"Alright, I've seen that answer to number ten more times than I can count that it might as well be the right answer. But seeing as this was a police department exam I can throw that question out. With that, the only question you really got wrong was number nine. A person can perform Kawarimi about four times not three but there's a typo so whatevs I'll only dock half a point there. Could have gone into a little more detail on seven but congratulations. Even when I weighed the odds against you, you pulled it off. The academy written test usually only needs a seventy percent sometimes sixty. Depends on the teacher."

Hiroki retrieved his ninja title proof of purchase with an awkward expression and headed off towards the Academy. He had some training to catch up on.
Koutetsu stood up from his bow, preparing to address the Arashikage, but upon hearing of some news he held his tongue. When the news was finally announced Koutetsu clenched his jaw tight, pain gripping him as he quietly managed to growl out, "Chie-sensei?" Interrupted by the Hojo, Koutetsu listened carefully. Tears streamed down his face and a brief flash of anger could be seen before Koutetsu clamped shut on his emotions. Gritting his teeth, he noted the name 'Kagami'. He nodded his consent and let the Arashikage use his jutsu. The following thoughts would echo:

The interrogating technique would end as the clone would move its hand back down and the bubble made a resounding pop. The squid in the bowl would then seem a bit dismayed. "Bloop. For a seemingly long while, though really a scarce few minutes would pass, Koutetsu stood in isolated thought. If Chie is gone and they had sent ninja in support then that means Uzu is or was under attack. Does Karuto-sensei know that? We should return to help, but then if we left, what will have been done to repay the damages?
He continued to think in silence until it was broken by the Squid's question. "No, Arashikage-sama, It is as clear as it needs be." he said, his voice coming out in a steady tone. After learning a few tai styles, Aurelia would stand among the village and wonder what could be next. Koutetsu watched as the squid, leapt out of its fishbowl and transformed into an exact replica, or perhaps just being the original, of the individual that had been behind the desk doing work. Listening closely as the Arashikage spoke of the difficult legal situation his offer might cause, Koutetsu acknowledged his mistake. "I can see how that might come across that. Thank you for that warning. Then as a tourist, I will be happy to check on that item. I don't suppose they will be too difficult to find with that kind of description." Given his earlier mistake Koutetsu took a moment to think. "Given our villages circumstances, might I request documentation for myself and my Sensei for permission to be within your village, Arashikage-sama?" Koutetsu finished just as the door cracked open and a young girl stuck her head into the office. Adjusting slightly to see her better, noting her blonde hair, and nodded politely in her direction.
She sat back on the water, as she raised her head up high, "Due to the nature of the seal used, I can only reach out so far. It extends further the more Kou-san handles my energy, but at the moment, I cannot sense them. Kurama ignored me when I tried to speak to him shortly after my sealing. "The younger Karna?" Toso would say, taking notice of the girl whilst his visitor spoke in agreements. Just as rambunctious as her father it seemed, interrupting what should have been a private affair. Still, perhaps this was for the better. While he had no reason to distrust Koutetsu there was still the nagging feeling anyone in a position of leadership would have with foreigners. His mind may have yielded nothing of note but someone as conniving as this 'Kagami' woman could have prepared contingencies for prying of the mental variety. "Would that be a particular mission or a mission in general daughter of the sun. Bloop. My apologies Kajibamaru." He would say apologetically to the visitor before looking back at Aurelia. "If its the first I'd appreciate if you could escort Mr.Kajibamaru here to the gust district to meet with my associate. bloop. While also, making sure he doesn't do anything naughty." Toso's eyes' would shift to Koutetsu in jest. He was after all essentially potentially assigning this little girl to be his bodyguard if not a caretaker.
Toso would then thusly remove a brush case from his front pocket. It seemed he was doing this quite often recently. His clone would then disappear in a puff of smoke after placing a document on the table. The brush case was then opened as essentially the paint brushes contained within sprung to life as if they were living things and began filling in information. Toso himself wouldn't even look at the document as the bee-like brushes were filling it in. "Since you've now an escort, thorough documentation will now be unnecessary. I'll send the following documentation in regards to your appearances and state of being, which will later be quickly confirmed by my gate guards to inform the rest of security of your status. That is unless..you've another task you'd much prefer miss Karna." One of Toso's tentacles would then spawn slithering to a drawer to open it with its teeth containing more documents. He could provide a writ but writs carried with them a responsibility wherein he'd have to take responsibility for Kotetsu's actions something that would reflect poorly if it did turn out there were multiple levels of deception at play. Just out of precaution he'd have to use more formal forms and paperwork for permissions given the special case this was if Aurelia declined. "Essentially I'd like you to accompany him while also seeking out is sensei before returning here at a minimum. To grant the formalities to where they would no longer need an escort bloop. I'm going to require signatures from both bloop." Toso would say implying that while he could give Koutetsu his formal legality now the same couldn't be said for his sensei. Of course he didn't know where his sensei was. So long as he wasn't parading around his headband like Koutetsu it may even prove that his sensei wouldn't be having any problems. Knowing Tai and Sen having failed to apprehend his sensei also meant it was incredibly unlikely they sent out a watch warrant for him. Though who knows the squid could be wrong.

