To blind the all seeing [ Japanese Technique Name ] Pending. Unless this is a keystone, it simply does way too much for a singular technique. My suggestion would be to either remove the portion about the hyuuga getting an additional penalty or make it so it only applies to the Byakugan. For the hex, due to Reyna not being scholar spec she can only apply at maximum tier two. I'm not sure if you were already keeping that in mind or not, so just thought I'd mention it.

The hateful, watchful eye Pending. The couple of things I'd say on this is to keep in mind that the scroll is only going to be able to contain up to 320 chakra at any one time. Other than that, I'd also get rid of the specifically barrier shatter technique as there are now several seals in the fuuin technique tree that could undo this technique.

Other than all that. I like all of these techniques overall. Let me know what you decide to do on those couple of techniques.

Also if she were capable of having a Kage scroll that would mean 640 chakra would it not?(not an arguement, actually a question.) but yeah I was aware of the chakra limitations in a scroll, it’s at its strongest when attached to her as it will draw upon her instead, although she’s limited to one.

Either way I won’t be making anymore “pre-set in profile” custom techniques with her anymore or it’s gonna get unreasonable if I add anymore. Plus I can’t afford anymore customs as is atm XD I made her a rather defence/pre-preparation type character cause kitsune r cunning.

Hey! I'm sorry that this is a lot. I am down to get on discord chat and simplify this in any way which makes it easier to process. Basically these are the customs for my pet, as well as the summons I get from my scroll crafting. Aside from Akashi, the other summons are supposed to co-relate to Vee Might to do a kind of Armor digivolution aesthetic thing. I tried to keep things super simple and not convoluted.

Rank D | Chakra: 255 | Stamina: 255
Str: 0 | Spd: 0 | Agi: 0 | End: 5
Akashi is a small, golden turtle which is small enough to comfortably rest on Toki's shoulder. He's always in a state of dozing off, and he prefers to sleep than to fight. Akashi also has a very large appetite, and is an omnivore despite being a turtle. Despite this, Akashi is an incredibly loyal, and passionate fighter when the situation arises.

Ability: Return
Toki is able to substitute Akashi with any thrown weapon attack. Akashi can then return to the Toki's shoulder immediately after with an E-ranked amount of stamina.

My Human | Rank C | Cost: Complex
Akashi uses chakra to blur in front of the summoner. The turtle then braces for impact by revilatizing its legendary armor or even increasing it to the rank of this technique if adequate stats are granted.

Gunto's Magic Shell | Rank D | Cost: Chakra
Akashi turns himself into a shield the same golden color as his body. While in this state the holder of the shield retains the endurance stat of the user.

Turtle Yo-Yo | Rank D | Cost: Chakra
Akashi turns himself into a pseudo yo-yo, where the shell turns into a blunt object and his neck extends and becomes leathery for the sake of being the string. This form allows Toki to use chain scythe and whip styles. The whip / yo-yo thing can extend a maximum of thirty feet.

Rank C | Chakra: 700 | Stamina: 450
Str: 4 | Spd: 0 | Agi: 0 | End: 0
The Armor of fire is a small, egg looking rock. When fused with Vee Might it takes the appearance of a fire champion. Otherwise the stone remains dormant. It has a strange warmth to it, and those who hold it feel the stone's passion for courage and resolve.

Ability: Fires of Courage
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) access to the fire element, and allows the user to know all fire ninjutsu B-ranked and lower. In addition, these jutsus may be fired directly from the armor itself, requiring no handseals. Finally if worn then the user is treated as having heavy armor worn. If the armor is broken then this summon can still be used, but its armor property disappears.

Heat Resistant | Rank C | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) resistance to fire based attacks. Attacks of the fire element C-ranked and below have no effect on the holder, and the user suffers one less tier of burning and trauma from being hit unguarded by fire attacks B-ranked and higher.

Heating Up | Rank C | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) a boon to their fire based attacks. Water based techniques lose their elemental superiority against fire attacks performed by the holder or wearer of the armor. This automatically applies to all techniques C-ranked and below, but for water techniques B-ranked and higher the user pays a supplemental cost with no activation of half the original cost.

Armor of Purity | Rank B | Cost: Passive
Negates the effects of armor destroying techniques or manipulating forces of armor (magnetism, etc), from affecting the armor. B-ranked techniques and lower automatically fail to affect the armor, while A-ranked and higher force the user to pay a supplemental cost with no activation of half the technique's rank to try and affect the armor to negate it. Once this technique negates an effect the armor is then immune to that effect for six post.

