He gets a thrill from battle that nothing else can compare to and he's always seeking out a scuffle which can sometimes lead to him biting off more than he can chew. He takes every loss as a learning experience, though, and rarely gets down about a defeat. Calder isn't terribly concerned with rank and has a healthy respect for females no matter the path in life they choose and his only ambition is to become the greatest warrior the Stormborn has ever seen. Calder is eager to serve and is more than willing to lead the charge, but he doesn't quite have the mindset of a leader. He may never make Captain, but you can bet every Captain out there is going to want him in their band of Reavers. His visions manifest after a fight, but they are visions of the past - specifically of the battle itself. It allows him to see where he went wrong or what went right and he learns from the visions as much as the experience of the battle.