Having alway been so close to her father it made sense just the slightest peppering of its chakra would be on her. "If you've a desire to speak to Go-kun last I recall was his prescence being at the academy if I heard correctly. Perhaps you could convince your vessel to make a detour." Saiken would say referring to Koutetsu as her sisters vessel. Even with the respect she'd somewhat developed for Toso at the end of the day that is what these people who they were contained within were. Vessels.

Her entrance into the academy hadn't gone entirely unnoticed. The first person to take note of her was a man she had never seen before. He was an older boy, maybe about late teens or so. Aurelia had always wondered what it would be like to be tall like him. Being so small made her feel almost like a kid...which she was. The girl offered a wave to him and would then face Toso as he began to speak to her. The younger Karna would bring her hands together and wait patiently as Toso would assign her to a mission. From the sound of it, the boy in the room with her was a foreigner of sorts. A simple job really. Escorting the boy through wherever he may wish to go. "I could do it." Aurelia answered, looking back at the stranger. He might catch a glimpse of her Rinnegan, which were still fairly active since she had her chakra drained from Sandayu. While still somewhat young, well...entirely so young, Aurelia would still do her best to make sure that her escortee would be safe.
"I am Aurelia Karna, daughter of Belamos Karna and Tsukina Satori. It is an honor to meet you." She said to the blue haired individual and offered a bow to get things started on the right foot. "Although I am still a Genin, I promise to keep you safe when you're in our lands."

Maeko had, after a few hours, finally arrived at the huge building. She stepped inside, headed straight up to the top. When she arrived at the lobby of the 'Kage's office she huffed, looking around. She spotted the secretary at their desk, then the boy known as Hiroki; She gave him a long look before looking away, a gentle flush to her cheeks. The young Kaguya was very much in a hurry, though. She'd been traveling for weeks, she'd been told that the Arashikage might be able to help her. She kept stepping, going straight for that door, without setting up an appointment. With a flourish of her hand, Maeko gripped the handle of her large Gunbai. She drew it in a smooth motion, with her opposite, she gripped her cloak and tore it off, tossing it behind her. She didn't seem to have a problem one handing the Gunbai, and subsequently grasped it with both hands and shoved it into the door. Mae' burst inside, interrupting whatever was going on. "Arashikage! I am in dire need of Assistance!" Her eyes were closed, she was full on pointing the end of her Gunbai forward. The act was arrogant and totally disrespectful. Though, one could probably tell, Maeko didn't care. Her eyes came open, eyeing all around. The toned muscles in her bare arm were flexed, holding the heavy weapon.

The Arashikage addressed the young child that had entered the office. Koutetsu waited quietly, raising his eyebrows when the Hojo suggested he might do something naughty. He was about to say something when a voice entered his head.
"Kou-san, we will need to talk shortly. For now follow the girl."
Koutetsu narrowed his brow in thought, "While it is not rare for you to speak to me of your own accord, It is unusual for you to make any demand. What is the matter, Gobi-san?"
A pause, then it was followed with the simplest explanation. "She smells of my sibling. She's been around his host."
Koutetsu's eyes widened slightly before he glanced over at the young Karna with a greater interest. The Uzu-genin then shifted his gaze over to the squid-man and replied, "That would be welcomed, Arashikage-sama." After bowing to Tosokurui, Koutetsu turned to face Aurelia and responded in kind, "Koutetsu no Kajibamaru, Genin of Uzushiogakure. Thank you for taking me into your care, Karna-san. If you will lead the way." he said, gesturing to the door.
Kokuō seemed to pause momentarily, before responding to Saiken. "I can sense it, she smells of Go-kun. I have communicated with Kou-san. He should follow up on it. It seems we are about to take our leave. I will consider what you have said, Oneesan. It does bother me to know that Isobu-san would have something to do with Kurama-san's attack. While I wish you freedom, if you choose to remain within Toso-san that is your decision to make. Be well, Oneesan." The connection would slowly dissipate as their individual hosts separated in distance.