The Armor of lightning is a small, egg looking rock. When fused with Vee Might it takes the appearance of a steed of lightning. Otherwise the stone remains dormant. It has a feels like it has a current akin to a heartbeat, and those who hold it feel the strong bonds of their friendships course through their minds.

Ability: Storm of Friendship
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) access to the lightning element, and allows the user to know all lightning ninjutsu A-ranked and lower. In addition, these jutsus may be fired directly from the armor itself, requiring no handseals. Finally if worn then the user is treated as having heavy armor worn. If the armor is broken then this summon can still be used, but its armor property disappears.

Lightning Resistant | Rank B | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) resistance to lightning based attacks. Attacks of the lightning element B-ranked and below have no effect on the holder, and the user suffers one less tier of paralysis and trauma from being hit unguarded by lightning attacks A-ranked and higher.

Rising Voltage | Rank B | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) a boon to their lightning based attacks. Wind based techniques lose their elemental superiority against lightning attacks performed by the holder or wearer of the armor. Ability: Maker of Miracles
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) access to the light kekkei genkai, and allows the user to know all light techniques S-ranked and lower. In addition, these jutsus may be fired directly from the armor itself, requiring no handseals. Finally if worn then the user is treated as having heavy armor worn. If the armor is broken then this summon can still be used, but its armor property disappears. The armor also gives the user the ability of flight.

Light Resistant | Rank B | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) resistance to light based attacks. Attacks of the light variety A-ranked and below have no effect on the holder, and the user suffers one less tier of blindness and trauma from being hit unguarded by light attacks S-ranked and higher.

Maker of Light | Rank A | Cost: Passive
Grants the holder of the armor (or wearer) resistance to fire and lightning based attacks. Attacks of the fire and lightning element B-ranked and below have no effect on the holder, and the user suffers one less tier of burning / paralysis and trauma from being hit unguarded by fire and lightning attacks A-ranked and higher.

Can only use when Vee Might wears no armor. Vee Might spins his two arms as they become blades of cyan wind. He then attempts to hit the target with the two arms. This technique can hit either two different targets or one singular one. If one singular target then for two activations Vee Might may korabo this attack onto itself. Applies tier one vertigo when used between D-B, and tier 2 A rank and beyond.
Vee Headbutt | Rank S+ | Taijutsu [ Wind ]| Cost [ Complex ]
Can only use when Vee Might wears no armor. Vee might summons a gust of wind under his feet as he propels like a rocket toward the target. Wind chakra swirls around him as he manifest as a comet like force. Tier four vertigo is applied to the target who is assaulted by this technique. The attack moves fast enough to catch an opponent who is attempting to body flicker, so long as they do not attempt to leave the topic.
Fire Rocket | Rank X | Ninjutsu [ Fire ]| Cost [ Spiritual ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of fire. Allows Vee Might to fire forth three fireballs from his gauntlets. These fireballs have a homing property which allows them to negate collision with other attacks. This does not allow the fireballs to bypass being blocked by a specifically designed defensive technique, nor does it stop the fireballs from being dodged. It only nullifies one time the fireballs from being intercepted by another offensive technique. This technique applies tier one burning for ranks D-B, and tiered two burning A-ranked and beyond.
Flame Shield | Rank S+ | Bukijutsu [ Fire ]| Cost [ Complex ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of fire. Covers the user in a coat of fire as they fly straight toward the target. Tier four burning is applied to the target who is assaulted by this technique. The attack moves fast enough to catch an opponent who is attempting to body flicker, so long as they do not attempt to leave the topic.
Blue Lightning | Rank X | Ninjutsu [ Lightning ]| Cost [ Spiritual ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of lightning. Allows Vee might to channel his chakra into the three spikes on his back and fire forth a stream of blue lightning at the target. After the first round of this technique, Vee Might may keep the attack active on following post for half of it's original cost and no additional activations. This technique applies tier one paralysis when used at ranks D-B, and tier two paralysis when used A-ranked and beyond.
Electric Byte | Rank S+ | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ]| Cost [ Complex ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of lightning. The user leaps and spins into a lightning buzz saw as they fly straight toward the opponent. Tier four paralysis is applied to the target who is assaulted by this technique. The attack moves fast enough to catch an opponent who is attempting to body flicker, so long as they do not attempt to leave the topic.
Magna Blast | Rank X | Ninjutsu [ Light ]| Cost [ Spiritual ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of light. Allows Vee Might to fire from his armor a set of light based missiles which target every enemy on the field. This technique affects each target equal to the rank of the original technique. Can only be used once every three post. Applies tier one blindness when used at ranks D-B, and tier two blindness A-ranked and beyond.
Sword of the Champion | Rank S+ | Bukijutsu [ Light ]| Cost [ Complex ]
This technique is only accessible to Vee Might while he wields the armor of light. Vee might forms into his hand a katana sword made from pure light. All attacks made from this weapon are treated as S+ rank in power regardless the rank of the attack used with it. Anything the sword strikes is sliced through in its entirety, as the size of the object struck bears no matter. For example, if this technique were to collide with a meteor, then it would slice through the entirety of the diameter of the meteor. While this technique can be used as a weapon on subsequent turns, it can also be used as an attack on the initial round of summoning the blade. The blade last for eight post after it has been summoned.

