Caraway looked around the pretty room the academy had put together, she smiled a little as she got her stocking and then went to look around the room. She quickly ended up at the table full of books her favorite thing in the world. Her sibling didn't understand why she liked books so much. It made her sad sometimes but it was alright since she could go to whatever world she wanted while reading books. She picked up Island of Treasure thanking the blue imp many times before running off to a chair on the side of the room to read some of her new book. 
Illusion smiled at the grimm who was dressed in a merry red outfit giving out candy canes, Illusion pulled a flower out of his sleeve and gave it to the grimm in return he grinned and then ran off to see if there were any other freshlings who wanted to play. He loved this holiday it was really great and the room allowed for the stars to shine overhead which was really pretty. He liked it a lot and was happy about the season and his family. He licked one of his candy canes and looked around the room again. 
Sugar Maple was still a bit nervous at the party she had never been very good in big crowds but she didn't want to miss out on the party so she was mostly staying off to the side. She smiled a little with a goblin dress up in a cute costume came and gave her a ather jellie plushie. She smiled and thanked them hugging the plushie to her little chest and then looking at her pretty ather jellie plushies. Sugar then started making little bloop bloop sounds to go along with the moments she was doing with her new toy. 
Stella walked into the party proudly she was a strongly-willed take names type of freshlings, she didn't let anyone pick on her for being a hallowed and she didn't tolerate anyone picking on anyone else for whatever reason they might have. Stella was a tough girl to her core. She got her stocking and then she got a book from the book table she smiled and thanks the litch at the table for the book. Then she put the book in her stocking and went to see if there was anyone she could chat with at the party. Stella wasn't really a social butterfly but she wasn't a wallflower either. 
Cascade arrived at the party her long fluffy tail trailing behind her, she was wearing a dark green dress with gold markings on it, she smiled lightly when she got her stocking and she was getting some snacks at the refreshments table when she noticed a torti looking up at her hopefully. Cas smiled and gave them some of her carrot sticks off her plant and allowed the small torti to follow her around the party. She went and sat down on the side of the room with her new torti friend to share her snack with them. She smiled and patted their head as she shared her vegetables. 
Andrew arrived at the party, pretty much wearing his normal playing outfit smeared with chalk and paint. He grabbed a stocking and thanked the imp giving them away. Then he went to another table run by an elf and got a plushie for his sister Tea Rose to give to her as a present for the holiday. He cared a great deal for his sister, though he didn't see her as often as he would like since he was often busy with school and his art. Andrew spent a lot of time doing art it was his thing. He also liked hanging out with his only other friend outside his family, their ghosts were a little annoying though but that was ok. 
Shock got a stocking and then went to a game of throw the snowball at the target he was doing very well and won a prize. Of course, he picked a bucket of indoor snowballs. He wanted to find someone else to play with him. He looked around the room for someone else who might have grabbed the same trinket as him. He hoped he would find another fun adventurous freshling who was eager to play but he knew that some beings were kinda stuffy and wouldn't want to play. He rolled his eyes, though there were a lot of freshlings he did like. |
