Ok ya I'm such a band dork I've thought of 100 reasons how to tell you're a band dork. My french horn's name is Sean. I'll tell you the story one day I had a HUGE dent in my horn so I said "I killed my french horn" and my friend says "What you killed ur friend sean?" so that's how he got his name xp

Nguyet My gorgeous little Bach Stradivarius Model 42 is named Seung Mina. Yes, I named her after the Soul Calibur 2 character, but I thought it fit her. I just call her Mina for short. My friend Michelle named her flute Sting after Bilbo's sword, but Sting is protesting to the name by costantly falling ou of her case so we're trying to figure out a better one for her. Sting now has a new name, Tzipora. Her full name is Tzipora Sting Wiznewski. That's long and difficult to pronounce.

He's a doll. heart Yes, he. To me, B foot jointed flutes are guys, and C foot jointed flutes are girls. *snrk*
My piccolo's name is Miyuki.
She's always in tune.

My instrument in particular doesn't have a name, (It's still "Shanelle's marimba" for some reason. Marching season is over! *hits self repeatedly on the head*) but our silver vibraphone's name is Spanky, and he's homosexual. I don't even remember the story behind that anymore xd

I named my flute Kana a couple years back as it means "powerful" in Japanese, but she really needs a new name since it's not a he due to your post XD. But the name Kana just doesn't fit.

I have yet to name my trumpet, but I used to have a friend who called it Gepetto, and some other friends started calling it Trumpy. I don't like Gepetto, and Trumpy is too common, so I'll wait and see what comes my way. 3nodding My buddy Kim named her clarinet Nacho. Don't really know why... sweatdrop