Hatsumomo is able to change her regular earthen techniques into a rare stone called 'Bismuth'. 'Bismuth' is known for being an energetic stone which makes it perfect to leech the stamina of her opponents in increments of 5 while in contact. When raw in nature, 'Bismuth' is typically found in surreal hexagonal multicolored patterns. xx

This is a Mythic Summon

Character: Sumika
▰ Ninkilim
Rank: Variable | Chakra: 2000 | Stamina: 1200

Depending on who you ask, the description of Ninkilim varies wildly. Some claim that it is but a single, normal looking rat with an otherworldly presence. Others rave about a beast the size of the famed biju. Still more insist that the creature is not one, but many different rats of many different sizes capable of multiplying in strangely incomprehensible ways. And who is to say which is ultimately true? Perhaps Ninkilim is to each what will achieve the desired response. What is known is that the rats revere the creature as a god; omnipotent, omniscient, and the source of their innate connection to one another. They are often heard invoking the name as humans might that of Evergreen, Zelel, or Jashin and regularly fret over its perception of their actions. Of all the rat summons, only Palefur seems to know the origin of Ninkilim, though none have managed to parse the information from his peculiar tales.

Ability: Swarm
Ninkilim is summoned differently than most summons, as the cost to summon it is not determined by the rank of the summon. Instead, Ninkilim may be summoned at any rank, the choice of which determines the quantity of rats that are called forth in the process. After being summoned in combat the number of rats doubles each post while active. This affects multiple different interactions with Ninkilim.

First, how Ninkilim takes damage. If hit by a technique, the effects are determined by the number of rats that currently comprise the summon. Unblocked techniques of a rank that would summon more rats than currently exist instantly unsummon Ninkilim. If Ninkilim currently possesses more than the S+ Rank summoning produces, then the effects of being struck by an unblocked technique are determined by its rank. S+ Rank techniques in this scenario always reduce Ninkilim to 1 rat. S Rank techniques reduce the number by ½, with that figuring halving as you move down the ranks to E Rank, which only ever reduces the number of rats by 1.

Second, how the other rats are summoned. Summoning the other rats from the listing is less complicated. If the summon attempting to be brought to the field’s rank would produce fewer rats than Ninkilim currently possesses, then they are brought to the field and that amount of rats is subtracted from the total. Beyond the S+ total this is calculated as if it was damaged. If the rank of the summon would produce more rats than currently exist, Ninkilim is removed from the field entirely. Additionally, while the mythical summon of the rats, Ninkilim is a different entity from their group, and though the rats will respond to Ninkilim's call, it will not in turn respond to individual rats. Ninkilim may only be brought to the field by via explicit use of the Summoning Technique.

The calculation of the automatic increase in rat totals always occurs as the final action of the summoner’s post and never sooner, excluding the post in which it is summoned when it does not double. The summoner or another of the rat summons may spend chakra equivalent to the next highest total of rats and an activation of any kind to increase the number of summoned rats to double that number independent of the calculating of a new rat total at the end of their post. Beyond the S+ summoning total, increasing the rat totals adds half the current number, rounded down if necessary.

Rank Quantities: 1 | 5 | 25 | 50 | 100 | 175 | 250

Starting at the S Ranked rat totals, Ninkilim will tend to group together into a large rat or other beast. Rat totals north of 2000 create tailed beast sized creatures.

Overwhelm [ Assuru ] | Rank: S | Cost: Stamina
This relatively simple technique has all of the rats that currently comprise Ninkilim banding together to physically overpower and smother a target. The size of this attack changes depending on the number of rats that currently exist, but the goal is ultimately the same each time it is used. Inspired by Sumika’s Jiton techniques, it can also take any form that might achieve the goal the jutsu was cast to fulfill. Though this technique disperses upon collision with defenses and other simple techniques, Ninkilim does not incur damage unless the technique was a higher rank or an advantageous attack type.

