Already, the Indomitable and a few of the Acclamantors were moving into position over the city. "I trust you more than all of my officers, naturally. One of the things I need is an apt field commander. Thus, pending circumstances, I am promoting you to Sargeant Lieutenant, and making you temporary commander of all Wayland ground-forces, directly under me."

Shocked at the sudden change in tone, Liando stood straight into Attention.
"As ordered Commander," He looked. "Its an honor." He bowed his head in the outmost respect.

"Brilliant. Now.....I want you to transfer to the planet, and lead the assault to the city's perimeter. Do not fire unless absolutely needed. If they want negotiations, transfer them to me on the Indomitable. Dismissed." He turned away to the viewscreen.

Tantis saluted and went off to his transport Along with his Two Stormtrooper bodyguards he also had his Swords brought to him.
In five minutes he would be on ground and will be temporary Command of the ground forces. He looked at the Battle plan given to him. He also looked at the positioning of the Ground forces. He looked and saw his landing zone.
"Land us near AT-AT 0-69-071A." He said.
"Yes Commander." The Pilot acknowledge as they were entered the planets atmosphere.

Once in position, the Indomitable hailed New Nyatso. "Attention citizens of New Nyatso. This is captain Elladan Kenet of the Galactic Empire. Wayland has officially become an Imperial territory. Reply."
There was no message over the com as the city realized they were surrounded. After several moments, a cat-like pur answered. "I am Yukth, Prime Minister of Wayland. We realize the grievances of our position, and formerly surrender Wayland."

Tantis was quite pleased on how they surrendered so easily. But he did not trust their word. "All Forward command troops stand still and await further instructions." He said. He then commed Elladen. "In position. Awaiting your command."

Elladan spoke to Yukth first. "Terms?"
Caught off gaurd, the Noghri answered. "We want no extensive presence. A garrison will be acceptable, but not to the point of authoritarism. We want the right to rule ourselves in all political matters."
"Granted," Elladan replied. "I will be instilled as Govenor-Commander of the planet. We will ussurp authority of the spaceport, and defense forces. There will also be a .5% tax added to all imports and exports, for use in planetary defense."
Not finished talking to Yukth, he sent a message to Tantis. "Move in the AT-STs and stormtroopers. No going in buildings, just onto the streets. No shooting."

"Acknowledged." He then turned back to ground force frequency. "All AT-ST walkers move into the city. Do not Fire. All forward Command troops move in. Do not head into the buildings and do not Fire."
After being given the command 30 AT-ST walkers moved in along with about six hundred stormtroopers.

Turning back to Yukth, Elladan listed his terms. "We will take over all defenses. Military will be diverted under the Empire. Only volunteer personel and minor firearms may fill up a police force. Everything bigger reverts to the new garrison.
"All defenses, including shields, turbolaser, etc. will fall under my command. Control of New Nyatso Spaceport will be controlled by the Empire, but you will have levy to run it under your own terms. You can rule the city and planet as you see fit and maintain near-complete political control. You will appoint your own leaders, and whatever else you want."
Yukth nodded. He was being offered a VERY good deal. He would be a fool to oppose it. "We accept, Commander."
"Good. Kenet out."

(I just notice something..... I was using my name from the Secret Council xp )
Liando after listing to the negotiations. Commed Elladan.
"That went very well." He siad with a cool tone to his voice. "I know many negotiation skills, but never have I ever did one like this. It was fast, and no problems." He paused and looked through the Veiw Srceen. To look at the troops. They seemed to be getting to their point of exhaustion. Walking in the middle, of an hot day. Even clone troopers can get exhausted. Even he, himself was feeling exhausted being in an AT -AT in this hot weather mid-day. Isnt good.
"What shall you have me do Commander." he said leeting a little bit of exaustion through his voice. Even though i tried so hard to hide it.

"Send half the men off. A garrison is being arranged temporarilly in the warehouses. Tend their immediate needs." Elladan left the bridge, and made his way to the shuttle bay to reach the city far below.

Liando droped down from his AT -AT and went around making sure his men were good. He refilled a couple water canteens and dismissed a few to take a more neede rest he also switched al the troops in the city with all those that were still able to do two hours of patrol into the city. Liando took his Two Bodyguards and two Batallons of stormtroopers and two scouts to the space port. He was told before hand of Elladan comming down. He would meet him their.

Minutes later, Elladan's shuttle landed. When he exited the craft, he was accompanied by a pair of Stormtroopers. He briefly looked around. "Lieutenant."

The chiss led him into the compound. "Prepare the defenses and overse the assimilation of the government. When we're ready, we shall begin expansion." He ventured into the nearby compund and led the way to the tactical room.
