pretty good Space Marine Army of my very own chapter. I will post pics of my veteran squad and their rihno once I find my camera. Until then, I will fight for the Emperor and the greater good!

I don't think I ever did this....
I don't really play an army, and yet I play them all. I've been into the hobby for many years, but I have yet to build an army. The truth is, whenever I start, I loose interest. I get ideas all the time, and they compete, and so I can never stick to just one thing.
However, I love reading about the Warhammer and 40k universes, and I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge over the years. I have a collection of just about all the codexes, so I know what I'm talking about, even if I have never played before. However, my lack of playing experience does limit my abilities. But I like to think I make up for it in other ways.