Grand Entrance of the Rat King [ Nezumi-ō no dai iriguchi ] | Rank: S+ | Cost: Chakra
Gathering chakra, Ninkilim begins the process of summoning thousands of rats to the field when this technique is initially cast. The length of time this technique takes to form depends on the number of rats currently present. B-rank or lower totals require two posts of preparation, while higher totals require just one. Over the course of formation a sand storm gathers to engulf the topic it is cast in as rats start surfacing from beneath the ground. By the summoner’s next post, the number of rats in the thread is such that Ninkilim cannot be banished from the thread except by a fuuinjutsu or its own summoner. At this point a large mass of rats coalesce, drawing in earth from their surroundings to form a bijuu-sized dragon head as it begins roaming about the thread, resembling a terrifyingly large serpent swimming through the surface of the earth. This state lasts for 4 posts, and adds a tier of blindness to any unprotected characters in the thread, its summoner included, every post it is active and fully formed. Clashes with S+ defenses require the rats to pay an S rank amount of chakra to maintain their form afterward, while being struck by an S+ technique similarly imports an S rank cost to reform the dragon.

When the target is hit with this wave the chakra washes over them, filling their body with it before immediately leaving their body as to avoid the potential of nature petrification from the nature chakra. The chakra while it is within the body will invert the user's current emotional state, allowing the user of this technique to create calmness is those filled with rage, confidence in those filled with fear, so on and so forth. This does not dictate their actions, however their emotional state must remain as such for at least 2 posts per rank of the technique used.

A simple tattoo that Roku can place anywhere on his body. After one of Roku's defensive techniques is destroyed, the tattoo activates the same technique as a supplementary action. The tattoo can only activate once before it disappears, only two can be placed on Roku's body at any time and these tattoos can only be made outside of combat. Meaning Roku will only ever be able to have two uses during a combat. The rank the tattoo is able to replicate is up to the rank of chakra the tattoo receives at creation. I.e. If the tattoo is created at S rank, it can replicate up to one S rank technique. However, if it replicates a B rank technique, the tattoo will still disappear. This technique requires Roku to use five chakra every time he changes which technique the tattoo will replicate. This is done passively whenever he uses a defensive technique.

Once this seal is laid upon a target. The target loses the ability to Shunshin for the rest of the battle. This seal can also be set up on an array that ensnares the target with the No Escape Seal. This happens if the target is caught in-between three seals placed.

metamorphosis Yang Seal | Rank S | Sensory/Yang | Chakra
Following the teaching of Dao and using the Yang element infused fuuin. The user is able to evolve into a form more fitting to hide one's expertise, using a seal. The user can not use any sage transformations in this form. This seal applies tier four jamming on the user against sensory. If the seal is broken the user returns to thier pervious form. The resources for this seal must be paid ever ten posts.

Demon Suppression Seal | Rank S | Fuuin/Sensory | chakra
Used on a tail beast host. This seal is placed over their demon seal. This seal grants the target tier 4 jamming against demon sensing against the target. The target breaks this seal if they used demon chakra.

Dormant Stage:
The passive stage: All Forbidden Seals provide the host with 400 Natural chakra. This chakra can only be recovered while the host has their seal in its dormant stage. In addition, the host gains a passive chakra and stamina increase of +50 per body rank. Natural chakra when the forbidden seal is not active passively gathers natural chakra. In a non-combat situation, the seal regains 50 chakra per post and 25 chakra per post in a combat situation.
Training:


The product of excessive experimentation and testing, this mark was placed on Takeda Kikuchi's neck during his captivity. The seal is meant to act as both a significant power boost and a way to keep him in check. The fruits of experimentation led to a seal that can't be removed without learning how to replicate it, as it has been split in half to encompass his body and the symbiote within him. The removal of one causes the other to spread tainted chakra throughout his body, dooming him immediately

    Awoken Stage:
This is the first stage of the forbidden seal, though also known as a stage of resistance in the case of the Twin Hollow mark. It's commonly activated against the owner's will, appearing when under extreme physical stress. The mark was made to restrain the user from being able to bring out their full potential without awakening the seal. Upon activation, the normally black sigil that Takeda uses as the catalyst to bring his tendrils through takes on a crimson hue instead. It spreads across his hands, forearms, legs, neck, and the lower half of his face, covering his skin in the deep red color. His chakra materializes around him for the entire duration, occasionally crystallizing into a physical form before breaking away, giving the visible impression that his chakra is constantly burning out. His hair turns from black to white in this preparatory stage as well, and the crystallization of his reserves turns his tendrils jagged when sent out.
• Increases [4] stats to [10] automatically.
• Taijutsu becomes overwhelming.
• Cost 25 Natural Chakra per post used to maintain.

