"Specially if I refuse to let your soul into the void instead just placing it right back in your body..."

"I am not denying that I can die for I know full well I can...the fact of the matter is I have no soul that is truly my own...if I were to die I would not have the option of coming back plain ande simple..."

Yokomota slaps his hand down in the ground for emphasis.

"That is what I seek more than anything else is my soul...for even when I was born I had no soul....I could tell because I look the exact same way then as I do know...I am beginning to think I was destined for this miserable job because I was born with soul sight....not normal sight but soul sight..."

"Oh no you see I don't reverse it I merely don't permit it see when you die your soul leaves to go to the void but if it can't get in there then it will return to your body...causing the body to reanimate...part of the binding on my body is that should anyone die while I am here their soul doesn't go to the gate to the void but rather is transferred into this body...therefore technically the only way to truly die would be for me to release the souls into the void however so long as the souls are contained in this body then their energies can be used...because they are essentially the only source of infinite magical energy...on top of that I won't permit any souls into the void because I am currently working on something there and can't have all the loose energy roaming around..."

Yokomota looks up at you for a second thinking.

"Using soul magic is very different from anything else you've ever done true the closest to it is the sophoning of a dead persons soul back into their body but still even that doesn't compare to the complexity and concentration the magic requires....soul magic makes even the darkest of magics look like nothing more than a play thing......see even with the best dark magic user alive and using all of their abilities to channel magical energy to use and keep is nothing compared to the energy a single soul provides......then again there is an even stronger magic but its far simpler at the cost of being very attention needing...."