    Unleashed Stage:
This is the second stage of the forbidden seal. Usually activated when the stress involved with the preparatory stage becomes overwhelming or when the symbiote deems it to be the greatest survival option for Takeda, the complete seal looks completely different from its previous stage. The gaps of uncovered flesh between Takeda's sigils are finally crossed, and the red flesh reverts back to black. It covers him from head to toe, bringing any weapons or clothing on his person into his inky form before settling on him like an ever-shifting cloak. He trades his control in exchange for immense power, barely registering the difference between friend and foe. He doesn't speak in the unleashed stage and relies completely on his instincts, leaving only brief windows for his own personality to shine through. It can easily be perceived as the seal giving the symbiote complete control over Takeda's body for a short time period.
• Speed and Strength stats increased to [12]. Agility and Endurance increased to [10].
• Maintains previous Overwhelming choice.
• Costs 50 Natural Chakra per post to maintain.

To be hollow is to be everywhere and nowhere. To be full with nothingness. When unleashing the full extent of his seal, Takeda can use Taijutsu techniques from any point along the length of his tendrils, forming either his full body or a partial extension of himself at the point of contact seamlessly. His body is encompassed of all the tendrils around him, and he's able to mold them into anything he can think of within the size dimensions provided by his tendrils range. Those with the infinite perception discipline or dojutsu can pinpoint the location of his hearts within the tendrils. In this state, Takeda can pay the cost of ninjutsu that comes in contact with him to absorb it for the purpose of using it for nin-tai armor instead of utilizing his own jutsu. Half of his nature chakra must be used for absorbing jutsu, however, a heart can be substituted instead. Lastly, the evil sealing method cannot be used to destroy Takeda's curse mark in its unleashed state. The sealing technique is recognized within the mark, and it will force his body into the unleashed stage to prevent it from being destroyed. Only when his nature chakra is depleted does it become possible to destroy the mark under those means.

This smoke is a mixture of miasma from his Mahofu implant, the rinkaichu from his Aburame bloodline, and up to one of his crafted poisons. This seamless combination creates a cloud of insects and toxins that are able to rot and decay on contact with fast-acting necrosis. Skin will immediately rot away on contact and reveal only the bare bone. Additionally, the miasma has acidic properties and will rust away metal or otherwise disintegrate most solid objects that it comes into contact with. This miasma will apply all of the status effects of the custom poison chosen to constitute it, have all of the effects of Mahofu miasma, and retain the cellular destroying capabilities of the rinkaichu. This technique acts as a spiritual armor and enhances all Harmonic Death Arts taijutsu with the additional properties that the Jaramarana cloak provides while it is active. The armor increases the strength and endurance stats of the user by [2]. The Jaramarana miasma is named as such because the poison is so potent and fast-acting that it appears to cause inevitable decay and entropy to objects that do not have enough chakra to defend against it. For an additional chakra cost that is equal to the amount of chakra used to create the Jaramarana cloak, Nimure is able to create more Jaramarana miasma from the cloak to expand the range of the miasma. Doing this does not cost an additional combat action but can only be done once per post while the Jaramarana cloak is active. Pending You accomplish five separate effects in this keystone because you take miasma's aesthetic decay into functionality based on your description (rotting to the bone, metal corrosion/object corrosion). The third effect necessitates the keystone be limited to B-S+ rank. The fourth effect is another descriptor pushed into functionality, so it needs to be reworded and clearly stated as aesthetic like the first two points or reworded to be in-line with applicable guild systems. The fifth effect is kinda eh for a spiritual taijutsu and seems more fitting as its own custom technique that builds onto the keystone but if you insist on keeping its capabilities then you'll just need to ensure it falls in-line with your limit of 3 effects (if you limit to B-S+). Since the fifth effect moves beyond spiritual taijutsu quite a bit, it should take a combat action or not be usable every single post in my opinion. I'm gonna be comfortable with the application of all crafted poison effects and with the duration of the technique but I would like to see changes to the effects listed above.
